Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of machining, and particularly relates to a spring heat treatment deformation limiting device.

Background

The spring is a common part in modern manufacturing industry, and mainly plays the functions of controlling mechanical movement, resetting, buffering, pressing and the like in assembly. The metal spring is generally formed by cold forming and needs to be subjected to heat treatment before use. The stress is released during the heat treatment process to easily cause the deformation of the spring, the deformation forms mainly comprise longitudinal elongation, distortion, outer diameter relaxation and the like, the deformation not only causes the dimensional deviation of the spring, but also seriously affects the service performance of the spring, and therefore, the limitation is required to obtain qualified products.

The existing spring manufacturing technology adopts a steel wire bundling method to limit heat treatment deformation, generally 3-4 steel wires are used for bundling and winding the spring along the elastic force direction, and the method mainly has the following defects: (1) the limit on deformation is single, only the longitudinal elongation of the spring can be limited, and the limit on distortion and the relaxation of the outer diameter is insufficient; (2) for non-wear-resistant materials such as titanium alloy springs, the binding of steel wires is easy to cause surface scratches, and the use quality of the springs is seriously influenced; (3) the bundling of steel wires needs to consume a large amount of manpower and time, each spring needs to be bundled independently, the labor cost and the time cost are high, the repeated utilization cannot be realized, and the production efficiency is seriously influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a device for limiting thermal deformation of a spring, which solves the above problems of the prior art.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a spring heat treatment deformation limiting device comprises a base 1, a cover plate 2, a side baffle 3 and a limiting block 4; wherein apron 2 is provided with two, is located the top of base 1, and side shield 3 is provided with two, is located the both sides of base 1, and stopper 4 is located between base 1 and apron 2, is located the front end of base 1 to form the spacing space that spring thermal treatment warp between base 1, apron 2, side shield 3 and stopper 4.

The base 1 comprises a base limiting block connecting part 101 positioned at the front end, a spring placing table 102 positioned at the middle part and a cover plate connecting part 103 positioned at the tail part; the cover plate connecting portion 103 is higher than the spring placing table 102, a base limit block butt joint groove 104 is formed in the front end of the base limit block connecting portion 101 and used for being in butt joint with the limit block 4, base side baffle butt joint holes 105 are formed in two side walls of the spring placing table 102 and used for being connected with the side baffles 3, and a base cover plate butt joint hole 106 is formed in the upper surface of the cover plate connecting portion 103 and used for being connected with the cover plate 2.

In one particular embodiment, base 1 is fabricated from a sheet of TA15 titanium alloy.

The cover plates 2 comprise two, and the two cover plates 2 are arranged in a bilateral symmetry manner; the cover plate 2 comprises a cover plate limiting block connecting part 201 positioned at the front end, a cover plate body 202 positioned in the middle and a base connecting part 203 positioned at the tail, wherein the front end of the cover plate limiting block connecting part 201 is provided with a cover plate limiting block butt joint groove 204 for butt joint with the limiting block 4, a long edge of one side of the cover plate body 202 is provided with a convex end 205, the convex end 205 extends to the end part of the cover plate limiting block connecting part 201, and when the cover plate 2 is used, the convex ends 205 of the two cover plates 2 are positioned at the outer sides and are respectively aligned and attached to the upper end faces; the base connection portion 203 is provided with a cover plate base docking hole 206 for connecting with the base 1.

The side baffle 3 is of a rectangular plate-shaped structure, and the width of the side baffle 3 is greater than the height of the spring placing table 102 and less than the height of the cover plate connecting part 103; the surface of the side dam 3 is provided with a plurality of side dam base mating holes 301 for mating with the base side dam mating holes 105 of the spring placement station 102 to connect the side dam 3 with the spring placement station 102.

A limiting block base butt joint hole 401 is formed in the center of the limiting block 4, and the limiting block base butt joint hole 401 is matched with the base limiting block butt joint groove 104 to fix the limiting block base butt joint hole and the base limiting block butt joint groove; two sides of the abutment hole 401 of the base of the stop block are symmetrically provided with an abutment hole 402 of the stop block cover plate, and the abutment holes 402 of the two stop block cover plates are respectively matched with the abutment grooves 204 of the cover plate stop blocks of the two cover plates 2 to fix the two cover plates 2 and the stop block 4.

The invention has the advantages that:

the spring heat treatment deformation limiting device provided by the invention can effectively limit main deformation such as longitudinal elongation, distortion, outer diameter relaxation and the like generated in the spring heat treatment process. All parts of the device are in surface contact with the spring, so that the surface of the spring is prevented from being scratched. In one particular embodiment, base 1 is fabricated from a sheet of TA15 titanium alloy.

It can be seen that the base 1 provides three interfaces which can be respectively butted with the cover plate 2, the side baffle 3 and the limiting block 4. After the springs are sequentially laid on the base 1, the cover plate 2, the side baffle 3 and the limiting block 4 are locked through the bolts, and the limitation on the springs can be realized.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a cover plate of a spring heat treatment deformation limiting device provided in an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the cover plates 2 include two, and the two cover plates 2 are arranged in bilateral symmetry; the cover plate 2 comprises a cover plate limiting block connecting part 201 positioned at the front end, a cover plate body 202 positioned in the middle and a base connecting part 203 positioned at the tail, wherein the front end of the cover plate limiting block connecting part 201 is provided with a cover plate limiting block butt joint groove 204 for butt joint with the limiting block 4, a long edge of one side of the cover plate body 202 is provided with a convex end 205, the convex end 205 extends to the end part of the cover plate limiting block connecting part 201, and when the cover plate 2 is used, the convex ends 205 of the two cover plates 2 are positioned at the outer sides and are respectively aligned and attached to the upper end faces; the base connection portion 203 is provided with a cover plate base docking hole 206 for connecting with the base 1.

The spring heat treatment deformation limiting device comprises two cover plates 2 which are designed in a bilateral symmetry mode, and the protruding ends 205 face outwards in the assembling process. The spring is laid on the base 1 and then covered with the cover plate 2, and the cover plate 2 is locked with the base 1, the cover plate 2 and the limiting block 4 through bolts. The cover plate 2 mainly limits the up-and-down torsional deformation of the spring, and meanwhile, the protruding end 205 can be matched with the side baffle 3 to limit the longitudinal elongation of the spring together.

As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the side guard 3 has a rectangular plate-like structure, and the width of the side guard 3 is greater than the height of the spring placement base 102 and less than the height of the cover connection portion 103; the surface of the side dam 3 is provided with a plurality of side dam base mating holes 301 for mating with the base side dam mating holes 105 of the spring placement station 102 to connect the side dam 3 with the spring placement station 102.

The spring heat treatment deformation limiting device comprises two side baffles 3 which are designed to be bilaterally symmetrical and are connected and locked with corresponding interfaces on the base 1 through bolts. The side baffle 3 is mainly used for limiting the longitudinal elongation of the spring, the two ends of the lower edge of the spring ear ring can be clamped after the side baffle is fixed with the base 1, the upper edge of the spring ear ring is clamped by the protruding end 205 of the cover plate 2, and the limitation of longitudinal elongation deformation is realized together.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a limiting block of the spring heat treatment deformation limiting device provided in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, a stopper base abutting hole 401 is formed in the center of the stopper 4, and the stopper base abutting hole 401 is matched with the base stopper abutting groove 104 to fix the two; two sides of the abutment hole 401 of the base of the stop block are symmetrically provided with an abutment hole 402 of the stop block cover plate, and the abutment holes 402 of the two stop block cover plates are respectively matched with the abutment grooves 204 of the cover plate stop blocks of the two cover plates 2 to fix the two cover plates 2 and the stop block 4.

The limiting block 4 is a fixing device at the front end of the device, can slide along the base limiting block butt joint groove 104 of the base 1 for a certain stroke, is used for adjusting the number of the laying springs and clamping and fixing the springs, and is mainly used for limiting the left and right torsional deformation of the springs. The limiting block 4 comprises three interfaces and is respectively locked and connected with the base 1 and the two cover plates 2 by bolts.

Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a form of restriction of a spring by using the spring heat treatment deformation restricting device provided in the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 6 shows a form of restriction of the spring by the device of the present invention. Through the cooperation among each part, can realize the effective restriction to various main deformations in the spring heat treatment process, realize the control to the external dimensions to obtain qualified product.

The specific steps of using the spring to heat treat the deformation limiting device are as follows:

(1) the springs are sequentially and closely laid on the spring placing table 102 of the base 1, and the earrings are adjusted to be parallel to the plane of the spring placing table 102;

(2) the side dam 3 is connected to the base 1 through the side dam base docking hole 301 and the base side dam docking hole 105 using bolts. Finely adjusting the side baffle 3 to clamp the lower edge of the spring earring, and locking the bolt after adjustment;

(3) cover plate 2 is closed and the cover plate 2 is attached to the base 1 using bolts through the base cover plate docking holes 106 and the cover plate base docking holes 206. The cover plate 2 is adjusted to ensure that the surface of the spring is tightly pressed and uniformly contacted, the protruding end 205 can clamp the upper edge of the spring ear ring, and the bolt is locked after adjustment;

(4) the front end of the device slides into the limiting block 4, the limiting block 4 is adjusted to clamp the spring, the bolt is used after adjustment, the limiting block 4 and the base 1 are locked through the base limiting block butt joint groove 104 and the limiting block base butt joint hole 401, and the cover plate 2 and the limiting block 4 are connected and locked through the limiting block cover plate butt joint hole 402 and the cover plate limiting block butt joint groove 204 by using the bolt.

The spring heat treatment deformation limiting device provided by the invention provides a brand-new solution for limiting the heat treatment deformation of the spring. Through the assembly design of the limiting blocks, the cover plate and the side baffle plates, various types of deformation of the spring in the heat treatment process can be comprehensively limited, all parts in the device are in surface contact with the spring, and the damage to the surface of the spring is avoided to the maximum extent. Meanwhile, the modularized design ensures that the device can be suitable for springs with different sizes, and each device can process 30 springs at most simultaneously, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency and the product percent of pass.
