4. The thawing apparatus according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein one side plate of said square metal thawing box is welded to the middle of the circular metal heat absorbing plate by brazing technique.

Background

At present, three modes of microwave oven unfreezing, water unfreezing and natural unfreezing are mainly used for families, the unfreezing speed is high by using a microwave oven, unfrozen meat is not fresh, the meat unfrozen by using water is loose and inelastic, and the natural unfreezing of the meat is too slow. Up to now, no fast and good thawing device for thawing meat is available in the market.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the unfreezing device which has a simple structure, is easy to process and manufacture, has the unfreezing speed higher than that of natural unfreezing and has the unfreezing quality better than that of a microwave oven and water unfreezing.

The unfreezing device comprises a heat supply mechanism and a unfreezing mechanism, wherein the heat supply mechanism is a radiating surface on the outer side of the refrigerator, the unfreezing mechanism is composed of a metal heat absorbing plate and a metal unfreezing box welded in the middle of the metal heat absorbing plate, the metal heat absorbing plate is adhered to the radiating surface through heat-conducting silicon glue, and an opening of the metal unfreezing box is upward.

The metal absorber plate is circular, the metal box that unfreezes is welded around a square metal bottom plate by the long limit of four equally big rectangle metal curb plates, and the long limit of rectangle metal curb plate equals with the length of side of square metal bottom plate, and the minor face end to end welding of four rectangle metal curb plates constitutes a bottom and the square metal box that unfreezes of sealed upper portion open-ended all around, a curb plate of square metal box that unfreezes is welded in the middle part of circular metal absorber plate through brazing technique.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the thawing speed is high, and the thawed meat is fresh and delicious.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the figure, the thawing apparatus is mainly composed of a heat radiation surface 1, a heat absorption plate 2, a side plate 3, a bottom plate 4, and the like.

The heat dissipation surface 1 is the middle upper part of a heat dissipation surface outside the refrigerator, the heat absorption plate 2 is punched into a round heat absorption plate with the diameter of four hundred millimeters by a stainless steel plate with the thickness of one millimeter, the unfreezing box is formed by welding the long sides of four rectangular stainless steel side plates 3 with the thickness of one millimeter, the length of two hundred millimeters and the width of one hundred millimeters at the periphery of a square stainless steel bottom plate 4 with the length of two hundred millimeters, and the short sides of the four rectangular stainless steel side plates 3 are welded end to form a square stainless steel unfreezing box, one stainless steel side plate 3 of the square stainless steel unfreezing box is welded at the middle part of the round stainless steel heat absorption plate 2 by a brazing technology, the heat absorption plate 2 and the unfreezing box can also be made of copper plates, the effect is better, but the cost is higher, when the heat absorption plate 2 is installed, the heat absorption plate is adhered to the middle, note that the opening of the thawing box is horizontally directed upward.
