the ice clothes liquid is added into the groove of the machine body 5, the precooled aquatic products are placed on the placing plate 10, and the ultrasonic power and the action time are set at the control panel 9 through the control key 7;

the placing plate 10 is moved into the groove of the machine body 5 through the drawing handle 111, so that aquatic products in the placing plate 10 are soaked in the ice clothes liquid, and when the liquid level sensor 3 detects that the liquid level is 5cm higher than the upper end of the placing plate 10, the control panel 9 controls the ultrasonic auxiliary device 102 to be started and adjusts the output power of ultrasonic waves to an input value according to the input value;

the control panel 9 controls the ultrasonic auxiliary device 102 to be closed after the action time reaches an input value, the ice coating of the aquatic product is completed, the placing plate 10 is moved upwards through the drawing handle 111, and the product is taken out;

if the liquid level sensor 3 does not detect the liquid level when the ice coating operation is performed by the equipment, the liquid level alarm 2 sounds to stop the operation of the ultrasonic auxiliary device 102, and when the ice coating liquid is added to the water level detectable by the liquid level sensor 3, the ultrasonic auxiliary device 102 continues to operate.
