In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a heat treatment method for a bearing component of a shock absorber, comprising the steps of: step one, raising the temperature of a heating area in a heating furnace to 810-850 ℃, and conveying a bearing component into the heating area of the heating furnace for heat preservation for 25-30 minutes; step two, conveying the bearing component into a salt bath at 235-245 ℃, and performing convection cooling on the bearing component for 30-50 minutes through liquid in the salt bath; step three, cleaning the bearing part by adopting liquid at 60 ℃ for 20 minutes; and step four, after the temperature of the bearing part is air-cooled to be close to the room temperature, raising the temperature of a heating area in the heating furnace to 160 ℃, feeding the bearing part, and after the temperature is maintained for 120 minutes, air-cooling the bearing part to the room temperature.

The technical scheme has the advantages that: the bearing component is heated and insulated at 810-850 ℃, and then is sent into a 235-245 ℃ salt bath, the cooling process of the bearing component is divided into two stages, the temperature of the bearing component is cooled by convection of liquid in the salt bath at the relatively high stage from 810-850 ℃ to 235-245 ℃, so that the temperature of the stage is rapidly reduced, the temperature is rapidly reduced to 235-245 ℃ and then is subsequently reduced to the temperature close to the room temperature, the temperature is greatly reduced, the bearing component is rapidly cooled from the austenite temperature to the temperature with a slightly higher martensite transformation point (Ms) or slightly lower martensite transformation point (Ms), the thermal stress and the tissue stress can be reduced, the temperature is gradually reduced after being insulated for a certain time, and the hardenability and deformation of the workpiece are improved.

The invention may further be arranged to: the material frame is used for placing bearing parts, the heating furnace is a roller-hearth heating furnace, and the material frame is displaced through a rotating roller of the roller-hearth heating furnace.
