Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments. Wherein the showings are for the purpose of illustration only and are shown by way of illustration only and not in actual form, and are not to be construed as limiting the present patent; to better illustrate the embodiments of the present invention, some parts of the drawings may be omitted, enlarged or reduced, and do not represent the size of an actual product; it will be understood by those skilled in the art that certain well-known structures in the drawings and descriptions thereof may be omitted.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an agricultural machine includes a cab 1, an engine 2, a transmission, a frame 3, a box 6, front wheels 4, and rear wheels 5, and may be of the structure of an existing agricultural vehicle or an existing agricultural tractor. Front wheels 4 and rear wheels 5 are installed at the bottom of the frame 3, a cab 1 and an engine 2 are installed on the front side of the upper portion of the frame 3, the engine 2 is connected with the front wheels 4 and the rear wheels 5 through a transmission device, and a carriage 6 is installed on the rear side of the upper portion of the frame 3. These are prior art and will not be described in detail here.

In the agricultural machinery, the carriage 6 adopts an open carriage 6 without a side rail, and a bidirectional vibration beating and picking device is arranged in the carriage 6. The bidirectional vibration beating fruit picking device comprises a bottom plate 7, a motor 9, a motor base 8, a left picking mechanism 10 and a right picking mechanism 11. The bottom plate 7 is rectangular and is made of a steel plate with the thickness of 5-15 mm, the bottom plate is installed in a carriage 6 of the vehicle body in a bolt connection mode, and the carriage 6 is an open type carriage 6 without side plates. Install motor base 8 through bolted connection or welded mode on the bottom plate 7, motor base 8 is hollow box structure, adopts the steel sheet welding to form, motor base 8's upper surface is equipped with four screw holes 44, motor 9 passes through bolt fixed mounting on motor base 8. The motor 9 adopts a double-output-shaft motor 9 or a double-output-shaft gear motor 9 with two output ends, two output shafts of the motor 9 are respectively connected with the left picking mechanism 10 and the right picking mechanism 11 in a welding, coupling or flange connection mode, and the left picking mechanism 10 and the right picking mechanism 11 are identical in structure and symmetrical in position.

The right picking mechanism 11 is exemplified and explained in detail below, and as shown in fig. 2 to 6, the right picking mechanism 11 includes a main shaft 14, a vertical mounting plate 15, a first through hole 16, a first bearing 17, a connecting block 18, a guide cylinder 19, a guide hole 20, a guide rod 21, a baffle plate 22, a guide ball 26, a first spring 23, a first rotary disk 27, a fixed shaft 28, a first sleeve 29, an elastic rod 30, a pull rod 31, a first pull ring 32, a connecting rod 34, a second pull ring 33, a rotary ball 35, a second rotary disk 37, a fixed pin 36, a main rod 38, a third rotary disk 39, a central hole 69, a radial ball bearing 70, an insertion hole 71, a support rod 40, a gravity ball 41, a left support plate 51, a right support plate 59, a second through hole 52, a third through hole 54, a second bearing 53, a third bearing 55, a transverse mounting plate 60, a fourth through hole 61, a fourth bearing 62, a large bevel gear 56, a small bevel, A first rotating shaft 58, a tapered cam 63, and a cam guide groove 64.

The vertical mounting plate 15 is a rectangular steel plate and is vertically fixed on the bottom plate 7, the lower end of the vertical mounting plate 15 is connected with the bottom plate 7 in a welding mode, and the vertical plane of the vertical mounting plate 15 is perpendicular to the output shaft of the motor 9. A first through hole 16 is formed in the vertical mounting plate 15 corresponding to the position of the output shaft of the motor 9, and a first bearing 17 is installed in the first through hole 16. The left end of the main shaft 14 is connected with an output shaft of the motor 9 through welding or a coupling, the right end of the main shaft 14 penetrates through the first bearing 17 to be connected with the second turntable 37, and the main shaft 14 is connected with an inner ring of the first bearing 17 in an interference fit mode. The welding of the upper end of vertical mounting panel 15 has a connecting block 18, connecting block 18 is the cuboid, adopts stainless steel material preparation. The connecting block 18 is welded on the upper end of the vertical mounting plate 15 in an inclined mode, the included angle between the connecting block 18 and the vertical direction is 45-70 degrees, and the included angle between the connecting block 18 and the vertical direction is 55 degrees. A guide cylinder 19 is welded on the connecting block 18, a guide hole 20 is formed in the center of the guide cylinder 19, and a guide rod 21 matched with the guide hole 20 is installed in the guide hole 20. The guide cylinder 19 is a hollow cylinder or a hollow cuboid, and the guide hole 20 is a circular hole or a square hole.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the guide cylinder 19 is made of a stainless steel material with a guide hole 20 at the center, the guide cylinder 19 is a rectangular parallelepiped, and the guide hole 20 is a square hole. A plurality of parallel grooves 24 are cut on the inner wall of the guide hole 20, a plurality of guide wheels 25 which are arranged orderly are arranged in each groove 24, a rotating shaft is arranged at the center of each guide wheel 25, and two ends of the rotating shaft are movably arranged on the inner wall of each groove 24. When the guide rod 21 passes through the guide hole 20, the guide rod is tightly contacted with the wheel surface of the guide wheel 25, and the guide wheel 25 is connected with the guide rod 21 in a rolling fit manner. The guide rod 21 is a square rod made of stainless steel materials, and the shape of the guide rod 21 is matched with the guide hole 20.

The welding of the lower part of guide bar 21 has baffle 22, baffle 22 adopts the stainless steel board preparation, be equipped with first spring 23 between baffle 22 and the guide cylinder 19, the one end of first spring 23 links to each other with baffle 22 welding, the other end of first spring 23 and the guide cylinder 19 welding link to each other. The lower end of the guide rod 21 is connected with a guide ball 26 in a welding mode, and the guide ball 26 is a stainless steel ball. The upper end of the guide rod 21 passes through the guide hole 20 at the center of the guide cylinder 19 and is connected with the first rotary disc 27 in a welding way.

The number of the first rotating discs 27 is two, and the two first rotating discs 27 are both circular and made of stainless steel materials. A fixed shaft 28 is arranged at the center of the two first rotating discs 27, and the fixed shaft 28 is made of cylindrical stainless steel pipes or round steel. The two ends of the fixed shaft 28 are respectively connected with the two first rotating discs 27 in a welding mode. A plurality of positioning holes 42 are uniformly formed in each of the two first turntables 27, positioning pins 43 are arranged in the positioning holes 42, pin hole holes matched with the positioning pins 43 are formed in the lower portions of the elastic rods 30, and the positioning pins 43 fix the elastic rods 30 on the two first turntables 27 through the pin hole holes in the lower portions of the elastic rods 30.

The bottom end of the elastic rod 30 is connected with a first sleeve 29 in a welding mode, the first sleeve 29 is made of stainless steel pipes, the inner diameter of the first sleeve 29 is matched with the fixed shaft 28, and the fixed shaft 28 is perpendicularly welded in the centers of the two first rotating discs 27. The first sleeve 29 is sleeved on the fixed shaft 28 and forms a rotary connection with the fixed shaft 28. As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the elastic rod 30 is composed of a metal corrugated tube 50, a rubber tube 49, a second spring 48, elastic strips 47, an upper connection end 45, and a lower connection end 46, an inner core of the elastic rod 30 is composed of 10 to 30 elastic strips 47, each elastic strip 47 is a cylindrical steel strip made of die steel, the diameter of each elastic strip 47 is 1 to 5mm, and the length of each elastic strip 47 is 500 to 800 mm. The outside of elastic strip 47 is overlapped in proper order and is equipped with second spring 48, rubber tube 49, corrugated metal tubing 50, second spring 48 adopts extension spring, and second spring 48's internal diameter slightly is greater than the inner core that elastic strip 47 constitutes, second spring 48 suit is in the outside of inner core, second spring 48's outside cover is equipped with rubber tube 49, corrugated metal tubing 50, rubber tube 49 is located between second spring 48, the corrugated metal tubing 50, rubber tube 49 is the hollow tube that the thickness of rubber materials preparation is 2 ~ 6mm, rubber tube 49 length is 10 ~ 15mm than elastic strip 47, the short length of corrugated metal tubing 50. The lengths of the metal corrugated pipe 50, the second spring 48 and the elastic strip 47 are equal, and two ends of the metal corrugated pipe 50, the second spring 48 and the elastic strip 47 are respectively connected with the upper connecting end 45 and the lower connecting end 46 in a welding mode. As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the main rod 38 is installed at the top end of the elastic rod 30, the main rod 38 is formed by combining an inner rod 65, an outer rod 67, a connecting hole 66 and a connecting pin 68, the lower end of the inner rod 65 is provided with an external thread matched with the threaded hole 44 in the upper connecting end 45 of the elastic strip 47, the inner rod 65 is a slender cylindrical stainless steel rod, the outer rod 67 is sleeved outside the inner rod 65, and the outer rod 67 is a hollow stainless steel pipe. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a left support plate 51 and a right support plate 59 are arranged on the left side of the vertical mounting plate 15, the left support plate 51 and the right support plate 59 are parallel to the vertical mounting plate 15, the left support plate 51 and the right support plate 59 are made of steel plates with the thickness of 10-20 mm, and the lower ends of the left support plate 51 and the right support plate 59 are fixed on the bottom plate 7 in a welding manner. The left support plate 51 is provided with a second through hole 52, a second bearing 53 is installed in the second through hole 52, the right support plate 59 is provided with a third through hole 54, and a third bearing 55 is installed in the third through hole 54. The second through hole 52 of the left support plate 51, the third through hole 54 of the right support plate 59 and the first through hole 16 of the vertical mounting plate 15 are on the same axis, and the main shaft 14 sequentially passes through the second bearing 53 in the second through hole 52, the third bearing 55 in the third through hole 54 and the first bearing 17 in the first through hole 16 from left to right. The upper end welded mounting of left branch fagging 51, right branch fagging 59 has horizontal mounting panel 60, be equipped with fourth through-hole 61 on the horizontal mounting panel 60, install fourth bearing 62 in the fourth through-hole 61.

The main shaft 14 is provided with a large bevel gear 56 between the left support plate 51 and the right support plate 59, and the large bevel gear 56 is mounted on the main shaft 14 in a key connection mode. The upper part of the big bevel gear 56 is provided with a small bevel gear 57 engaged with the big bevel gear 56, and the small bevel gear 57 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the first rotating shaft 58 in a key connection or welding way. The width of the cam guide groove 64 is matched with the diameter of the guide ball 26, the depth direction of the cam guide groove 64 is consistent with the axial direction of the guide rod 21, the depth of the cam guide groove 64 in the groove is continuously changed, the deepest depth value of the cam guide groove 64 is 3-6 times of the diameter of the guide ball 26, and the shallowest depth value of the cam guide groove 64 is 0.5-1 time of the diameter of the guide ball 26. When the motor 9 drives the main shaft 14 to rotate, the main shaft 14 drives the first rotating shaft 58 to rotate through the large bevel gear 56 and the small bevel gear 57, the first rotating shaft 58 drives the tapered cam 63 and the cam guide groove 64 on the tapered surface of the tapered cam 63 to rotate together, because the guide ball 26 is positioned in the cam guide groove 64 under the spring force of the first spring 23 on the guide rod 21, the guide rod 21 is movably arranged in the guide hole 20 of the guide cylinder 19, and when the tapered cam 63 rotates, the guide ball 26 and the guide rod 21 are pushed to vibrate back and forth along the direction of the guide hole 20 in the center of the guide cylinder 19.

The structure of the right picking mechanism 11 is described in detail above, and the structure of the left picking mechanism 10 of the present invention is identical to that of the right picking mechanism 11 and is symmetrically distributed on the left and right sides of the carriage 6 by taking the motor 9 as a center. The electric generator 12 is also arranged in the carriage 6, the electric generator 12 is a small gasoline generator or a diesel generator, and the electric generator 12 is electrically connected with the motor 9 in the bidirectional vibration beating and fruit picking device to provide power for the motor 9.

The rotating shaft 78 is sleeved with a second sleeve 77, and the second sleeve 77 is a hollow cylindrical barrel. The left side of the second sleeve 77 is fixedly connected with a connecting handle 76, a shifting fork 75 is arranged above the connecting handle 76, and the shifting fork 75 is welded and installed at the right end of the fixing pin 36.

The upper side of the inclined plate 74 is provided with a strip-shaped broom 80, the strip-shaped broom 80 is a plastic broom with palm fibers at the lower end, the left end of the strip-shaped broom 80 is fixedly connected with the right side of the second sleeve 77, the right end of the strip-shaped broom 80 is fixedly connected with the support 81, the connecting handle 76, the second sleeve 77 and the support 81 are all made of plastic materials and are integrally formed with the strip-shaped broom 80 in an injection molding mode. When the third rotary disc 39 rotates, the fixing pin 36 and the shifting fork 75 are driven to rotate, so that the connecting handle 76 is intermittently shifted, the connecting handle 76 drives the strip-shaped broom 80, the support 81 and the roller 83 to do arc motion around the rotating shaft 78, the strip-shaped broom 80 sweeps fruits falling on the inclined plate 74 into the material receiving grooves 86 on the front side and the rear side of the inclined plate 74, and the fruits fall into the fruit receiving box 72 through the material outlet 73.
