Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette packet conveying, in particular to a self-weight falling type transmission device for cigarette packet ectopic conveying.

Background

The general technological process of the GDX2 packaging equipment is that the aluminum foil paper, paperboard and trademark paper are conveyed by an upstream machine, and finally folded to form cigarette packets, and then the cigarette packets flow into a downstream machine through a cigarette packet ectopic conveying channel to enter the next process. However, in the process of conveying cigarette packets, due to the problems of long production line or station positions, a plurality of conveying channels need to be arranged, and the possibility of dislocation exists between two adjacent conveying channels. In the prior art, generally, a cigarette packet of a previous conveying channel is stored in a cigarette packet temporary storage box, then the cigarette packet temporary storage box is manually brought to a next conveying channel, and then the cigarette packet in the cigarette packet temporary storage box is manually placed on the next conveying channel. The process flow can cause high labor cost, operators need continuous work for many hours, the labor intensity is high, manual operation can cause reverse cigarette packet release, and subsequent procedures are affected.

Therefore, how to provide an ex-situ conveying device for cigarette packets, which can effectively improve the working efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers and reduce the tobacco packet adding rate, becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a self-weight falling type transfer device for ex-situ conveying of cigarette packets, which can effectively improve the operation efficiency, reduce the number of operators for adding cigarettes to 2 or less, reduce the labor intensity of workers and reduce the cigarette packet adding rate.

According to one aspect of the invention, the self-weight dropping type transfer device for cigarette packet ectopic conveying comprises a first conveying channel, a second conveying channel and a transfer mechanism, wherein the second conveying channel is positioned below the first conveying channel, and the transfer mechanism is used for transferring the cigarette packet of the first conveying channel to the second conveying channel;

the transfer mechanism comprises a third conveying channel and a cigarette packet protection tile plate, the starting end of the third conveying channel is positioned at the end point of the first conveying channel, the tail end of the third conveying channel is positioned above the second conveying channel, and the cigarette packet protection tile plate is arranged at the starting section of the third conveying channel; the inner side of the tobacco bale protective tile plate is provided with a buffer plate inclining towards the first conveying channel, a gap is reserved between the lower side of the buffer plate and the end point of the first conveying channel, and the gap is used for enabling tobacco bales to fall through.

Optionally, according to the gravity-falling type transfer device for ex-situ conveying of cigarette packets provided by the invention, the widths of the cigarette packet protection tile plate and the buffer plate are both greater than or equal to the width of the first conveying channel.

Optionally, according to the gravity-falling type transfer device for ex-situ conveying of cigarette packets provided by the invention, the first conveying channel and the second conveying channel are perpendicular to each other, and the third conveying channel is of a vertical structure and is perpendicular to the first conveying channel and the second conveying channel respectively.

Optionally, the cigarette packet ectopic conveying dead weight falling type transfer device further comprises a support frame, a U-shaped connecting piece is arranged at the top end of the support frame, and an opening of the connecting piece is used for embedding bottoms of the first conveying channel and the second conveying channel.

Optionally, according to the self-weight falling type transfer device for ex-situ conveying of cigarette packets, the bottom of the support frame is further provided with support legs, and a plurality of reinforcing triangular plates are arranged between the support legs and the support frame.

The self-weight falling type transfer device for ex-situ conveying of the cigarette packets, disclosed by the invention, can effectively improve the operation efficiency, reduce the number of operators for adding cigarettes to 2 or less, reduce the labor intensity of workers and reduce the adding rate of the cigarette packets. The cigarette packet in the first conveying channel can be stably conveyed to the second conveying channel through the conveying mechanism, the conveying direction of the cigarette packet can be integrally adjusted from the transverse direction to the longitudinal direction, the whole conveying mechanism is operated automatically by machinery, and the error rate of cigarette packet reverse releasing caused by manual operation is reduced. The invention has simple integral structure and convenient use, and the matching relationship among the structures of all parts is close and orderly.

According to fig. 1 to 3, the invention provides a self-weight-dropping type transfer device for ex-situ conveying of cigarette packets, which comprises a first conveying channel 1, a second conveying channel 2 and a transfer mechanism, wherein the second conveying channel 2 is positioned below the first conveying channel 1, and the transfer mechanism is used for transferring the cigarette packets in the first conveying channel 1 to the second conveying channel 2. In order to ensure that the turning conveying of the cigarette packets is not affected by the angle during the setting, the second conveying channel 2 should be positioned right below the end point of the first conveying channel 1; moreover, the invention is only suitable for the dislocation conveying with small height difference, so as to avoid the self damage of the tobacco bale caused by the self weight fall of the tobacco bale due to the large height difference.

The transfer mechanism comprises a third conveying channel 5 and a cigarette packet protection tile plate 3, the starting end of the third conveying channel 5 is positioned at the end point of the first conveying channel 1, the tail end of the third conveying channel is positioned above the second conveying channel 2, and the cigarette packet protection tile plate 3 is arranged at the starting section of the third conveying channel 5; the inboard of tobacco bale protection tile board 3 is equipped with the buffer board 4 towards first transfer passage 1 slope, and leaves the clearance between the downside of buffer board 4 and the terminal point of first transfer passage 1, and the clearance is used for the tobacco bale to drop and passes through. The self-weight falling type transfer device for ex-situ conveying of the cigarette packets, disclosed by the invention, can effectively improve the operation efficiency, reduce the number of operators for adding cigarettes to 2 or less, reduce the labor intensity of workers and reduce the adding rate of the cigarette packets. The cigarette packet in the first conveying channel 1 can be stably conveyed to the second conveying channel 2 through the conveying mechanism, the conveying direction of the cigarette packet can be integrally adjusted from the transverse direction to the longitudinal direction, the whole machine is operated automatically, and the error rate of cigarette packet reverse discharging caused by manual operation is reduced.

Further, the width of the cigarette packet protection tile plate 3 and the width of the buffer plate 4 are both larger than or equal to the width of the first conveying channel 1. Guarantee that cigarette group 6 can form the arc passageway through tobacco bale protection tile 3 to still need buffer board 4 can play sufficient supporting role to the first half of tobacco bale.

Further, the first conveying channel 1 is perpendicular to the second conveying channel 2, and the third conveying channel 5 is vertical and perpendicular to the first conveying channel 1 and the second conveying channel 2, respectively. Because the cigarette packet group 6 in the invention needs to be adjusted from horizontal conveying to longitudinal conveying, the first conveying channel 1 should be vertical to the second conveying channel 2, and the invention is of a self-weight falling structure, and the third conveying channel 5 should be of a vertical structure, so as to avoid blocking the falling of the cigarette packets.

Further, the device also comprises a support frame 11, wherein the top end of the support frame 11 is provided with a U-shaped connecting piece 12, and the opening of the connecting piece 12 is used for embedding the bottoms of the first conveying channel 1 and the second conveying channel 2.

Still further, the bottom of support frame 11 still is equipped with supporting legs 17, is equipped with polylith between supporting legs 17 and the support frame 11 and strengthens the set square. The supporting device is used for supporting the first conveying channel 1 and the second conveying channel 2, and because the height difference between the first conveying channel 1 and the second conveying channel 2 is not too large, the heights of the supporting frames 11 respectively corresponding to the first conveying channel 1 and the second conveying channel 2 also have a certain height difference correspondingly, and the height difference is not too large.

Further, the first conveying channel 1 comprises a transmission motor 7 and transmission wheels 10, mounting supports 9 are arranged at two ends of the first conveying channel 1, a transmission shaft 18 is arranged on the mounting supports 9, the transmission wheels 10 are sleeved on the transmission shaft 18, a conveying belt 13 is sleeved between the two transmission wheels 10, and the cigarette packet group 6 is placed on the conveying belt 13; the transmission motor 7 is connected with one of the transmission wheels 10 through a belt 8. In the invention, the transmission motor 7 and any transmission wheel 10 can be connected through a belt 8.

Further, the cigarette packet protection tile plate 3 and the driving wheel 10 are of concentric circle structures. The cigarette packet protection tile plate 3 can prevent the cigarette packet group 6 from falling off in the process of entering the third conveying channel 5 from the first conveying channel 1; in addition, the concentric circle structure can also guarantee that the interval between the optional position of tobacco bale protection tile board 3 and the tobacco bale is equal.

Furthermore, longitudinal conveying guard rails are arranged on two sides of the second conveying channel 2, and one side, close to the first conveying channel 1, of each longitudinal conveying guard rail is tangent to the driving wheel 10.

Alternatively, according to the gravity-fall type transfer device for ex-situ conveying of cigarette packets, the third conveying channel 5 is positioned between two longitudinal conveying guard rails. In practice, in order to ensure that the turning conveying of the cigarette packets is not affected by the angle, when the cigarette packets drop from the first conveying passage 1 into the third conveying passage 5, the cigarette packets are located right above the second conveying passage 2.

Further, the outer side of the third conveying channel 5, which is far away from the first conveying channel 1, is connected with the cigarette packet protection shoe plate 3. And the influence of factors such as outside wind power on the automatic falling of the cigarette packet is prevented.

Further, the electric appliance cabinet 14 is further included, the transmission motor 7 is electrically connected with the electric appliance cabinet 14, the electric appliance cabinet 14 and a motor support 15 for mounting the transmission motor 7 are both arranged on the support frame 11, and the electric appliance cabinet 14 drives the transmission motor 7 to drive the driving wheel 16 to rotate.
