In order to achieve the purpose, the designed cross-shaped vehicle-entering lifting device with the lifting turntable comprises a lifting machine and a lifting platform, wherein the lifting machine and the lifting platform are positioned on a pit during vehicle entering and are connected with a rolling mechanism, and the lifting machine comprises a lifting steel frame, a rotating assembly, a lifting assembly and a turntable; the lifting assembly comprises a mounting frame, a lifting speed reducing motor, a lifting transmission mechanism and a lifting frame, the mounting frame is fixed on the lifting steel frame, and the lifting speed reducing motor is arranged on the mounting frame and is in transmission connection with the lifting frame through the lifting transmission mechanism; the lifting transmission mechanism comprises a chain transmission mechanism, a lifting transmission shaft and gear rack mechanisms which are arranged in pairs, the chain transmission mechanism, the lifting transmission shaft and the gear rack mechanisms are sequentially in transmission connection, the gear rack mechanisms arranged in pairs comprise lifting gears which are fixed at two ends of the lifting transmission shaft in pairs and lifting racks which are respectively matched with the two lifting gears, and the lifting racks are fixed on the lifting frame; the rotary component is arranged between the lifting frame and the turntable, and comprises a rotating gear, a rotary speed reducing motor fixed on the lifting frame and a toothed slewing bearing respectively connected with the lifting frame and the turntable, and the rotary speed reducing motor is in transmission connection with the toothed slewing bearing through the rotating gear; the lifting platform comprises a base, a lifting platform, a lifting speed reducing motor, a lifting transmission shaft and a lifting transmission mechanism, the lifting transmission shaft and the lifting transmission mechanism are fixed on the base, the lifting speed reducing motor is in transmission connection with the lifting transmission shaft, the lifting transmission mechanism comprises a lifting rack and a lifting gear which are meshed with each other, the lifting gear is in transmission connection with the lifting transmission shaft, and the lifting rack is connected with the lifting platform; the base of the lifting platform is installed on the lifting steel frame or the pit, and when the direction of the rotary table is consistent with that of the lifting steel frame and the lifting machine is located on the pit, the lifting platform is located below the rotary table and matched with the lifting steel frame.
