The existing mechanical processing spraying device needs manual drying for use after metal materials are sprayed, the operation steps are more, the labor intensity is higher, and the working efficiency is lower. And, after the spraying plating is accomplished, the material surface is comparatively crude because machining's influence, some unevenness's region may appear, and current spraying plating device function is comparatively single, and after the spraying plating was accomplished, need other equipment to modify the metal surface for metal parts need through dismantling and clamping many times, and the station removes etc. seriously influence holistic production efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a spraying device for surface treatment of metal parts, which is characterized in that a spraying nozzle is installed through a sliding table, and a drying box, or a wax gun and an electric waxing disc, or an electric polishing brush and a cleaning brush are installed through installation seats on two sides of the sliding table, so that the problem of low overall production efficiency caused by single function of the existing spraying device is solved.

The number of the drying boxes is two; the bottom of the drying box is of an open structure, and the top wall of the drying box is provided with a plurality of air inlets; the drying box is internally and fixedly connected with a fan and a heating pipe, and the heating pipe is positioned below the fan and used for blowing out air heated by the heating pipe from the bottom of the drying box through the fan; and the two drying boxes are respectively fixedly connected with the mounting seat and used for drying the surface of the metal part after the spraying is finished through the drying boxes.

The wax gun and the electric waxing disc are respectively and fixedly connected with the two mounting seats and are used for waxing by using the electric waxing disc after wax is sprayed by the wax gun; the electric polishing brush and the cleaning brush are fixedly connected with the two mounting seats respectively and used for polishing the surface of the metal part after being waxed through the electric polishing brush and cleaning the metal surface through the cleaning brush.

Furthermore, a clamping plate is fixedly connected to one side surface of the clamping bracket; the clamping support is characterized in that a plurality of spring pull rods are fixedly connected to the inner side face of the clamping support, and clamping rods are connected to one ends of the spring pull rods and used for pulling the clamping rods through the spring pull rods and clamping metal parts through the clamping rods and clamping plates.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the invention, the two sliding seats are connected in a sliding manner through the clamping bracket, the sliding table is connected between the two sliding seats through the lead screw, the position adjustment of the sliding table is realized, the spraying nozzle is installed by utilizing the sliding table, and the drying box is installed through the installation seats on the two sides of the sliding table, so that after the spraying of the surface of the metal part is finished, the metal part can be directly dried through the drying box, the labor intensity of manual operation is effectively reduced, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.

2. Example one

Referring to fig. 1, the invention relates to a spraying device for surface treatment of metal parts, which comprises a clamping bracket 1, a sliding table 2, a storage box 3, a drying box 4, a wax gun 5, an electric waxing disk 501, an electric polishing brush 6 and a cleaning brush 601.

The clamping support 1 is used for clamping metal parts, two sides of the clamping support 1 are connected with sliding seats 101 through guide rail sliding block mechanisms in a sliding mode, and the two sliding seats 101 are connected with driving mechanisms and used for driving the two sliding seats 101 to move through the driving mechanisms.

Wherein the driving mechanism comprises two lead screws 7; the two lead screws 7 are respectively and rotatably connected with two sides of the clamping bracket 1, and one ends of the lead screws 7 are connected with a driving motor; the sliding seats 101 are fixedly connected with screw nuts matched with the screws 7, and the screws 7 are driven to rotate through the driving motors, so that the two sliding seats 101 are driven to move.

A screw rod 102 and a guide rod are rotatably connected between the two sliding seats 101, and one end of the screw rod 102 is connected with a motor 103. One side surface of the sliding table 2 is fixedly connected with a nut matched with the screw rod 102 and a guide sleeve matched with the guide rod, and the nut and the guide sleeve are used for driving the screw rod 102 to rotate through a motor 103, so that the sliding table 2 is driven to move along the guide rod. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the number of the drying boxes 4 is two; the bottom of the drying box 4 is of an open structure, and the top wall of the drying box is provided with a plurality of air inlets 401; a fan 402 and a heating pipe 403 are fixedly connected in the drying box 4, the heating pipe 403 is located below the fan 402, and the heating pipe 403 is a plurality of individually-arranged resistance heating pipes or a coil pipe, and is used for sucking air flow from the air inlet 401 through the fan 402 and blowing the air flow to the heating pipe 403, so that the air heated by the heating pipe 403 is blown out from the bottom of the drying box 4.

Two stoving casees 4 pass through fixed connection such as bolt or flange seat with mount pad 201 respectively for after the spraying plating operation is accomplished, directly drive two stoving casees 4 through sliding stand 2 and dry to the metal parts surface after the spraying plating is accomplished, the work efficiency of effectual improvement, and two stoving casees 4 can use simultaneously, or the exclusive use does.

As shown in fig. 4, the wax gun 5 and the electric waxing disk 501 are respectively fixedly connected with the two mounting seats 201 through flange seats or clamping seats, or bolts, after the surface of the metal part is dried, the two drying boxes 4 can be detached, the wax gun 5 and the electric waxing disk 501 are mounted on the mounting seats 201, and are used for waxing the metal part through the wax gun 5 and then waxing the metal part by using the electric waxing disk 501, so that the waxing operation of the metal part is realized.

Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 5, after the waxing operation is completed, the wax gun 5 and the electric waxing disk 501 can be detached, the electric polishing brush 6 and the cleaning brush 601 are respectively and fixedly connected with the two mounting seats 201, so that the surface of the waxed metal part is polished by the electric polishing brush 6, residues generated by polishing are removed in time by the cleaning brush 601, and the area with the uneven surface of the sprayed metal part becomes flat by the polishing.

Wherein, the upper surface of the cleaning brush 601 is fixedly connected with a spring telescopic rod 602; the upper end of the spring telescopic rod 602 is fixedly connected with the mounting seat 201, and the cleaning brush 601 can be always tightly attached to the surface of a metal part by utilizing the elasticity of the spring telescopic rod 602, so that the cleaning effect is ensured.

Example two

On the basis of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a clamping plate 104 is welded or screwed on one side surface of the clamping bracket 1; three to five spring pull rods 106 are fixedly connected to the inner side surface of the clamping support 1, and one end of each spring pull rod 106 is connected with a clamping rod 107, so that the clamping rods 107 are pulled through the spring pull rods 106, and the metal parts are clamped through the clamping rods 107 and the clamping plates 104.

Meanwhile, one side surface of the clamping support 1 is fixedly connected with a telescopic device 105, and the telescopic device 105 is an air cylinder; a push rod 108 is fixedly connected to the telescopic end of the telescopic device 105, and is used for synchronously pushing three to five clamping rods 107 through the push rod 108, so that the clamping rods 107 move towards the side far away from the clamping plate 104. When the metal part is clamped, the push rod 108 is driven by the telescopic device 105, and all the clamping rods 107 are moved to the side far away from the clamping plate 104 by the push rod 108, so that the metal is conveniently placed between the clamping rods 107 and the clamping plate 104.

After the metal part is placed, the telescopic device 105 drives the push rod 108 to retreat, the clamping rod 107 moves towards the clamping plate 104 under the action of the spring pull rod 106, and therefore the metal part is clamped between the clamping rod 107 and the clamping plate 104, and rapid clamping of the metal part is achieved.

The pull rod 1062 is movably inserted into the stopper through the through hole.

One end of the pull rod 1062 located in the fixed tube 1061 is welded or screwed with a guide post 1064 fitted to the inner wall of the fixed tube 1061, so that the pull rod 1062 can move axially along the fixed tube 1061 and remain stable, and the other end of the pull rod 1062 is fixedly connected with the clamping rod 107 through a screw.

The fixed pipe 1061 is sleeved with a compression spring 1063, one end of the compression spring 1063 abuts against the end surface of the guide post 1064, and the other end of the compression spring 1063 abuts against the stop block, so that when the clamping rod 107 is pushed by the push rod 108, the pull rod 1062 extrudes the spring 1063 through the guide post 1064, and when the push rod 108 retracts, the pull rod 1062 drives the clamping rod 107 to move and reset under the action of the spring 1063, thereby clamping and fixing the metal component in cooperation with the clamping plate 104.
