butting the material charging port 18 of the fast loading and unloading basket 10 with the butt joint end of the second linear driving mechanism 32, and butting the material discharging port 19 with the butt joint end of the second outer roller table 31;

the loading and discharge ports 18, 19 of the quick-loading basket 10 are opened and material is pushed out of the inner roller way 16 of the quick-loading basket 10 onto the second outer roller way 31 by the second linear drive mechanism 32.

The charging opening 18 and the discharging opening 19 need to be respectively provided with opening and closing doors, are opened during charging and discharging, and are closed during hoisting, so that safety accidents caused by discharging of materials during hoisting are prevented. For the opening and closing door of the discharge opening 19, an inward opening door is not suitable, and the discharge opening 19 can be closed only by opening a certain space when the inward opening door is used for holding materials; the outward opening door 13, the sliding door 12 and the like can be adopted, wherein the outward opening door 13 is optimal, the structure of the outward opening door 13 is simplest, the reliability is optimal, and the outward opening door 13 can be made of steel plates and small angle steel as frame edges.

The linear driving mechanism may adopt a hydraulic cylinder 43, an air cylinder, a linear motor, or even a hand wheel screw, and other manual driving devices, but preferably, the first linear driving mechanism 22 and the second linear driving mechanism 32 each include a chassis 41, a base 42, and a hydraulic cylinder 43, the hydraulic cylinder 43 is mounted on the chassis 41 through the base 42, and the extension and retraction direction of the hydraulic cylinder 43 is consistent with the conveying direction of the inner roller 16 and the outer roller. The sliding door 12 is most suitable for the loading opening 18, although it is more complicated with respect to the structure of the outward opening door 13 and the inward opening door. The specific structure of the sliding door 12 can be selected in many ways, as shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment, the top and the bottom of the charging hole 18 are respectively provided with a slide rail 121, and the sliding door 12 is provided with a sliding part 125 which is matched with the corresponding slide rail 121 in a sliding manner. The slideway 121 can be made of channel steel, and the position of the sliding door 12 corresponding to the slideway 121 can also cover the channel steel. The sliding rail 121 and the sliding part 125 can be made of different channel steels, and are mutually overlapped and buckled to move, and the outward cantilever slides out of the sliding door 12. In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the top of the loading opening 18 is provided with a suspension wheel track 124, the bottom of the loading opening 18 is provided with a slide rail 121, the top of the sliding door 12 is provided with a suspension wheel 123 in rolling fit with the suspension wheel track 124, and the bottom of the sliding door 12 is provided with a roller 122 in rolling fit with the slide rail 121.
