1. A solid particle comprising

(i) At least 20 wt% of vitamin A and/or vitamin A derivative, based on the total weight of the solid particles,

(ii) at least one emulsifier, and

(iii) at least one non-reducing sugar, wherein the non-reducing sugar is selected from the group consisting of at least one non-reducing sugar,

wherein the solid particles do not comprise any antioxidant.

2. The solid particle of claim 1 comprising

5-55 weight% (wt-%), based on the total weight of the solid particles, of at least one non-reducing sugar, preferably trehalose.

3. The solid particle of claim 1 comprising

10-50 weight percent (wt-%) of at least one non-reducing sugar, based on the total weight of the solid particles.

4. The solid particle according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the vitamin A derivative is selected from the group consisting of vitamin A acetate or vitamin A palmitate.

5. The solid particle according to any of the preceding claims, comprising 22-75 wt-% vitamin a and/or vitamin a derivative, based on the total weight of the solid particle.

6. The solid particle according to any of the preceding claims, comprising 25-65 wt-% vitamin a and/or vitamin a derivative, based on the total weight of the solid particle.

7. The solid particle according to any of the preceding claims, comprising 20-70 wt-% of at least one emulsifier, based on the total weight of the solid particle.

The solid particle according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least emulsifier is selected from the group consisting of: modified (food) starches, ascorbyl palmitate, pectin, alginates, carrageenan, furcellaran, dextrin derivatives, cellulose and cellulose derivatives (e.g. cellulose acetate, methyl cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), lignosulfonate, polysaccharide gums (such as gum arabic (arabic), modified gum arabic, TIC gum, flaxseed gum, gum ghatti, tamarind gum and arabinogalactan), gelatin (bovine, fish, swine, poultry), plant proteins (such as peas, soybeans, castor beans, cotton, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cassava, rapeseed, sunflowers, sesame, linseed, safflower, lentils, nuts, wheat, rice, corn, barley, rye, oats, lupins and sorghum), animal proteins including milk or whey proteins, lecithin, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, monoglycerides of fatty acids, diglycerides of fatty acids, sorbitan esters, and sugar esters (and their derivatives).

9. Use of a solid granulate according to any one of claims 1 to 8 in the production of a compressed tablet.

10. A compressed tablet comprising at least one solid particle according to any one of claims 1-8.
