The maintenance antibacterial liquid prepared in the examples of the application is used as a test sample, the maintenance antibacterial liquid prepared in the comparative examples of the application is used as a reference sample, and the average antibacterial rates of escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans are respectively detected by referring to the part GB15979-2002 hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles C4, wherein the antibacterial rate detection results when the antibacterial agent acts for 5min and 20min are recorded as shown in the following tables 1 and 2, the table 1 is the detection result of the examples, and the table 2 is the detection result of the comparative examples.

Combining the detection results in the above table 1 and table 2, it can be seen that, when the acetyl hexapeptide-8 and the peganum distichum extract are not added in the comparative example 1, the bacteriostatic performance of the prepared maintenance bacteriostatic solution is far lower than the detection result in the example 2; in combination with the detection results of comparative examples 2 and 3, it can be seen that when only acetyl hexapeptide-8 or the extracts of the dierwort are added to the curing solution, the antibacterial performance is poor, and when the acetyl hexapeptide-8 and the extracts of the dierwort are added to the curing solution in the example 2, the antibacterial performance is remarkably improved; referring to the detection results of comparative example 4 and comparative example 5, it can be seen that when the apple stem cell freeze-dried powder is not added into the curing liquid, the bacteriostatic performance is slightly reduced.

2. Vaginal mucosa irritation test

The test results are shown in table 3 below.

From the above table 3, it can be seen that none of the bacteriostatic maintenance solutions prepared in the examples of the present application was irritating to the vaginal mucosa, the comparative example 2, in which acetyl hexapeptide-8 was substituted for the soot extract, was slightly irritating, the comparative example 5, in which apple stem cell lyophilized powder was substituted for the soot extract and acetyl hexapeptide-8, was also slightly irritating, and it can be seen that the irritation was reduced due to the excessive addition of acetyl hexapeptide-8 in the comparative examples 2 and 5, or the soot extract, and the examples of the present application, in which acetyl hexapeptide-8 and soot extract were added, was not irritating to the vaginal mucosa.
