A test composition of vibrio thiofida comprising:

the components of the culture solution comprise magnesium sulfate, dipotassium phosphate, yeast extract powder, trisodium citrate, cysteine hydrochloride and resazurin;

the storage liquid comprises the components of ferrous ammonium sulfate and ascorbic acid.

The composition of claim 1, wherein the culture solution is prepared by mixing the components with water, then filling nitrogen to remove oxygen, sterilizing and cooling.

The composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the culture solution comprises the following components in concentration:

0.01-1.0 g/L g of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 0.01-0.02 g/L g of dipotassium phosphate, 0.5-1.0 g/L g of yeast extract powder, 4-12 g/L g of trisodium citrate, 0.4-0.6 g/L g of cysteine hydrochloride and 0.0005-0.002 g/L g of resazurin, and the pH value is adjusted to 6-8.

The composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the culture liquid is contained in an anaerobic tube.

The composition according to claim 4, wherein the volume of the culture solution is 8.8m L per anaerobic tube of 15m L.

The composition of claim 1, wherein the stock solution is formulated from the component in admixture with water.

The composition of claim 1 or 6, wherein the stock solution comprises the following components in concentration:

0.8-3.2 g/L g of ferrous ammonium sulfate and 0.2-0.3 g/L g of ascorbic acid.

The composition of claim 1 or 6, wherein the stock solution is contained in a sterilized anaerobic bottle.

A method of preparing the Vibrio thiofida test composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of preparing a culture solution and a stock solution separately.

The method of claim 9, further comprising adding the stock solution to the culture solution.

Use of the vibrio thiofida test composition of any of claims 1-8 for testing oil reservoir vibrio thiofida.

A method of testing oil reservoirs for vibrio desulfurizata, the method comprising:

adding the stock solution of the Vibrio thiosulfuricus test composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 to the culture solution, wherein 0.2m L of the stock solution is added per 8.8m L of the culture solution to prepare a complete test bottle;

taking a plurality of test bottles (No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 … …), using a plurality of identical sterile syringes, injecting 1m L liquid to be tested into the No. 1 test bottle, fully oscillating, taking another sterile syringe to take 1m L liquid out of the uniformly shaken No. 1 test bottle, injecting the liquid into the No. 2 test bottle, fully oscillating, taking another sterile syringe to take 1m L liquid out of the uniformly shaken No. 2 test bottle, injecting the liquid into the No. 3 test bottle, fully oscillating, and sequentially repeating the operation procedures until the last bottle is reached;

and (3) culturing the group of test bottles added with the sample to be tested in an incubator at the temperature of 30 ℃, and observing the change in the test bottles after 7 days of culture.
