Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) in the circular stereo garage with the double vehicle carrying plates exchanged simultaneously, the carrying device can realize lifting motion in a roadway through the lifting guide wheel set and the vertical track, the flat layer positioning device is stopped at an exchange layer or a parking layer, the lap joint mechanism is opposite to the exchange device or opposite to a parking space device on a target parking space through the rotating mechanism, so that the vehicle carrying plates carrying vehicles are transferred among the exchange device, the carrying device and the parking space device, and the vehicles are stored and taken.

(2) In this circular stereo garage of two sweep exchanges simultaneously, when the vehicle shifts to handling device from exchange device on: the vehicle carrying plate loaded with the vehicles on the upper layer exchange mechanism of the exchange device is transferred to the upper layer conveying mechanism of the conveying device through the fourth conveying unit of the conveying device and the second conveying unit of the exchange device; meanwhile, the empty vehicle carrying plates on the lower-layer carrying mechanism of the carrying device are transferred to the lower-layer exchange mechanism of the exchange device through the third carrying unit of the carrying device and the first carrying unit of the exchange device; when the vehicle is transferred from the carrying device to the parking space device: the empty vehicle carrying plate on the lower layer conveying mechanism of the conveying device is transferred to the lower layer conveying mechanism of the conveying device through the third conveying unit of the conveying device and the fifth conveying unit of the parking space device; meanwhile, the vehicle carrying plate loaded with the vehicle on the upper layer carrying mechanism is transferred to the upper layer conveying mechanism of the parking space device through the fourth conveying unit of the carrying device and the sixth conveying unit of the parking space device;

according to the invention, the carrying device is arranged between the exchange device and the parking space device, the vehicle carrying plates are conveyed through the conveying units on the same layer, the circulating conveying is not needed, the conveying efficiency is high, the exchange device on the ground layer and the empty vehicle carrying plates are ensured, the empty vehicle carrying plates are not needed to be conveyed when vehicles are stored, the storing and taking process is shortened, the vehicle storing and taking time is greatly saved, the storing and taking efficiency of the vehicle carrying plate garage is improved, and the energy is saved.

(3) The carrying device can realize three-dimensional synchronous carrying in vertical, horizontal movement and rotation, and has high vehicle storing and taking speed and high efficiency; the roadway occupies small space, saves space, is used for parking vehicles to the greatest extent, and can store a large number of vehicles.

The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the circular stereo garage with two vehicle carrying boards exchanged simultaneously comprises a multi-layer frame 1 with a cylindrical structure, an exchanging device 2, a carrying device 3 and a parking space device 4; the multi-layer frame 1 comprises an exchange layer 11 which is flush with the ground, a plurality of parking layers 12 and a roadway 13 which is arranged in the center of the multi-layer frame 1 and is used for vertically communicating the exchange layer 11 and the parking layers 12; each parking level 12 comprises a plurality of parking spaces 14 arranged radially;

as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5, and 6, the exchange layer 11 includes two exchange devices 2, and other positions of the exchange layer 11 may be set as parking spaces; the exchanging device 2 comprises a vehicle carrying plate 5, a lifting mechanism 21, an upper-layer exchanging mechanism and a lower-layer exchanging mechanism 23; the upper layer exchange mechanism is positioned above the lower layer exchange mechanism 23;

the upper layer exchange mechanism comprises a front transition mechanism 24 and a rear exchange mechanism 22; the front transition mechanism 24 and the rear exchange mechanism 22 are arranged above the lower exchange mechanism 23 in parallel, and the front transition mechanism 24 is close to the roadway 13; the front transition mechanism 24 comprises two transition frames 241 and a plurality of groups of transition rollers 242; the two transition frames 241 are fixedly connected with the two corresponding lower-layer frames 231 respectively, and the plurality of groups of transition rollers 242 are symmetrically and rotatably arranged on the inner sides of the transition frames 241; the back exchange mechanism 22 comprises two upper-layer frames 221 which correspond to the lower-layer frames 231 and are arranged side by side, a plurality of groups of synchronously moving second conveying units which are close to the roadway 13 and are symmetrically arranged on the upper-layer frames 221, a plurality of groups of second driven wheel units 223 which are far away from the roadway 13 and are symmetrically arranged on the upper-layer frames 221, two upper exchange motors 224 and a translation mechanism; the second conveying unit includes a second rotating shaft 228 provided on the upper rack 221, and a second roller 227 and a second sprocket 226 provided at both ends of the second rotating shaft 228, respectively; the second chain wheel 226 is positioned outside the upper shelf 221, and the second roller 227 is positioned inside the upper shelf 221; the output shaft of the upper exchange motor 224 is connected with a chain wheel which is connected with one of the second chain wheels 226 on the corresponding side, so that the upper exchange motor 224 drives the second conveying unit on the corresponding upper shelf 221 to move; the second driven wheel unit includes a second driven roller 223 rotatably disposed inside the upper frame 221; the transition roller 242, the second roller 227 and the second driven roller 223 can be matched and connected with the vehicle carrying board 5, and when the vehicle carrying board 5 is on the upper layer of the exchange device 2, the transition roller 242, the second roller 227 and the second driven roller 223 support the vehicle carrying board 5 together; the translation mechanism is used for realizing the back-to-back movement or the reset of the two upper-layer frames 221, and the specific mode is as follows: the translation mechanism comprises two translation motors 251, four translation wheels 252 and two sets of translation rails 253; each set of translation rails 253 is positioned at two ends of the upper shelf 221 and fixed on the lower shelf 231; each translation motor 251 is fixed on the lower shelf 231 of the corresponding side; the translation motor 251 drives the translation wheel 252 of the upper shelf 221 on the corresponding side to move back and forth along the translation track 253 or reset;

the lifting mechanism 21 is positioned in the center below the lower-layer exchange mechanism 23, a scissor type lifting mechanism is adopted, the top of the scissor type lifting mechanism supports the bottom surface of the vehicle carrying plate 5, and the lifting mechanism 21 is used for lifting the vehicle carrying plate 5 on the lower-layer exchange mechanism 23 to transfer the vehicle carrying plate 5 onto the lifting mechanism 21, so that a subsequent vehicle can conveniently drive into the upper-layer vehicle carrying plate 5;

as shown in fig. 7-11, the carrying device 3 is disposed in the roadway 13 and includes a vehicle carrying board 5, a lifter 31, a rotating mechanism 32, a lapping mechanism 33, an upper layer carrying mechanism 34, and a lower layer carrying mechanism 35; the upper layer conveying mechanism 34 is positioned above the lower layer conveying mechanism 35;

A parking space device 4 is arranged on the parking space 14, and the parking space device 4 comprises a vehicle carrying plate 5, an upper layer conveying mechanism 41, a lower layer conveying mechanism 42, two parking space frames 43 arranged in parallel and a parking transmission shaft 481; the upper layer conveying mechanism 41 is positioned above the lower layer conveying mechanism 42;

as shown in fig. 12-15, a parking space device 4 is disposed on the parking space 14, and the parking space device 4 includes a vehicle carrying board 5, an upper layer conveying mechanism 41, a lower layer conveying mechanism 42, two parking space frames 43 arranged in parallel, and a parking transmission shaft 481; the upper layer conveying mechanism 41 is positioned above the lower layer conveying mechanism 42;

the upper layer conveying mechanism 41 comprises a plurality of symmetrically-arranged fifth conveying units which are close to the roadway 13 and move synchronously, and a plurality of independent third driven wheel units which are far away from the roadway 13 and are symmetrically arranged; the fifth transporting unit includes a sixth rotating shaft 441 provided on the station frame 43, and a sixth roller 443 and a sixth sprocket 442 respectively provided at both ends of the sixth rotating shaft 441; the sixth sprocket 442 is located outside the seat frame 43, and the sixth roller 443 is located inside the seat frame 43; the third driven wheel unit comprises a third driven roller which is rotatably arranged on the inner side of the station frame 43;

In this embodiment, the exchanging device 2, the carrying device 3, and the parking space device 4 are all provided with a stopping mechanism, and specifically, a stopping mechanism for a double-layer vehicle carrying board disclosed in chinese patent CN211421988U can be adopted to prevent the vehicle carrying board 5 from generating relative displacement in the exchanging device 2, the carrying device 3, and the parking space device 4, and prevent the vehicle carrying board 5 from sliding down.

Firstly, the parking step by adopting the invention is as follows:

1. the vehicle enters the exchange floor 11 and travels to the exchange device 2

On the exchange device 2 of the exchange layer 11, the second roller 227 and the second driven roller 223 on the upper layer frame 221 are connected with the vehicle carrying board 5;

the vehicle enters the exchanging layer 11 which is level with the ground, and then runs to the vehicle carrying plate 5 of the exchanging device 2.

2. The vehicle is transferred from the exchanging device 2 to the conveying device 3

The third roller 352 of the lower-layer conveying mechanism 35 of the conveying device 3 positioned in the roadway 13 is connected with the vehicle carrying plate 5;

the carrying device 3 realizes the lifting movement in the vertical direction in the roadway 13 through the lifting guide wheel set 303 and the vertical track 312, then the carrying device 3 is stopped at the exchange layer 11 through the leveling positioning device 313, the lapping mechanism 33 is opposite to the exchange device 2 through the rotating mechanism 32, the lapping motor 334 is started, the second lapping frame 332 approaches to the exchange device 2 until the lapping gear set 36 on the second lapping frame 332 is meshed with the first lapped gear 238; the lower carrying motor 354, the upper carrying motor 344 and the upper exchanging motor 224 are all started, the second conveying unit, the third conveying unit and the fourth conveying unit start to convey simultaneously, the second roller 227, the third roller 352, the fourth roller 342 and the lapping gear set 36 all rotate simultaneously, under the driving of the rotating force of the second roller 227, the vehicle carrying board 5 carrying the vehicle approaches to the carrying device 3 through the front transition mechanism 24, and the lapping gear set 36 drives the first lapped gear 238 to rotate; the vehicle carrying board 5 carrying the vehicle on the upper layer exchange mechanism of the exchange device 2 is transferred to the upper layer conveying mechanism 34 of the conveying device 3 through the fourth roller 342 of the conveying device, the second roller 227 of the exchange device 2 and the second driven roller 223; meanwhile, the vehicle carrying plate 5 of the lower layer carrying mechanism 35 is transferred to the lower layer exchange mechanism 23 of the exchange device 2 through the third roller 352 of the carrying device 3, the first roller 233 of the exchange device 2 and the first driven roller; the lapping motor 334 rotates reversely, and the second lapping frame 332 moves away from the exchanging device 2 until the second lapping frame 332 returns to the initial position;

at this time, the upper shelf 221 of the exchange device 2 is not provided with the vehicle carrying plate 5, and the lower shelf 231 is provided with the vehicle carrying plate 5; in order to ensure that the vehicle can directly drive into the upper layer of the exchange device 2 during the subsequent parking, the two upper layer frames 221 respectively translate in the opposite directions through the translation mechanism, then the vehicle carrying plate 5 positioned on the lower layer frame 231 is lifted through the lifting mechanism 21, and after the two upper layer frames 221 are reset, the lifting mechanism 21 descends, and the vehicle carrying plate 5 is transferred onto the upper layer frame 221.

3. The vehicle is transferred from the conveying device 3 to the parking space device 4

The parking space device 4 positioned in the parking space 14 is connected with the vehicle carrying board 5 on the sixth roller 443 and the third driven roller of the lower layer conveying mechanism 42;

the carrying device 3 moves up and down in the vertical roadway 13 until stopping at the target layer, the rotating mechanism 32 enables the lapping mechanism 33 to be opposite to the target parking space, the lapping motor 334 is started, the second lapping frame 332 approaches to the parking space device 4 on the target parking space until the lapping gear set 36 on the second lapping frame 332 is meshed with the second lapped gear 49; the lower conveying motor 354 and the upper conveying motor 344 are both started, the third conveying unit and the fourth conveying unit start conveying work at the same time, the third roller 352, the fourth roller 342 and the lapping gear set 36 all rotate at the same time, and the lapping gear set 36 drives the second lapped gear 49 to rotate; the vehicle carrying board 5 on the lower layer conveying mechanism 42 is transferred to the lower layer conveying mechanism 35 of the conveying device 3 through the third roller 352 of the conveying device 3, the sixth roller 443 of the parking space device 4 and the third driven roller; at the same time, the vehicle loading plate 5 on which the vehicle is loaded by the upper transport mechanism 34 is transferred to the upper transport mechanism 41 of the parking device 4 by the fourth roller 342 of the transport device and the seventh roller 461 and the fourth driven roller 47 of the parking device 4;

the motor 334 is reversed and the second bridge 332 moves away from the parking device 4 until the second bridge 332 returns to the home position.

The above parking actions are coherent, uniform and non-intermittent.

And secondly, the steps of taking the vehicle and storing the vehicle by adopting the invention are opposite.
