when other parts of the outer wall of the wear-resistant roller 4 are subjected to surfacing, the wear-resistant roller 4 needs to be rotated, the position which is not subjected to surfacing is rotated to the position under the surfacing welding gun 24, the second motor 32 is started, the output end of the second motor 32 drives the first transmission column to rotate, the first transmission column drives the transmission support column 34 to synchronously rotate through the transmission belt 33 in the rotating process, the fixed shaft 41 is arranged between the first transmission column and the transmission support column 34, and in the rotating process of the first transmission column and the transmission support column 34, the fixed shaft 41 is simultaneously driven to synchronously rotate, the fixed shaft 41 can be ensured to be more slowly and stably rotated through the arc-shaped friction plate 51, meanwhile, the fixed shaft 41 can be prevented from rolling out from the position between the first transmission column and the transmission support column 34, and the wear-resistant roller 4 is stably and synchronously driven to rotate through the fixed shaft 41;

in the rotating process of the wear-resistant roller 4, the surface of the wear-resistant roller 4 after overlaying is cooled by the cooling fan 63 arranged on the inner wall of the cooling plate 61, meanwhile, welding slag on the surface of the wear-resistant roller 4 can be blown to the surface of the guide scraper 66 by the cooling fan 63, the welding slag slides down through the surface of the guide scraper 66 and enters the welding slag collecting box 12 for centralized collection, when the wear-resistant roller 4 rotates, the upper surface of the guide scraper 66 rubs with the outer wall of the wear-resistant roller 4, further, the welding slag on the outer wall of the wear-resistant roller 4 after overlaying is cleaned, the jacking springs 7 push the jacking plates 71, the jacking columns 72 are supported by the two jacking plates 71, the guide scraper 66 is pushed by the jacking columns 72, the guiding scraper 66 and the outer wall of the wear-resistant roller 4 are kept in a butting state all the time, and the cleaning effect of the welding slag attached to the outer wall of the wear-resistant roller 4 by the guiding scraper 66 is improved.
