The invention relates to a double-gun type automatic argon arc welding machine (called as a double-gun argon arc welding machine for short), which is a double-gun automatic welding tool for a filter press weldment (called as a double-gun automatic welding tool for short) provided by the invention; the automatic argon arc welding machine mainly comprises a welding power supply (argon arc welding machine), an arc striking and stabilizing device, a double-gun moving mechanism 2, a double-gun welding tool, a wire feeding device, an air supply system, a water cooling system, a PLC program control system 9 and the like; the welding machine has the function of one machine for double welding, namely, the function of automatically welding two sections of linear welding seams of the interphase double welding pieces by one electric welding device. The invention is a common technical part with the prior art and is manufactured according to the current standard of the automatic argon arc welding machine in China.

The double-gun moving mechanism 9 comprises a servo motor, a threaded driving shaft, a double-gun moving nut, a threaded shaft end seat, a nut sliding rail, a T-shaped fixing plate, a double-gun mechanism seat 11 and an argon arc welding gun 10; the double-gun moving mechanism 9 is matched with a double-gun automatic welding tool for use, the double-gun moving mechanism 9 is installed on the table type large platform 1, and the double argon arc welding gun 10 is adjusted to be aligned to the positioning part 20 of the weldment I; for simultaneously and automatically welding two sections of linear welding seams (rail frame welding seams 27) of the interphase double weldment.

The double-gun welding tool comprises a double-welding combined platform, a weldment II pushing device, an unloading cylinder 5 and a foot switch; the double-welding combined platform comprises a table type large platform 1, a tooling platform 18, a gun moving platform 19 and a weldment I positioning part 20; the weldment II pushing device comprises a weldment II pushing platform 3, a weldment II storage rack 6, a weldment II pushing cylinder 7 and a weldment II pushing plate 8; the foot switch comprises a push piece foot switch 29 and a reset foot switch 30; for pushing the dual weldment ii bracket lugs 26 into the welding position.

General assembly debugging of the double-gun argon arc welding machine: (1) assembling and welding a double-welding combined platform: the gun moving platform 19 is welded at the front left of the large table platform 1, the tooling platform 18 is positioned at the right of the gun moving platform 19 and welded on the large table platform 1, and the tooling platform 18 and the gun moving platform 19 are positioned at the positions 20 of the weldments I at intervals in parallel to form a double-welding combined platform; (2) installation of the double gun moving mechanism 2: an argon arc double-gun moving mechanism 20 is arranged on a gun moving platform 19, and the double argon arc welding gun 10 is adjusted to be aligned to a positioning part 20 of a weldment I; (3) installation of the double-gun automatic welding tool: the double-gun automatic welding tool is arranged at a position, corresponding to the double-gun moving mechanism 2, of the double-welding combined platform, the push plate 8 of the weldment II can be pushed into the storage tank bracket 22 by the pushing cylinder 7 of the weldment II, and the piston rod of the unloading cylinder 5 is aligned to the positioning position 20 of the weldment I, which is detailed in embodiment 1; (4) installation of other parts: the welding power supply, the arc striking and stabilizing device, the wire feeding device, the gas supply system, the water cooling system and the PLC program control system are respectively arranged on corresponding positions near the double-welding combined platform according to the conventional method and are communicated with the double argon arc welding guns in parallel.

The automatic welding process of the double-gun argon arc welding machine comprises the following steps: (1) preparing before welding: placing a plurality of bracket hangers 26 of the weldment II in a storage tank 21 of the weldment II, placing one side of an angle bracket 25 of the weldment I in a positioning part 20 of the weldment I and contacting the photoelectric monitoring switch 4; (2) pushing a weldment II: when the angle iron bracket 25 of the weldment I is placed in place, the push pedal switch 29 is stepped down, the push cylinder 7 of the weldment II is started, the bracket lugs 26 of the double weldments II are pushed to be in equal-height contact with the angle iron bracket 25 of the weldment I, and the bracket lugs 26 of the weldment II are positioned in the notch 24 of the push plate weldment II in the pushing process to prevent deviation; (3) automatic double welding: starting the double-gun moving mechanism 2, automatically welding two sections of welding seams (rail frame welding seams 27) of the interphase double-welding piece at the same time, and automatically stopping after welding; (4) automatic unloading: after the welding machine is stopped, a piston rod of the unloading cylinder 5 pushes the welded pulling plate track frame out of the positioning part 20 of the weldment I.

The double-gun type automatic argon arc welding machine has the advantages that the double-gun semi-automatic welding tool for the filter press weldment is improved into the double-gun full-automatic welding tool, so that the automation level of equipment is improved; the innovative double-gun automatic welding tool is matched with the argon arc double-gun moving mechanism 2 for use, so that the double argon arc welding gun 10 can automatically weld two sections of linear welding seams of the alternate double stainless steel welding pieces of the pull plate rail frame at the same time, and the production efficiency is improved; the method can also be used for welding similar double straight seam weldments; the product is modified and upgraded, and the efficiency can be increased.
