The working principle is as follows: when the hydraulic oil tank with the external filtering structure is used, firstly, the bracket 2 is installed on a processing device, the connecting piece 4 is rotated to enable the hydraulic oil tank 1 to be installed on the bracket 2, the rubber pad 3 between the hydraulic oil tank 1 and the bracket 2 can play a role of vibration reduction, the tank cover 6 is placed at the top of the hydraulic oil tank 1, the first bolt 5 is rotated to enable the hydraulic oil tank 1 to be connected and fastened with the tank cover 6 through the first bolt 5, the hydraulic oil tank 1 is in sealing connection with the tank cover 6 through the first sealing rubber gasket 7, the oil spill tank 8 is placed at the left side of the hydraulic oil tank 1, the second bolt 10 is rotated, the second bolt 10 penetrates through the screw sleeve 9 to be connected with the hydraulic oil tank 1, the hydraulic oil tank 1 is connected and fastened with the oil spill tank 8, the oil spill tank 8 is in sealing connection with the hydraulic oil tank 1 through the second sealing rubber gasket 12, oil is injected through the oil filling port, the oil filter 18 at the lower end of the oil suction pipe 15 prevents impurities from entering the oil suction pipe 15, oil after work is finished returns to the hydraulic oil tank 1 through the oil return pipe 14, the partition plate 19 plays a role of separating the hydraulic oil tank 1, a path between the oil return pipe 14 and the oil suction pipe 15 is prolonged, when the pressure in the hydraulic oil tank 1 exceeds the standard, the overflow valve 11 discharges oil and air with overpressure, the hydraulic oil tank 1 is protected, the oil and the air enter the oil overflow tank 8, the oil overflow tank 8 collects the oil, the surrounding environment is protected, naked oil is prevented from being subjected to open fire and deflagration, the first air filter 13 and the second air filter 17 play a role of pressure compensation and dust prevention, the gear pump 29 is started, the oil in the hydraulic oil tank 1 is extracted by the gear pump 29 and enters the oil through pipe 27, the filter element 30 filters the impurities in the oil, the clean oil returns to the hydraulic oil tank 1 through the, the second end cover 31 is taken down by rotating, the filter element 30 is taken down by sliding, impurities in the filter element 30 can be cleaned conveniently, when preheating is needed, the resistance heater 25 is started, the resistance heater 25 heats water in the water tank 23, the water pump 24 is started, the water pump 24 pumps hot water to enter the water cooling pipe 22, the temperature of oil in the hydraulic oil tank 1 can be improved rapidly and effectively, when cooling is needed, the water pump 24 is started, the water pump 24 pumps cold water in the water tank 23 to enter the water cooling pipe 22, the water cooling pipe 22 returns to the water tank 23 after absorbing heat in the hydraulic oil tank 1, the exhaust fan 26 is started, the exhaust fan 26 assists in heat dissipation, the temperature of water in the water tank 23 can be reduced rapidly by means of filling ice blocks, the use is safer and more efficient, when oil needs to be replaced, the first end cover 21 is opened by rotating, the inclined bottom surface of the hydraulic oil tank 1 is more convenient for the oil to, those not described in detail in this specification are within the skill of the art.
