Background

In the existing operation procedure, a travelling crane hoists the slag grabber and the blank clamping device, a person needs to command on the ground, and the travelling crane is responsible for loading and taking the clamp hoisting ring. The main working steps comprise: commanding the travelling crane to a clamp placing point, placing a clamp lifting ring into a hook head after the hook head of the travelling crane descends to a personnel operable position, and clamping and lifting the travelling crane; after the crane clamping and hoisting work is finished, an operator commands the crane to place the clamp into an appointed placing point, and after the lifting hook descends, the clamp lifting ring is taken out, so that the hoisting work is finished.

However, the disadvantages of the prior art are as follows:

1) the lifting work of the travelling crane needs the ground personnel to keep watch on the whole process, and only the lifting ring is in charge of the mounting and taking work, so that the labor is wasted;

2) the clamp hanging ring is heavy, and the object is easy to strike and damage when being carried manually;

3) the travelling crane is generally responsible for hoisting work of a plurality of working procedures, and when the lifting appliance needs to be dismounted and emergency hoisting work of another working procedure is processed, if ground coordination personnel are not on site, the lifting appliance is not dismounted in time, and great loss of the emergency hoisting work of another working procedure is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a mechanism for automatically dismounting a hook head lifting appliance and a device for automatically dismounting the hook head lifting appliance.

The invention provides a mechanism for automatically disassembling and assembling a hook head hanger, which is suitable for being matched with a crane hook, wherein the crane hook comprises a crane hook head and an anti-unhooking device arranged on the crane hook head, and the mechanism comprises:

a base;

the supporting frame is arranged on the base;

the dismounting part can be rotatably arranged on the support frame around a rotating shaft and comprises a jacking part and an installation plate which are oppositely arranged up and down, the jacking part is suitable for abutting against an anti-unhooking device on the travelling crane hook head moving forwards and is rotationally opened towards the rear direction, a magnetic device suitable for adsorbing a lifting ring is arranged on the upper side of the installation plate, which faces towards the jacking part, the arrangement position of the magnetic device is met, and the lifting ring is suitable for being hooked into the travelling crane hook head in the process that the anti-unhooking device is jacked;

the horizontal holding mechanism is used for holding the dismounting and mounting piece in a horizontal state after the magnetic device adsorbs the hanging ring;

under the condition that the mounting plate is pressed by the gravity of the descending travelling crane hook head, the dismounting part can rotate and incline, and meanwhile, the travelling crane hook head moves forwards, so that a lifting ring adsorbed on the magnetic device is hooked into the travelling crane hook head with the anti-unhooking device jacked open;

and under the condition that the mounting plate is pressed down by the gravity of the travelling crane gib head which descends, the dismounting part can rotate and incline, and meanwhile, the travelling crane gib head moves backwards, so that the hanging ring can be separated from the travelling crane gib head which is jacked open by the unhooking prevention device.

Preferably, the dismounting member is U-shaped, and includes an arc portion connecting the jacking portion and the mounting plate into a U shape, and the rotating shaft is connected to the mounting plate or a joint of the mounting plate and the arc portion; and in the horizontal direction, the length of the mounting plate is greater than that of the jacking part.

Preferably, the magnetic means is an electromagnetic force plate located below an end of the free end of the jacking portion.

Preferably, the horizontal holding mechanism includes a weight block disposed outside the arc portion, and a buffer portion disposed on the base and supporting the arc portion.

Preferably, the buffering part is of a T-shaped structure, and the top of the buffering part is made of flexible materials.

Preferably, the lower surface of the jacking portion is provided with a V-shaped opening for facilitating the hoisting of the hoisting ring into the crane hook.

Preferably, a steel pipe is embedded in the inner side of the jacking portion, the steel pipe is located at the blunt edges on two sides of the V-shaped opening, and the curved surface of the steel pipe faces outwards.

Preferably, the base is of a tetrahedral structure with an open upper end;

The invention provides a device for automatically disassembling and assembling a hook head hanger, which comprises the mechanism for automatically disassembling and assembling the hook head hanger of the first aspect, and a travelling crane hook, wherein the travelling crane hook comprises a travelling crane hook head and an anti-unhooking device arranged on the travelling crane hook head.

Preferably, the unhooking prevention device comprises a flexible baffle, the upper end of the flexible baffle is rotatably or fixedly arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the travelling crane hook head, and the lower end of the flexible baffle is a free end and is close to the outermost end of the lower part of the travelling crane hook head.

The invention skillfully realizes the automatic hoisting and dismounting of the hook head to the hanging ring through the specific structure, and has at least the following advantages:

1) the problem that personnel for loading and taking the lifting ring need to be equipped in the process of clamping and lifting the travelling crane is solved, and the investment of manpower is saved;

2) compared with the prior art, the device is more automatic, and the safety of operators is greatly ensured;

3) the crane operator can automatically switch the lifting appliance according to the primary and secondary processes, thereby eliminating the emergency, and influencing the progress of the primary process due to the inexistence of the lifting appliance for loading and taking personnel, and further bringing huge economic loss.

In the present invention, the use of directional terms such as "upper, lower, left, right, front, rear" and the like in the absence of a contrary intention is generally understood in conjunction with the orientation shown in the drawings and the practice, and "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer of the outline of the component; and not as a limitation of the invention.

The invention provides a mechanism for automatically disassembling and assembling a hook head hanger, which is suitable for being matched with a crane hook to be used, as shown in fig. 1, wherein the crane hook comprises a crane hook head 1 and an anti-unhooking device arranged on the crane hook head 1, and the mechanism comprises:

a base 3;

a support frame 4 arranged on the base 3;

the dismounting part 2 is rotatably arranged on the support frame 4 around a rotating shaft 401, the dismounting part 2 comprises a jacking part 21 and a mounting plate 22 which are arranged up and down oppositely, the jacking part 21 is suitable for abutting against an unhooking prevention device on the travelling crane hook head 1 which moves forwards to rotate and open towards the rear direction, a magnetic device suitable for adsorbing a lifting ring is arranged on the upper side of the mounting plate 22 facing towards the jacking part 21, the setting position of the magnetic device is met, and the lifting ring is suitable for being hooked into the travelling crane hook head 1 in the process that the unhooking prevention device is jacked;

The mechanism of the invention realizes the automatic installation and disassembly of the lifting hook through the mutual matching of the base 3, the support frame 4, the disassembling and assembling piece 2 and the horizontal retaining mechanism; compared with the prior art, the automatic control system is more automatic and lower in cost, and greatly ensures the safety of operators.

It will be understood that the mechanism of the present invention is adapted for use with a service hook, and is intended to be suitable for use with, but not limited to, a service hook, and in any application where it is desired to install and remove a hook and lifting eye. Correspondingly, in other areas, a drive mechanism for controlling the movement of the hook (corresponding to a trolley in the trolley area) should be present or equipped.

It should be understood that the "unhooking prevention device is opened by rotating in the backward direction" means that at least part of the unhooking prevention device rotates in the backward direction, so that the unhooking prevention device is in an open state, and the gap between the driving hook head 1 and the unhooking prevention device is large.

The structure of the anti-unhooking device can be selected by a person skilled in the art according to actual requirements, and the functions can be realized.

As shown in fig. 1, the detachable member 2 is preferably U-shaped, and includes an arc portion 23 connecting the jacking portion 21 and the mounting plate 22 into a U shape, and the rotating shaft 401 is connected to the mounting plate 22 or a joint of the mounting plate 22 and the arc portion 23; and the length of the mounting plate 22 is greater than the length of the jack-up portion 21 in the horizontal direction. It should be understood that "in the horizontal direction" means that the fitting 2 is in a horizontal state, as shown in fig. 1.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the lower surface of the jacking portion 21 is provided with a V-shaped opening 203 for facilitating the hoisting of the hoisting ring into the crane hook head 1.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, a steel pipe 204 is embedded inside the jacking portion 21, the steel pipe 204 is located at the truncated edges of the V-shaped opening 203, and the curved surface of the steel pipe 204 faces outwards. The arrangement of the steel pipe 204 can further prevent the rope (also called rope) connected to the hanging ring or the rope attached to the traveling hook head 1 and other parts from being damaged by the blunt edge in the operation process.

In the present invention, the jacking portion 21, the mounting plate 22, and the arc portion 23 may be integrally formed or may be integrally connected to each other.

It should be understood that the thickness of the said fitting 2 is not limited and can be chosen by the person skilled in the art according to the actual requirements.

In the present invention, the material of the detachable member 2 can be freely selected by those skilled in the art according to actual requirements, and for example, it is preferable to use high-quality low-alloy steel with good wear resistance.

The magnetic device can be structured as long as it can play a role in fixing the hanging ring through electromagnetism.

Preferably, the magnetic device is an electromagnetic plate 201, and the electromagnetic plate 201 is located below the end of the free end of the jacking portion 21. Below here means directly below or laterally below.

The horizontal holding mechanism may be any mechanism that can return the attachment/detachment unit 2 to the horizontal state.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the horizontal holding mechanism includes a weight 202 disposed outside the arc portion 23, and a buffer portion 5 disposed on the base 3 and supporting the arc portion 23. This preferred solution further enables a quick resetting of the pull-out element 2.

The invention has no limitation on the arrangement mode of the balancing weight 202, and for example, welding fixation can be adopted to ensure the stability of the balancing weight.

It should be understood that the cushioning portion 5 may be any structure capable of performing a cushioning function as long as it can perform a cushioning function.

Preferably, the buffer part 5 is of a T-shaped structure, and the top part thereof is made of a flexible material.

The flexible material can be attached to the top of the T-shaped structure, can also form the whole of the cross rod of the T-shaped structure, and can also be embedded on the top of the cross rod of the T-shaped structure.

In another particularly preferred embodiment, the horizontal holding mechanism includes a weight member fitted into the arc portion 23.

In the present invention, the base 3 is configured to at least support the detachable member 2, and may be any base structure for supporting.

In a specific embodiment, the base 3 is a suspension ring seat, and further preferably, the base 3 is a tetrahedron structure with an open upper end. Under this preferred scheme, can also place the rings that wait to hoist through base 3.

The mounting can be effected, for example, by a rolling bearing for the rotational connection of the cord roller.

In the invention, the rolling bearing can independently select a specific type according to actual requirements, for example, the rolling bearing adopted on the support frame 4 selects a double-row radial thrust bearing, so that the impact force generated by the operation of the hook head can be greatly borne.

The shape of the hanging ring is not limited in any way, and for example, the hanging ring can be semicircular, as shown in fig. 4; and may be circular, and may be used in the present invention.

When the mechanism of the invention is applied, the hanging ring can be directly placed on the detachable part 2, so that the hanging ring is easy to be hung by the crane hook head 1, and is preferably placed on the electromagnetic plate 201 on the detachable part 2 for fixing.

It should be understood that when the hanging ring is placed on the electromagnetic plate 201, preferably the hanging ring is connected with a rope, and the other end of the rope is connected with a cargo to be lifted.

The second aspect of the present invention provides an apparatus for automatically disassembling and assembling a hook head hanger, as shown in fig. 1, comprising the mechanism for automatically disassembling and assembling a hook head hanger according to the first aspect, and a service hook, wherein the service hook comprises a service hook head 1, and an unhooking prevention device disposed on the service hook head 1.

According to the invention, the mechanism for automatically disassembling and assembling the hook head lifting appliance is matched with the crane lifting hook for use, so that the hook head lifting appliance can be automatically assembled and disassembled more safely and reliably.

It will be appreciated that the traveller may control the movement of the traveller hook head 1.

The anti-unhooking device is the same as the anti-unhooking device of the first aspect.

Preferably, the unhooking prevention device comprises a flexible baffle 101, the upper end of the flexible baffle 101 is rotatably or fixedly arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the traveling crane hook head 1, and the lower end is a free end and is close to the outermost end of the lower part of the traveling crane hook head 1.

It should be understood that, in one embodiment, in the case where the upper end of the flexible flap 101 is rotatably provided inside the upper portion of the hook head 1, the whole of the anti-unhooking device is rotated in the rear direction centering on the rotation shaft to which the upper end is connected. Of course, it is understood that in this case, the flexible flap 101 may also be a flap having little or no flexibility.

In another embodiment, when the upper end of the flexible flap 101 is fixedly disposed inside the upper portion of the hook head 1, only the lower portion of the unhooking prevention device is flexibly rotated in the backward direction.

In the present invention, the flexible baffle 101 may be a partially flexible baffle, for example, a rigid baffle is provided with flexible materials on both side surfaces or one side surface, or may be an integrally flexible baffle, for example, an integrally formed flexible plate.

The outer side of the arc-shaped part 23 is provided with a balancing weight 202, a T-shaped buffer part 5 is arranged on the base 3, and the top of the buffer part 5 is contacted with the dismounting part 2.
