7. The method for preparing the health preserving wine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized by comprising the steps of:

step 1: grinding radix rehmanniae, rhizoma Dioscoreae, Cistanchis herba, radix Angelicae sinensis, herba Polygoni Hydropiperis, Ginseng radix, and yellow wine at a certain ratio; taking yellow wine distiller's yeast for later use;

step 2: adding a proper amount of water into the mixed raw materials of radix rehmanniae, raw Chinese yam, cistanche, Chinese angelica, polygonum hydropiper and ginseng for decoction, cooling the filtered decoction, and adsorbing impurities by using active carbon;

and 3, step 3: soaking cleaned rice raw materials in the medicinal soup at 36 deg.C for 50 hr to obtain soaked rice;

and 4, step 4: steaming the soaked rice in a steamer at 85 deg.C, stopping steaming until the medicinal materials volatilize, and repeating the process for 5-6 times;

and 5, step 5: cooling the cooked rice, adding yellow wine yeast, stirring, sealing and fermenting in a fermentation device for 30-32 days, and filtering to obtain stock wine;

and 6, step 6: the original pulp wine is steamed for about 8 hours, then is cooled and distilled, and the process is circulated for a plurality of times to obtain the health-preserving wine.

8. The method for preparing health preserving wine according to claim 7, characterized by further comprising the steps of:

preparing a harmonically optimized aldehyde acid-containing composition: grinding and decocting the coordination optimization aldehyde-containing acid composition raw materials according to a ratio, cooling the filtered decoction, and adsorbing impurities by using active carbon to obtain a coordination optimization aldehyde-containing acid composition liquid medicine;

adding process, adding the obtained coordinately optimized aldehyde acid-containing composition liquid medicine into the virgin pulp wine before distillation, then mixing, then cooking the virgin pulp wine for about 8h, then cooling and distilling, and repeating the steps for a plurality of times to obtain the health-preserving wine.

The preparation method of the health wine comprises the following steps:
