Background

The span-wise length of the composite rotor blade varies from a few meters to a dozen meters, the chord-wise width is about half a meter, and the weight is distributed between 40kg and 150 kg. The airfoil profile of the main blade is of a special curved surface structure, the surface is smooth, no force point for convenient grabbing is provided, and the carrying and the transferring are difficult.

In general, the composite material blade is turned around by using a manual carrying mode. 4-5 operators are needed for one main blade, the surface of the composite blade is easy to be damaged in the carrying process, and serious potential safety hazards exist. The original carrying mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the labor intensity of a team is high, and operators complain of emotion frequently.

Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the revolving mode of the composite material rotor blade and design a length-adjustable auxiliary revolving sling for the rotor blade.

The invention provides a length-adjustable blade turnover auxiliary lifting appliance, which solves the problems that an original carrying mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the surface of a composite blade is easy to be damaged.

The length-adjustable blade turning auxiliary sling provided by the invention is explained below by combining the attached drawings.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a length-adjustable blade turnover auxiliary lifting appliance provided by the invention, and referring to fig. 1, the length-adjustable blade turnover auxiliary lifting appliance provided by the invention mainly comprises a lifting ring 1, a steel wire rope 2, an aluminum sleeve joint 3, a lifting lug 4, a cleat sliding hook 5, a flexible lifting belt 6, a wide-opening sliding pipe 7, a sleeve 8, a brake gasket 9, a locking bolt 10, a narrow-opening sliding pipe 11 and the like.

The composite main blade is time-saving and labor-saving, the labor intensity of teams and groups is reduced, and the turnover safety of the composite main blade is improved.

The invention provides a using method of a length-adjustable blade turnover auxiliary lifting appliance, which comprises the following steps:

the first step is as follows: checking before use. Before the turnover auxiliary lifting appliance is used, whether the lifting appliance is damaged or not needs to be checked, and safety check work is well done. And (5) checking the surface cleaning condition of the flexible hanging strip, and if the surface is polluted by oil stains and the like, replacing the flexible hanging strip with a new one.
