1. A liquid chromatographic column comprises a column tube, a connecting joint arranged at the end part of the column tube, and a sieve plate arranged in the connecting joint and positioned at the end surface of the column tube, and is characterized in that,

the column tube comprises a main body and a connecting part arranged at the end part of the main body, and the wall thickness of the periphery of the connecting part is smaller than that of the main body;

the connecting joint comprises a cover part and a sleeve joint part, the sieve plate is arranged at one end connected with the cover part in the sleeve joint part, and the sleeve joint part is tightly sleeved on the periphery of the connecting part;

the liquid chromatographic column further comprises an elastic lantern ring, one part of the lantern ring is sleeved on the periphery of the sleeved part, and the other part of the lantern ring is sleeved on the periphery of the main body.

The liquid chromatography column as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting portion is provided with an outward protrusion on an outer wall surface close to the main body, and a clamping groove matched with the protrusion is provided on an inner wall of the socket portion, and the clamping groove is L-shaped; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

6. A liquid chromatography column as claimed in claim 5 wherein the other of said semi-annular connection locations is a pin connection.

7. The liquid chromatography column of any of claims 1-6, further comprising a first seal disposed on an outer periphery of the frit.

8. The liquid chromatography column of claim 7, further comprising a second seal ring disposed between an end of the socket portion distal from the cap portion and the main body.

9. The liquid chromatography column of any of claims 1-6, wherein a wall thickness of the socket portion plus a wall thickness of the connecting portion is equal to a wall thickness of the body.

10. A liquid chromatography system comprising a liquid chromatography column according to any of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of liquid chromatography detection, in particular to a liquid chromatography column and a liquid chromatography system comprising the same.

Background

The liquid chromatographic column is an important component of a liquid chromatographic system, wherein a fixed phase filler is filled, a sample solution enters a mobile phase through a sample injector and is loaded into the chromatographic column by the mobile phase, and because each component in the sample solution has different distribution coefficients in two phases, the components are separated into single components and sequentially flow out of the column through the distribution process of repeated adsorption and desorption when the components move relatively in the two phases.

The chromatographic column is composed of column joint, column tube and sieve plate. The general column joint is a threaded component at two ends, a pressing ring is arranged in the middle of the column joint for sealing, and a sieve plate is arranged in the column joint for plugging column packing, so that the column packing is not flushed out of a column by a mobile phase and is lost. In the operation process of the liquid chromatography, the sieve plate can be blocked or polluted, the filler of the column head can be polluted, and the like, thereby causing the problems of high column pressure, low column efficiency and the like. At this time, after the column cap is required to be disassembled, the sieve plate is taken out and cleaned, and then the sieve plate is installed again or replaced; or replacing clean column packing; the stud is then reinstalled. However, the existing stud threaded connection structure is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble, and excessive fastening is easy to occur during assembly.

The connecting joint comprises a cover part and a sleeving part, a sieve plate is arranged at one end of the sleeving part connected with the cover part, and the sleeving part is tightly sleeved on the periphery of the connecting part; the liquid chromatographic column further comprises an elastic lantern ring, one part of the lantern ring is sleeved on the periphery of the sleeving part, and the other part of the lantern ring is sleeved on the periphery of the main body.
