In order to achieve the stability of the lower base body 21 and the upper base body 11 in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the lower connecting member 22 includes at least three screws 221, and the screws 221 are distributed in a circumferential array around the center of the lower base body 21, and accordingly, the upper connecting member 12 is provided with screw holes 121 having the same number as the screws 221, the screws 221 are connected with the screw holes 121, specifically, in the present embodiment, the number of the screws 221 is four, and an included angle between adjacent screws 221 is 90 degrees.

s1, in the process of prefabricating the concrete precast cover plate, embedding the concrete precast cover plate pre-buried lifting appliance in the double application scenes into the concrete precast cover plate, and keeping the top of the upper base body consistent with the plate surface height of the concrete precast cover plate;
