On the basis of the above embodiment, according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the two-way hydraulic cylinder (1) is two and is symmetrically arranged on two side frames of the cargo box of the vehicle body, and correspondingly, the two turnover devices (2) are connected by a connecting rod.
