s1, carburizing the roller; when in carburization, the heating temperature is 930-940 ℃;

s2, quenching the carburized roller; when quenching, the heating temperature is 810-830 ℃;

s3, carrying out low-temperature tempering on the quenched roller; during the low-temperature tempering, the heating temperature is 280-320 ℃;

The method of claim 3 for heat treating a roller of a 55SiMoV material mining roller cone drill bit, wherein: in the carburizing process, kerosene is added into a 45KW roller furnace, the kerosene dropping amount is 78-82 d/min in the first 28-32 minutes and 40-60 d/min in the last 7-8 hours, and after the carburizing time is finished, the coal is cooled by oil.

The method of claim 1 for heat treating a roller of a 55SiMoV material mining roller cone drill bit, wherein: in S2, adding methanol into a 45KW roller furnace when quenching, wherein the dropping amount of the methanol is 40-80 d/min, cooling the mixture to 100-150 ℃ after adding the methanol for 28-32 min, and discharging the oil.

Background

Roller cone drill bits are one of the most widely used types of drilling bits. When the roller bit works, the cutting teeth alternately contact with the bottom of the well, the rock breaking torque is small, the contact area between the cutting teeth and the bottom of the well is small, the specific pressure is high, and the roller bit is easy to be eaten into the stratum; the total length of the working edge is large, and thus the wear is relatively reduced. Roller cone drill bits capable of adapting to a wide variety of formations from soft to hard have been widely used as a tool for drilling rock formations, with significant improvements in bit performance directly reducing drilling costs, especially the fastest advancing in the last decade. Two performance metrics, life and rate of penetration, which ultimately determine the extent to which the drill bit impacts the cost of drilling. Increasing the rate of penetration and the life of the drill bit is an effective way to reduce the cost of drilling.

The mining tricone bit is a main tool for open-pit mine drilling and mainly comprises a plurality of small parts such as a tooth claw, a cone, a roller and the like. The working principle is that when the whole drill bit revolves, the cone rotates around the matched claw shaft head, so that the rock is crushed. The inner hole of the cone, the shaft head of the claw, the roller and the like form a complex rolling bearing system which bears huge axial pressure of the drilling machine in work. The roller, which is an important component of a drill, has a particularly high heat treatment requirement and has a great influence on the service life of the drill. How to improve the heat treatment quality of the roller of the mining roller cone bit and further improve the whole service life of the roller cone bit is a difficult problem which is sought and solved by the same industry, and therefore, a heat treatment method for the roller cone bit made of 55SiMoV materials is provided.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a heat treatment method for a roller of a 55SiMoV material mining roller bit, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the heat treatment method for the roller of the 55SiMoV material mining roller bit comprises the following steps:

s1, carburizing the roller: when in carburization, the heating temperature is 930-940 ℃;

s2, quenching the carburized roller: when quenching, the heating temperature is 810-830 ℃;

s3, carrying out low-temperature tempering on the quenched roller: when in low-temperature tempering, the heating temperature is 280-320 ℃;

and S4, air cooling to room temperature, and finishing the heat treatment of the roller.

The present invention is further preferred: the carburizing and quenching processes are completed in a 45KW roller furnace, and the low-temperature tempering process is completed in a 36KW low-temperature tempering furnace.

The present invention is further preferred: in S1, methanol is added into a 45KW roller furnace when carburizing, and the dropping amount of the methanol is 120-130 d/min.

The present invention is further preferred: in the carburizing process, kerosene is added into a 45KW roller furnace, the kerosene dropping amount is 78-82 d/min in the first 28-32 minutes and 40-60 d/min in the last 7-8 hours, and after the carburizing time is finished, the coal is cooled by oil.

The present invention is further preferred: in S2, adding methanol into a 45KW roller furnace when quenching, wherein the dropping amount of the methanol is 40-80 d/min, cooling the mixture to 100-150 ℃ after adding the methanol for 28-32 min, and discharging the oil.

The present invention is further preferred: in S3, the heating time is 2.8 to 3.2 hours at the time of low-temperature tempering.
