A liquid chromatography joint is characterized by comprising an adjusting cap, a screw connector, a sealing ring and a connecting ring which are arranged in sequence; also comprises a capillary tube and a baffle ring; the baffle ring is arranged in the screw connector and can axially move along the inner wall of the screw connector; the capillary tube penetrates through the adjusting cap, the screw connector, the sealing ring, the connecting ring and the baffle ring; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the adjusting cap comprises an adjusting part and a connecting part, and the connecting part is inserted into the screw connector and can axially move along the inner wall of the screw connector;

A liquid chromatography joint as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outer wall of said connecting portion is provided with external threads and the inner wall of said threaded member is provided with matching internal threads, whereby said connecting portion is threadedly connected to said threaded member.

4. The liquid chromatography fitting of claim 3, wherein said adjustment portion is circumferentially peripherally and peripherally provided with a relief.

The liquid chromatography fitting of claim 2 wherein said connector portion outer wall is slidably connected to said threaded connector inner wall; the liquid chromatography joint further comprises a locking mechanism for locking the relative positions of the connecting part and the screw connector when the connecting part is inserted into the deepest part in the screw connector.

6. The liquid chromatography joint of claim 5, further comprising a sliding block disposed on an outer wall of the connecting portion, and a sliding groove extending in an axial direction and matching with the sliding block and disposed on an inner wall of the screw member;

the locking mechanism comprises a locking groove which is arranged on one side of the sliding groove close to the sealing ring and extends along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the screw connector.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of liquid chromatography detection, in particular to a liquid chromatography joint and a liquid chromatography system comprising the same.

Background

The high performance liquid chromatography is an important analysis method, when in use, a liquid object to be detected is injected into a chromatographic column, moves in a stationary phase through pressure, different substances sequentially leave the chromatographic column according to different interaction of different substances of the object to be detected and the stationary phase, different peak signals are obtained through a detector, and finally the substances contained in the object to be detected are judged through analyzing and comparing the signals.

The liquid chromatography joint is a member for connecting a column to a capillary tube through which a liquid is introduced, and the connection of the capillary tube to the column affects the effect of chromatography. The good sealing performance of the joint is required for achieving a good analysis effect, and the dead volume of the joint is small. The dead volume refers to the volume of the mobile phase in the chromatographic column, including the dead volume outside the column, i.e. including the space between the pipeline and the connector in the chromatograph. The increase in dead volume will cause significant interference in the chromatographic analysis, making peak analysis and determination inaccurate.

In the existing common liquid chromatography joint, in the installation process of a chromatographic column, a capillary tube needs to be inserted through a joint part, and after the capillary tube is completely sensed, a screw joint part is screwed down. The chromatographic joint can only be operated by feel and experience, and cannot ensure that the capillary is inserted to the bottom, and if the capillary is not inserted to the bottom, dead volume is generated, so that the analysis effect is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing liquid chromatography joint cannot ensure that a capillary tube is inserted to the bottom in the installation process of a chromatographic column, so that dead volume is possibly generated and the analysis effect is influenced. The invention provides a liquid chromatography joint, which can ensure that a capillary is inserted to the bottom by adjusting an adjusting cap and prevent dead volume.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a liquid chromatography joint which comprises an adjusting cap, a screwed piece, a sealing ring and a connecting ring which are arranged in sequence; also comprises a capillary tube and a baffle ring; the baffle ring is arranged in the screw connector and can axially move along the inner wall of the screw connector; the capillary tube passes through the adjusting cap, the screw connector, the sealing ring, the connecting ring and the baffle ring.

The adjusting cap comprises an adjusting part and a connecting part, and the connecting part is inserted into the screw connector and can axially move along the inner wall of the screw connector; the inner wall of the baffle ring is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the capillary tube, and the adjusting cap moves towards one side of the sealing ring along the inner wall of the screw connector to push the baffle ring to move towards one side of the sealing ring to link the movement of the capillary tube.

By adopting the scheme, the adjusting cap is arranged on the liquid chromatography joint, and in the process of installing the chromatographic column, after the capillary tube is connected with the chromatographic column, the capillary tube can be pushed by the matching of the adjusting cap and the retaining ring so as to ensure that the capillary tube is inserted to the bottom, no gap exists in the position of the liquid chromatography joint, and thus the influence of dead volume on the analysis effect is prevented.

According to another specific embodiment of the present invention, the liquid chromatography joint further comprises a spring disposed on an outer wall of the capillary tube and between the adjustment cap and the stop ring.

According to another specific embodiment of the invention, the liquid chromatography joint disclosed in the embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the outer wall of the connecting part is provided with external threads, the inner wall of the screw joint is provided with matched internal threads, and the connecting part and the screw joint are in threaded connection through the external threads and the internal threads.

By adopting the scheme, the locking mechanism is simple in structure and easy to operate.
