The drive member 20 is a motor. The driving member 20 is fixedly installed on the base 10.

The gear transmission structure 30 includes a primary gear transmission assembly 31 and a secondary gear transmission assembly 32. The primary gear assembly 31 includes a first gear 310 and a second gear 311. The first gear 310 is fixed to the output end of the driving member 20, and the first gear 310 is engaged with the second gear 311. The two-stage gear assembly 32 includes a third gear 320 and a fourth gear 321. The third gear 320 is disposed coaxially with the second gear 311. The third gear 320 meshes with the fourth gear 321.

The turntable 40 is fixedly connected with the fourth gear 321. The turntable 40 is rotatably mounted to the base 10.

The table 50 is provided with a mounting groove 52 and an abutting end face 51. The abutting end face 51 is located at the bottom of the mounting groove 52.

The cylinder 70 includes a piston main body 71, a piston rod 72, and a piston 73. Piston body 71 is mounted on piston 73, piston 73 is mounted on the top of piston rod 72, and an oil chamber is formed between piston body 71 and piston 73. The cylinder 70 is installed in the turntable 40.

The positioning structure 80 includes a first conical seat 81 and a second conical seat 82. The first conical seat 81 is fixed on the table-board 50, and the second conical seat 82 is fixed on the turntable 40. The first conical seat 81 and the second conical seat 82 cooperate to position the table 50 with the turntable 40.

When the horizontal machining center worktable is used, the driving member 20 drives the turntable 40 to rotate through the primary gear transmission assembly 31 and the secondary gear transmission assembly 32. The oil is fed into the oil cavity of the oil cylinder 70, the piston main body 71 is driven to drive the pressing plate 60 to move downwards, the pressing plate 60 presses the abutting end face 51 of the table top 50, the table top 50 is locked with the turntable 40, and the turntable 40 drives the table top 50 to rotate. After oil in the oil chamber of the oil cylinder 70 flows out, the piston main body 71 drives the pressing plate 60 to move upwards, the pressing plate 60 is separated from the abutting end face 51, and the table top 50 is loosened from the turntable 40 to realize unlocking.

The horizontal machining center workbench adopts gear transmission, so that the transmission function is met, and the assembly difficulty is reduced; the pressing plate 60 is driven by the oil cylinder 70 to move and press the table board 50, so that the table board 50 has enough tension and high precision. The positioning structure 80 (conical seat) only plays a positioning role, the center of the conical seat is not provided with a pull claw locking mechanism any more, the conical seat is locked on the turntable 40 only through a screw, and the conical seat has no space for scrap accumulation, so that the problem that the traditional structure is easy to cause the increase of the table-board jumping error due to the accumulation of scrap iron and the influence on the processing precision of products is solved, and the precision retentivity is improved; still solved traditional hydraulic pressure blind rivet locking formula structure and because long-time the use takes place hydraulic oil easily and reveal, caused the problem of revolving stage stability reduction.
