The titanium and the titanium alloy have excellent performance and can be widely applied to various industries of national economy and national defense industry. TA15 as a near-alpha type titanium alloy has obvious advantages in room temperature mechanical property and high temperature mechanical property except for keeping the light weight characteristic of the titanium-based material. However, GJB 2505A has clear requirements on the tissue type of TA15 plates, and in addition to effective fragmentation of the original beta grain boundary, TA15 needs to be specially evaluated according to a tissue rating diagram. In TA15, particularly in hot-rolled plates, there are contradictions that the original structure is difficult to break if the heating temperature is too high, and the working plasticity is difficult to ensure if the heating temperature is too low during hot working.
