In the current plastic industry, when a large-scale injection molding machine needs to replace a mold, the mold can be replaced only by a crane and manpower. The illegal operation of askew pulling and inclined hanging is easy to occur when the mold is replaced by the crane, and the condition that the mold damages machine tool equipment is easy to occur in the pulling process of the steel wire rope. On the other hand, because the pulling distance is difficult to control, an operator can operate the die completely according to the feeling of the operator, and the accident that the die slides down to the ground and hurts people due to improper force application is easily caused. In addition, moving large molds by manpower is time consuming and labor intensive. Therefore, the mold changing trolley is applied.
