Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of laser welding, in particular to a welding platform.

Background

The handheld laser welding speed is fast, 2-10 times faster than the traditional welding, and the welded welding seam is smooth and beautiful, reduces follow-up polishing process, saves time and cost. The laser welding workpiece has no deformation and no crater, and the welding is firm. The laser welding material consumption is less, and the service life is long. However, most of the continuous fiber lasers in the market have power levels from 200 watts, 300 watts, 500 watts to 1500 watts, so that one important problem is safety in use: firstly, welders must be strictly trained, laser cannot hit people or surrounding objects, otherwise serious burn can be caused, and even fire is caused; secondly, although the welding process is opposite to the workpiece, high-brightness light reflection is generated, so an operator needs to be provided with a special light-protection eye shield, and finally, the operator holds the eye shield for a long time, so that the labor intensity is high, and therefore, a platform for welding is provided.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the invention has the advantages of reasonable and simple structure, low production cost, convenient installation and complete functions, and the arranged reaction force assisting arm can effectively balance the reaction force of the handheld welding platform, lighten the manual labor and ensure the operation safety.

(2) The optical fiber of the laser can be led out from the upright post of the bracket at the rear end of the aluminum profile table board and hung on the power assisting arm, so that the optical fiber is protected and moves along the power assisting arm at the same time, and the welding operation is smoother.

(3) The periphery of the upper surface of the rack is provided with the baffle plate, so that the protection performance can be improved.
