In order to save the ground space, the stereo garage is more and more widely applied. By arranging a plurality of parking spaces in the vertical direction, as many vehicles as possible can be parked in a limited space effectively, however, since the vehicles need to be carried to the ground from the parking spaces on the upper floor by the lifting machine, it is also necessary to arrange an entrance and exit of the garage near the ground exit of the lifting machine for the vehicles to enter and show. In the case where a plurality of parking spaces are provided in the height direction to form a single-row three-dimensional parking unit, a plurality of garage entrances and exits for vehicles must be correspondingly provided to provide a plurality of rows of three-dimensional parking units. Therefore, the number of the garage entrances and exits and the number of the three-dimensional parking units which can be arranged in the whole three-dimensional parking garage can be directly influenced by the positions of the garage entrances and exits, and the number of vehicles which can be parked can be directly influenced.

The vehicle entrance 1 is used for allowing a vehicle 20 to enter and exit the stereo parking garage 10, a plurality of parking spaces 21 are uniformly arranged on each row of stereo parking units 2 along the vertical direction, and the vehicle lifting units 3 corresponding to the stereo parking units 2 are arranged adjacent to the stereo parking units 2. The vehicle distribution unit 4 is used to transport the vehicle 20 between the vehicle doorway 1 and the plurality of vehicle 20 lifting mechanisms.

Meanwhile, since the horizontally movable frame 41 needs to have enough space for horizontal movement, the horizontally movable frame 41 can rotate horizontally with the vehicle 20 and does not interfere or collide with other components of the stereo garage 10.

As shown in fig. 3, the present invention further provides a parking method for a stereo parking garage 10, which uses the stereo parking garage 10 to park a vehicle 20, the parking method specifically includes the following steps:

first, a vehicle 20 is carried from a vehicle entrance 1 of a stereo garage 10 to a parking plate 31 of one of vehicle lifting units 3 by a vehicle distribution unit 4;

then, the parking board 31 of the vehicle lifting unit 3 drives the vehicle 20 to lift to a height corresponding to one of the parking spaces 21 of the sky parking unit 2, and stores the vehicle 20 in the parking space 21.

In the parking method of the stereo parking garage 10, the vehicles 20 are carried between the vehicle entrance 1 and the plurality of vehicle lifting units 3 of the stereo parking garage 10 through the vehicle distribution unit 4 of the stereo parking garage 10, so that the corresponding relation between the vehicle entrance 1 and the vehicle lifting units 3 is not needed to be considered again at the setting position of the vehicle entrance 1 of the stereo parking garage 10, and further, the position setting of a plurality of rows of stereo parking units 2 can be met under the condition that the position setting of the vehicle entrance 1 is limited by external factors such as special terrain, and the parking density of the stereo parking garage 10 is effectively improved.

The step of using the vehicle distribution unit 4 to transport the vehicle 20 from the vehicle entrance 1 of the stereo garage 10 to the parking plate 31 of one of the vehicle lifting units 3 may specifically include the following steps:

s11, horizontally moving the horizontal moving frame 41 along the first direction 4a to a position corresponding to the vehicle doorway 1;

s12, conveying the vehicle 20 from the vehicle doorway 1 to the horizontal movement frame 41 through the second conveying mechanism;

s13, horizontally moving the horizontal moving frame 41 to a position corresponding to the vehicle lifting unit 3 along the first direction 4 a;

s14, the vehicle 20 is transported from the horizontal transport frame 41 to the vehicle lifting/lowering unit 3 by the first transport mechanism.

In this method, the vehicle 20 is transported from the vehicle entrance 1 to the specific vehicle lifting unit 3 by the horizontal movement of the horizontal moving frame 41 during the parking link.

In addition, since in the present embodiment, the surface 41a of the horizontal moving frame 41 for carrying the vehicle 20 can also rotate horizontally, in the step of horizontally moving the horizontal moving frame 41 to the position corresponding to the vehicle lifting unit 3 along the first direction 4a, the surface 41a of the horizontal moving frame 41 for carrying the vehicle 20 can also drive the vehicle 20 to rotate horizontally by 180 °, so as to achieve the purpose of turning the vehicle head, and further meet the specific requirement of the stereo garage 10 on the position orientation of parking the vehicle 20.

first, the parking board 31 of the vehicle lifting unit 3 takes the vehicle 20 out of one of the parking spaces 21 of the sky parking unit 2 and lowers it to the lowest height;

thereafter, the vehicle 20 is transported from the vehicle lifting unit 3 to the vehicle entrance 1 of the stereo garage 10 by means of the vehicle allocation unit 4.

In the method for picking up the vehicle from the stereo parking garage 10, the vehicle 20 is carried between the vehicle entrance 1 of the stereo parking garage 10 and the plurality of vehicle lifting units 3 through the vehicle distribution unit 4 of the stereo parking garage 10, so that the corresponding relation between the vehicle entrance 1 of the stereo parking garage 10 and the vehicle lifting units 3 is not needed to be considered, and further, the position setting of the multiple rows of stereo parking units 2 can be met under the condition that the position setting of the vehicle entrance 1 is limited by external factors such as special terrain, and the parking density of the stereo parking garage 10 is effectively improved.

The step of using the vehicle distribution unit 4 to transport the vehicle 20 from the vehicle lifting unit 3 to the vehicle entrance 1 of the stereo garage 10 may specifically include the following steps:

s21, horizontally moving the horizontal moving frame 41 to a position corresponding to the vehicle lifting unit 3 along the first direction 4 a;

s22, conveying the vehicle 20 from the vehicle lifting unit 3 to the horizontal movement frame 41 through the first conveying mechanism;

s23, horizontally moving the horizontal moving frame 41 along the first direction 4a to a position corresponding to the vehicle doorway 1;

s24, the vehicle 20 is transported from the horizontal transport frame 41 to the vehicle doorway 1 by the second transport mechanism.

In this method, the purpose of transporting the vehicle 20 from the specific vehicle lifting unit 3 to the vehicle doorway 1 at the time of taking out the link is achieved by the horizontal movement of the horizontal movement frame 41.

Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, in the process that the horizontal moving frame 41 horizontally moves to the position corresponding to the vehicle entrance 1 along the first direction 4a, the surface of the horizontal moving frame 41 for carrying the vehicle 20 can also drive the vehicle 20 to horizontally rotate 180 ° so as to achieve the purpose of turning the vehicle head, so that the vehicle 20 can directly run out forward when taken out from the stereo garage 10 without operations such as backing up and turning around.

The present embodiment further provides a stereo parking garage 10 having a structure substantially the same as that of the stereo parking garage 10 provided in embodiment 1, except that, as shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, a plurality of rows of stereo parking units 2 and their corresponding vehicle lifting units 3 are respectively disposed adjacently and are simultaneously distributed along a first direction 4a on left and right sides of a horizontal moving frame 41, and at the same time, two parking spaces 11 for vehicles 20 to enter and exit are respectively disposed on both end sides of the horizontal moving frame 41.

As can be seen from the figure, when the horizontally moving frame 41 is moved to the end position, i.e., the position corresponding to the two parking spaces 11, the vehicle 20 may be transported between the horizontally moving frame 41 and the two parking spaces 11 by the transporting mechanism, or the vehicle 20 may be driven from the parking space 11 into the horizontally moving frame 41 directly by its own power without the aid of the transporting mechanism.

After the vehicle 20 is located on the horizontal moving frame 41, the horizontal moving frame 41 is moved in the first direction 4a to a corresponding position of a certain one of the vehicle lifting units 3, and then the vehicle lifting unit 3 stores the vehicle 20 in one of the parking spaces 21 of a certain one of the sky parking units 2.

In addition, as shown in fig. 6, the horizontal moving frame 41 of the embodiment may also be provided with a surface 41a for driving the vehicle 20 to rotate horizontally, so as to change the direction of the head of the vehicle 20 during the process of horizontally transporting the vehicle 20, so as to meet the specific requirement of the stereo garage 10 on the direction of the head of the parked vehicle 20, or, the vehicle 20 can be directly driven out forward after being taken out from the stereo garage 10, without operations such as reversing or turning around.
