Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of construction, in particular to a safety protection device for a hoisting belt or a traction belt in a hoisting or traction construction process and a using method thereof.

Background

The hoisting and the traction are processes of changing the positions of equipment, workpieces, appliances, materials and the like by using hoisting or traction tools in the installation, overhaul or maintenance process of the equipment. Hoisting and traction construction is widely used in the fields of ships, metallurgy, machinery, mines, petroleum, chemical engineering, ports, electric power, electronics, transportation, military and the like. The hoisting belt and the traction belt play roles in lifting, traction, tensioning and bearing in the construction process, and are very important construction tools. The conventional hoisting belt or traction belt is made of synthetic fiber materials (such as high-strength polyester filaments), and compared with a steel wire rope rigging, the steel wire rope rigging has the characteristics of portability in carrying, convenience in maintenance, good chemical resistance, light weight, high strength, difficulty in damaging the surface of a hoisting or traction object and the like. However, compared with a steel rope rigging, the defects of a hoisting belt or a traction belt are also prominent, and the defects are mainly shown as follows: objects with sharp edges can cause the hoisting belt or the traction belt to be damaged destructively, and the tightened hoisting belt or the traction belt can be rapidly broken when being damaged, and two ends of the broken part can be popped outwards; in addition, in the hoisting or traction process, if unhooking occurs, the hoisting belt or the traction belt at the unhooking position can be popped outwards, and under the two conditions, casualties or equipment damage is extremely easy to cause.

The invention provides a safety protection device for a hoisting belt or a traction belt and a use method thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

A method for using a safety protection device of a hoisting belt or a traction belt is characterized in that before hoisting or traction, the length of a high-strength elastic belt is determined according to a section to be protected of the hoisting belt/the traction belt; fixedly connecting the lead block with two ends of the high-strength elastic band; then clamping the hoisting belt/traction belt in lead blocks at two ends of the high-strength elastic belt through bolts under the condition that the hoisting belt/traction belt is in a tight state and the high-strength elastic belt is in a natural extension state; in the hoisting or traction process, when the lifting belt/traction belt is unhooked or broken, the lifting belt/traction belt quickly falls downwards by means of the gravity of the lead block and the contraction force of the high-strength elastic belt, so that the lifting belt/traction belt is prevented from being popped outwards.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

establish elasticity protection device at the middle part in hoist and mount area or traction area, under the prerequisite that does not influence hoist and mount area and traction area normal work, can prevent effectively that it from causing the injury or causing the damage to equipment because of fracture or unhook bullet to open, avoid causing the constructor.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings:

as shown in fig. 1-4, the safety protection device for a hoisting belt or a traction belt of the present invention is disposed in the middle of the hoisting belt/traction belt 1, and comprises 2 lead blocks 2, 1 high-strength elastic belt 3 and a plurality of bolts 4; two ends of the high-strength elastic belt 3 are fixedly connected with the lead block 2 respectively, and corresponding parts of the hoisting belt/traction belt 1 are clamped and fixed through the lead block 2 and the bolts 4; after being connected with the hoisting belt/traction belt 1, the high-strength elastic belt 3 is in a natural extension state.

The distance between the 2 lead blocks 2 and the corresponding end of the lifting belt/traction belt 1 is 1/4-1/3 of the total length of the lifting belt/traction belt 1.

The invention relates to a using method of a safety protection device of a hoisting belt or a traction belt, which is characterized in that before hoisting or traction, the length of a high-strength elastic belt 3 is determined according to a region to be protected of the hoisting belt/the traction belt 1; fixedly connecting the lead block 2 with two ends of a high-strength elastic band 3; then clamping the hoisting belt/traction belt 1 in the lead blocks 2 at two ends of the high-strength elastic belt 3 through bolts 4 under the conditions that the hoisting belt/traction belt 1 is in a tight state and the high-strength elastic belt 3 is in a natural extension state; in the hoisting or traction process, when the unhooking or hoisting belt/traction belt is broken, the hoisting belt/traction belt 1 quickly falls downwards by means of the gravity of the lead block 2 and the contraction force of the high-strength elastic belt 3, and is prevented from popping outwards.

During hoisting or traction operation, the hoisting belt/traction belt is usually broken in the middle, so the safety protection device is arranged in the middle of the hoisting belt/traction belt. If meet unhook or fracture, rely on the gravity of lead block and the contractile force of the elastic webbing that excels in, can make hoist and mount area, traction area fall downwards fast, prevent that it from outwards popping out and causing the damage to personnel and equipment.

The high-strength elastic band provided by the invention is an industrial high-strength elastic band and can be sold as a finished product.

The following examples are carried out on the premise of the technical scheme of the invention, and detailed embodiments and specific operation processes are given, but the scope of the invention is not limited to the following examples. The mode that the both ends of high strength elastic band 3 and lead block 2 fixed connection do: the lead block 2 is of a totally-enclosed annular structure, and two ends of the high-strength elastic band 3 are sewn with the high-strength elastic band 3 at the inner end of the lead block 2 by bypassing the top of the corresponding lead block 2 after passing through the middle hole of the corresponding lead block 2 (the sewn part 5 is shown in fig. 1); 4 screw holes are seted up to the bottom of every lead (2), pass behind the corresponding screw hole through 4 bolts (4) and take (1) top tightly at lead (2 inboards (accompany a layer high-strength elastic band 3 between the two) with hoisting area/traction area to realize that safety arrangement and hoisting area/traction area between 1 locking are fixed.

In order to avoid the damage of the bolts 4 to the hoisting belt/traction belt 1, a rubber base plate 6 is arranged between the head of each bolt 4 and the hoisting belt/traction belt 1, and 2 bolts 4 share one rubber base plate 6.

In this embodiment, the distance between the 2 lead blocks 2 and the corresponding end of the lifting belt/traction belt 1 is 1/4 of the total length of the lifting belt/traction belt 1.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, the safety protection device is disposed in the middle of the hoisting belt/traction belt 1, and is composed of 2 lead blocks 2, 1 high-strength elastic belt 3, 8 bolts 4, 8 rubber pads 6, and 12 fastening screws 7.

The mode that the both ends of high strength elastic band 3 and lead block 2 fixed connection do: the lead block 2 is of a semi-closed annular structure, and a gap is formed in the middle of the top of the lead block; the top surfaces of the lead blocks 2 at the two sides of the notch are provided with positioning notches, the two ends of the high-strength elastic band 3 are arranged in the corresponding positioning notches, and the high-strength elastic bands 3 at the two ends and the corresponding lead blocks 2 are respectively locked and fixed through 6 fastening screws 7; 4 threaded holes are formed in the bottom of each lead block 2, and the hoisting belt/traction belt 1 is tightly pushed to the inner side of each lead block 2 after 4 bolts 4 penetrate through the corresponding threaded holes, so that the safety protection device and the hoisting belt/traction belt 1 are locked and fixed.

In order to avoid the damage of the bolts 4 to the hoisting belt/traction belt 1, rubber base plates 6 are arranged between the heads of the bolts 4 and the hoisting belt/traction belt 1, and each bolt 4 is correspondingly provided with one rubber base plate 6.

In this embodiment, the distance between the 2 lead blocks 2 and the corresponding end of the lifting belt/traction belt 1 is 1/3 of the total length of the lifting belt/traction belt 1.
