Background

ABS (Anti-lock brake system) is an Anti-lock brake system, which is automobile safety control systems with the advantages of skid resistance, locking prevention and the like.

An Electronic Stability Program (ESP) is kinds of multifunctional active safety devices developed on the basis of an anti-lock braking system (ABS) and a driving anti-skid system (ASR). The signals collected by sensors are sent to an Electronic control unit through a communication system, the Electronic control unit judges the running condition of a vehicle in real time according to the collected signals, and indicates that an instable precursor is generated in the running process of the vehicle by the Electronic Stability system of the vehicle body to control an execution mechanism to work so as to correct the running state of the vehicle in real time.

The ECU of the current vehicle body electronic stability system is typically awakened by an ignition signal (high level voltage).

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made to of the various embodiments of the invention in order to provide a basic understanding of the invention, and it is not intended to identify key or critical elements of the invention or to delineate the scope of the invention.

First, the concept of the present invention will be explained.

The inventor of the present invention found that besides the ECU (electronic control system) can be woken up by the ignition signal (high level voltage), the ECU supports another ways to be woken up inside the ECU, for example, high slope voltage, therefore, channels of Wheel Speed Signal (WSS) can be used to wake up the ECU of ESP because the WSS signal contains pulse signal.

Whenever vehicles have a standard ESP system, such as when the vehicle is moving on a grade, the ECU of the ESP system can be awakened and after awakening the ESP system can step to allow the hydraulic system to provide braking to stop the undesired movement.

Next, a method of waking up the electronic control system of the present invention will be described.

FIG. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method of waking an electronic control system in accordance with the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, the inventive method for waking up an electronic control system comprises the following steps:

acquisition step S100: acquiring a wheel speed signal output by a wheel speed sensor;

a judgment step S200: judging whether the wheel speed signal is in a specified state, and if so, executing a following awakening step S300; and

and a wake-up step S300, in which the electronic control system is woken up.

Here, as examples, the above-mentioned prescribed state may be that the Wheel Speed Signal (WSS) outputted from the wheel speed sensor is a rising edge signal, and in this case we may refer to as "rising edge wake-up".

Here, as another examples, the above-mentioned prescribed state may be that the Wheel Speed Signal (WSS) outputted by the wheel speed sensor is a rising edge signal, and in this case we may refer to as "rising edge wake-up".

Here, the specific states of the Wheel Speed Signal (WSS) are exemplified above, but the present invention is not limited to the above two cases, and other state signals that can indicate a change in the Wheel Speed Signal (WSS) may be used.

In the wake-up step S300, an electronic control system, for example, an electronic control system of a body electronic stability system or an electronic control system of an antilock brake system, is woken up.

In addition, as an optional step, it is also possible to further step to further step to set an action execution step after the wake-up step S300.

In the action execution step, the electronic control system gives a command to the hydraulic system so that the hydraulic system executes a braking action.

Next, an electronic control system of a vehicle according to the present invention will be described.

Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing an electronic control system of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 2, an electronic control system 100 according to the present invention includes:

an acquisition module 110 for acquiring a wheel speed signal from a wheel speed sensor 200 of a vehicle; and

the control module 120 determines whether to wake up the electronic control system according to the wheel speed signal obtained by the obtaining module 110 and wakes up the electronic control system if the wheel speed signal is in a predetermined state.

Here, as examples, the above-mentioned predetermined state may be a state in which the Wheel Speed Signal (WSS) output from the wheel speed sensor 200 is a rising edge signal, or a state in which the Wheel Speed Signal (WSS) is a falling edge signal.

As a specific object of waking up the electronic control system, for example, an electronic control system that wakes up an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) of a vehicle body or an electronic control system that wakes up an Antilock Brake System (ABS) may be mentioned.

Next, specific embodiments of the electronic control system of the present invention will be described.

Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing specific embodiments of the electronic control system of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3, an electronic control system 10 according to the present invention includes: the ASIC module 11 is configured to acquire a Wheel Speed Signal (WSS) from a wheel speed sensor 20 of the vehicle and determine whether to wake up the electronic control system based on the acquired wheel speed signal and to wake up the electronic control system if the wheel speed signal is in a prescribed state. The ASIC module 11 here integrates the functions of an acquisition module and a control module.

Here, as examples, the above-mentioned prescribed state may be a state in which the Wheel Speed Signal (WSS) output from the wheel speed sensor 200 becomes a rising edge signal, or a state in which the Wheel Speed Signal (WSS) becomes a falling edge signal.

As a specific object of waking up the electronic control system, for example, an electronic control system that wakes up an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) of a vehicle body or an electronic control system of an Antilock Brake System (ABS) may be mentioned.

The specific ways to wake up the electronic control system are briefly described.

Electronic control system 10 further here includes UC module (i.e., processor module) 12. wheel speed sensor 20 and UC module 12 are both powered by ASIC module 11, wherein wheel speed sensor 20 is always powered by ASIC module 11. when electronic control system 10 is asleep, electronic control system 10 is awakened, i.e., powered by UC module 12 and other circuitry, in the event that ASIC module 11 detects either a rising edge signal or a falling edge signal as the Wheel Speed Signal (WSS).

In the case of applying the electronic control system 10 of the present embodiment, if the vehicle rolls on a slope, the ASIC module 11 detects that the Wheel Speed Signal (WSS) is a rising edge signal, and wakes up the electronic control system 10, for example, an electronic control system of an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) of a vehicle body or an electronic control system of an Antilock Brake System (ABS) may be woken up, and thus, the electronic control system 10 issues a command to the hydraulic system 30 to hydraulically brake the vehicle.

, the invention also provides vehicles, which are provided with the electronic control system.

, the present invention also provides computer readable storage media, which stores computer programs, wherein the programs, when executed by a processor, implement the method for waking up an electronic control system as described above.

, the invention also provides computer devices, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to realize the method for waking up the electronic control system.

According to the method for waking up the electronic control system and the electronic control system of the vehicle of the present invention, the electronic control system can be waken up using the rising edge or the falling edge of the Wheel Speed Signal (WSS), and thus, the electronic control system can be waken up in time in case of an unexpected motion of the vehicle, thereby improving the safety performance of the vehicle.

Although only specific embodiments of the invention have been described, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention can be embodied in many other forms without departing from the spirit and scope thereof.
