Background

At present, a military ultra-heavy off-road chassis usually adopts a hydraulic power-assisted group steering technology. With the upgrade and update of domestic weapon systems in recent years, more and more vehicle-mounted weapon systems require that the chassis has functions such as height adjustment, and the large-stroke hydro-pneumatic suspension technology is widely applied. No matter the hydraulic power-assisted group steering technology or the large-stroke hydro-pneumatic suspension technology, hydraulic oil is adopted as a working medium to realize the functions of the hydraulic power-assisted group steering technology and the large-stroke hydro-pneumatic suspension technology. To perform these functions, it is usually necessary to provide a large volume hydraulic tank on the chassis to provide sufficient hydraulic oil for the system to work properly.

However, the electric drive chassis allows a mounting space of the hydraulic oil tank in a height direction to be tight due to a large difference in overall arrangement from the conventional chassis. Therefore, the hydraulic oil tank in the prior art cannot meet the arrangement requirement and the use requirement of the electric drive chassis.

Disclosure of Invention

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a hydraulic oil tank according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a box body 1 and a clapboard 2.

The baffle 2 is fixedly arranged in the box body 1, the box body 1 is divided into a first cavity and a second cavity, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the baffle 2.

The oil filling opening is formed in the upper portion of the first side of the box body 1, the oil suction opening is formed in the lower portion of the first side of the box body 1, and the oil filling opening and the oil suction opening are communicated with the first cavity.
