Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to a natural gas incineration tower exhaust pipe silencing device and an installation method thereof.

Background

In large ships carrying LNG or partially using LNG fuel, a natural gas burning tower (GCU) is an important surplus volatile gas treatment device for consuming surplus natural gas through combustion. Because of the large amount of excess volatile gas in large LNG transportation or LNG powered ships, natural gas burning towers are usually equipped with fans with large capacity for supplying combustion air and cooling air in order to ensure sufficient combustion. Huge amount of wind is through irregular parts such as combustor when through burning tower and blast pipe, and the vortex street of production can cause aerodynamic's noise, and the mechanical noise of fan itself also can disperse to exterior space through the blast pipe.

In recent years, LNG ships for applications other than pure transportation, such as FSRU (floating storage regasification unit) for supplying gas to land while being parked on shore, or LNG tankers for fueling large LNG-powered ships, have been increasing. Such vessels are often operated at low points near areas of dense personnel, such as a shore station near a populated area, or a cruise ship terminal where a large number of visitors are gathered. Based on the situation, the region where the ship operates and part of the regulation establishment organizations begin to set corresponding regulations on the influence of the ship on the surrounding environment, particularly emission and noise requirements, and the control of the natural gas incineration tower as a main noise source exposed outside (the burnt exhaust gas needs to be directly exhausted into the atmosphere) also becomes a required action.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a silencer for an exhaust pipe of a natural gas burning tower and an installation method thereof, which can effectively reduce noise emitted to the atmosphere from the tail end of the exhaust pipe of the natural gas burning tower, and meanwhile, gas circulation in normal operation of the natural gas burning tower cannot be influenced.

A natural gas incineration tower exhaust pipe silencing device comprises a silencing component arranged in an exhaust pipe, a support frame arranged at the top of the silencing component and a deck support which is arranged on a deck surface and is not in contact with the outer wall of the exhaust pipe, wherein the end part of the support frame is fixed with the top of the deck support,

the silencing assembly comprises a plurality of rectifying supporting cylinders and a plurality of reflecting silencing sheet groups, the rectifying supporting cylinders are arranged in the exhaust pipe and are sequentially sleeved from inside to outside, and a plurality of reflecting silencing sheet groups used for absorbing the reflected sound waves are arranged in gaps between every two adjacent rectifying supporting cylinders and gaps between the outermost rectifying supporting cylinders and the exhaust pipe along the air flow direction.

Preferably, the reflection silencing sheet set comprises a silencing sheet arranged in the radial direction and sound reflection plates arranged on two sides of the silencing sheet and parallel to the silencing sheet, and a plurality of sound transmission holes are formed in the sound reflection plates.

A mounting method of a natural gas incineration tower exhaust pipe silencing device specifically comprises the following steps:

s1, sequentially sleeving a plurality of rectification support cylinders from inside to outside;

s2, welding and fixing a plurality of groups of reflection silencing sheet groups in the gap between two adjacent rectification support cylinders and on the outer surface of the rectification support cylinder at the outermost layer, wherein the reflection silencing sheet groups of each layer are radially arranged and are equidistantly distributed in the circumferential direction to form a silencing assembly;

s3, welding and fixing the support frame on the top of the silencing assembly, wherein the center of the support frame is positioned on the axis of the rectifying support cylinder;

s4, welding and fixing a plurality of deck supports on the deck surface at the periphery of the exhaust pipe;

s5, hoisting the assembly of the support frame and the silencing component into the exhaust pipe from the top of the exhaust pipe until the end of the support frame is lapped on the deck support;

and S6, welding and fixing the support frame and the deck support.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The invention provides a silencing device for an exhaust pipe of a natural gas incineration tower, which comprises a silencing component arranged in an exhaust pipe 4, a support frame 1 arranged at the top of the silencing component and a deck support 5 which is arranged on a deck surface 6 and is not in contact with the outer wall of the exhaust pipe 4, wherein the end part of the support frame 1 is fixed with the top of the deck support 5. The deck surface 6 is the deck surface at the outlet of the natural gas incineration tower 11.

The distance between the sound-absorbing plate 7 and the sound-reflecting plate 8 is 2-5 times of the aperture of the sound-transmitting hole 9.

The rectifying support cylinder 3, the reflecting silencing sheet groups 2 and the support frame 1 jointly form a silencing main body, and when gas in the exhaust pipe 4 flows from bottom to top, generated sound waves can impact the wall surfaces of the cavities separated by the reflecting silencing sheet groups 2 and are reflected on the wall surfaces. After each reflection, a part of sound wave enters the corresponding sound-absorbing plate 7 through the sound-transmitting holes on the sound-absorbing reflection plates 8, the sound-absorbing plate 7 sandwiched between the two sound-absorbing reflection plates 8 absorbs part of the energy, and the unabsorbed part of the energy is attenuated and then enters the cavity separated by each reflection sound-absorbing plate group 2 again for the next reflection. Because the height of whole amortization subassembly is higher, most sound wave all can have several reflection attenuations when reaching blast pipe 4 terminal, consequently, can greatly reduced the noise level of blast pipe 4 exit.

Meanwhile, as each group of reflection silencing sheet groups 2 are arranged in the radial direction and have small cross sectional area, the airflow obstruction during the operation of the incineration tower 11 is small, the airflow circulation cannot be influenced, and the full combustion of natural gas in the combustion cavity of the incineration tower 11 is effectively ensured.

The installation method of the natural gas incineration tower exhaust pipe silencing device specifically comprises the following steps:

And S4, welding and fixing a plurality of deck supports 5 on the deck surface 6 at the periphery of the exhaust pipe 4, wherein the deck supports 5 are not in contact with the outer surface of the exhaust pipe 4.

And S5, hoisting the assembly of the support frame 1 and the silencing component into the exhaust pipe 4 from the top of the exhaust pipe 4. In this embodiment, the support frame 1 is a cross structure, and when the assembly of the support frame 1 and the silencing component is hoisted into the exhaust pipe 4, the end of the support frame 1 just extends out from the outer edge of the exhaust pipe 4 and is placed on the deck support 5.
