Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values. It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a wheel including a wheel disc 10 including a mounting section 11, a transition section 12, an intermediate section 13, and an end section 14 connected in sequence, where the intermediate section 13 includes a body section and a thickening section 131 connected to the body section, and the thickening section 131 is disposed between the body section and the end section 14.

In this embodiment, since the thickened section 131 is provided between the main body section and the end section 14, the overall structural strength of the intermediate section 13 is increased, the stress concentration on the intermediate section 13 is avoided, the overall structural strength of the spoke is improved, and the service life of the spoke is prolonged. Therefore, the problem of the wind hole position structural strength low of interlude among the relevant art has effectively been solved to the technical scheme of this embodiment.

The applicant carries out test comparison before and after the improvement of the spoke, and the specific test data are as follows:

the specification of the wheel is 22.5 multiplied by 9.00 (unit: inch, in), the test standard refers to the test requirement ES3.11 of a steel wheel of a European truck, the test load is 8800kg, and the radial test requirement is more than or equal to 50 ten thousand turns; the experimental data are shown in the following table:

serial number Item Results of fatigue test Failure mode
1 Before improvement 453265 turning Cracking at the wind hole
2 After improvement 761258 turning Cracking at the weld

Through above-mentioned experimental data can derive, set up on interlude 13 behind thickening section 131, the fatigue life of whole wheel obviously improves, even local fracture appears after long-term operation, the fracture position can not appear on interlude 13, has fully guaranteed the structural strength of interlude 13, has improved the life of wheel.

As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the thickness of the middle portion of the thickened section 131 is greater than the thickness of the two ends of the thickened section 131 in the direction from the end section 14 to the transition section 12.

By means of the above arrangement, the transition connection between the thickened section 131 and the intermediate section and the end section 14 is ensured, and the thickened section 131 is ensured to increase the overall strength of the intermediate section 13.

Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1, the end of the thickened section 131 near the end section 14 has a thickness D1, and the thickened section 131 has a maximum thickness D2, wherein 1.15D1 ≦ D2 ≦ 1.4D 1.

The structural strength of middle section 13 is increased by the arrangement, so that the structural strength of thickened section 131 close to air holes 132 is higher, the phenomenon of stress concentration caused when air holes 132 are formed is avoided, and the overall structural strength of spoke 10 is improved.

Specifically, when D1 is D2, the stress concentration of the spoke is as shown in fig. 2, and although the strength of the spoke is improved to some extent, the maximum stress of the spoke still appears at the wind hole in long-term operation, and the maximum stress reaches 211.5 MPa. Therefore, the problem of stress concentration at the wind hole cannot be well solved by simply arranging the thickening section with uniform thickness.

To investigate the effect of the relationship between D1 and D2 on stress concentration, the relevant experimental data were as follows:

from the above experimental data, it is found that the wind hole stress reduction change is significant when 1.15D1 ≤ D2 ≤ 1.4D1, and the wind hole stress change is not significant when D2 > 1.4D1, and at this time, the weight of the middle section 13 is increased more by increasing the local thickness, which is not necessary to keep the weight of the spoke light. Therefore, when 1.15D1 ≦ D2 ≦ 1.4D1, the best effect is achieved for improving the overall structural strength of the spoke and ensuring the weight reduction of the entire spoke.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the present embodiment, the body segment is an arc structure, and the radius of the inner arc of the arc structure is R, wherein R is greater than or equal to 25mm and less than or equal to 50 mm.

As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the thickness of the transition section 12 gradually decreases from the mounting section 11 to the intermediate section 13.

The arrangement ensures the structural strength of the joint of the mounting section 11 and the transition section 12, and also ensures that the overall weight of the transition section 12 is lighter, thereby realizing the lightweight of the spoke 10.

As shown in fig. 1, intermediate section 13 is provided with air holes 132 to facilitate the smooth passage of air from spoke 10.

As shown in fig. 1, the air holes 132 are plural, and the plural air holes 132 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the intermediate section 13. Thus, the plurality of air holes 132 form a plurality of air passages, which is beneficial to reducing wind resistance and improving the bearing capacity of the spoke 10.

As shown in fig. 1, the mounting section 11 is provided with a central hole 111 and a screw hole 112. Screw holes 112 are provided to facilitate engagement with bolts to effect securement of wheel disc 10.

As shown in fig. 1, in order to improve the reliability of fastening wheel disc 10, there are a plurality of screw holes 112, and a plurality of screw holes 112 are surrounded on the outer side of central hole 111. For ease of manufacture and ease of forming, wheel disc 10 is formed by spinning.

In the present application, the wheel further comprises a rim (not shown in the figures). In which wheel disc 10 is disposed at one axial end of a rim, and the inner surface of the rim at the peripheral edge thereof is fitted to the end surface of the peripheral edge of wheel disc 10.

In the application, the rim comprises a rim body and a bending flange, the bending flange is connected with the circumferential edge of one axial end of the rim body, bends and extends along the radial direction of the rim body and then is attached to the end section 14 so as to form a combined part with the spoke, and the axial width of the combined part is more than or equal to 5mm and less than or equal to 25 mm.

Therefore, the vehicle having the above wheel also has the above advantages.

From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:

in this embodiment, because the thickening section is arranged between the body section and the end section, the overall structural strength of the middle section is increased, the stress concentration on the middle section is avoided, the overall structural strength of the spoke is improved, and the service life of the spoke is prolonged.
