As shown in figures 1-6, a chocolate for improving oral malodor comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of cocoa liquid, 20-25 parts of cocoa butter, 3-8 parts of granulated sugar, 10-15 parts of xylitol, 3-6 parts of mint spice, 1-2 parts of lemon juice, 10-15 parts of milk, 5-10 parts of dried fruit, 5-8 parts of lactose and 6-10 parts of butter.

A process for the production of chocolate which helps to ameliorate oral malodour, the process comprising the steps of:

step one, opening a feeding clamp cover 9 of a box body top cover 7, pouring cocoa liquid blocks, cocoa butter, granulated sugar, xylitol, mint spices, lemon juice, milk, dried fruits, lactose and butter into a processing equipment stirring barrel 16 through the feeding clamp cover 9, starting a motor 8 to drive a first rotating rod 12 to rotate, driving two groups of mixing frames 17 to rotate through the first rotating rod 12, driving a first fluted disc 14 to rotate when the first rotating rod 12 rotates, driving a second fluted disc 15 on a second rotating rod 20 by using the first fluted disc 14 to drive two groups of stirring rods 19 on the second rotating rod 20 to rotate in the mixing frames 17 when the second fluted disc 15 rotates in the mixing frames 17, and mixing raw materials in the stirring barrel 16 through the rotation of the stirring rods 19 and the mixing frames 17;

step two, loosening the sliding clamping plate 22 and the partition plate 23 by rotating two groups of positioning clamping bolts 32 on the sliding clamping plate 22 according to the volume of chocolate, moving the sliding clamping plate 22 on the partition plate 23 by utilizing three groups of splicing grooves 31 on the sliding clamping plate 22, so as to adjust the position between the partition plate 23 and the sliding clamping plate 22, locking and fixing the moved sliding clamping plate 22 by rotating the positioning clamping bolts 32, inserting one end of the material containing drawer 2 into the front end of the box body base 4, leading the raw material in the stirring barrel 16 into the discharge pipe 3 through the communicating pipe 5 by opening the flow control valve 6, and discharging the raw material into the material containing drawer 2 through the discharge nozzle 27 of the discharge pipe 3, so that the chocolate raw material is stored in a notch between the sliding clamping plate 22 and the partition plate 23;

thirdly, the user pushes the material containing drawer box 2 to enable the butt joint clamping groove 25 of the movable scraper plate 26 to be in butt joint with the fixed hanging buckle 28 at the lower part of the discharge pipe 3, and when the material containing drawer box 2 moves, the sliding clamping plate 22 is utilized to push redundant chocolate raw materials on the material containing drawer box 2, so that the redundant chocolate raw materials fall into the material collecting groove 21 of the material containing drawer box 2;

and step four, closing the sealing cover 10 on the box body base 4, taking out the solidified chocolate on the material containing drawing box 2 after the chocolate raw material on the material containing drawing box 2 is cooled and solidified in the box body base 4, and adopting a refrigeration mode the same as that of a refrigerator in the box body base 4, so that the temperature of the chocolate raw material is reduced, and the chocolate raw material is rapidly cooled and formed.

The processing equipment includes box base 4 and box overhead guard 7, 7 fixed mounting of box overhead guard are at the upper end surface of box base 4, the inboard middle part fixed position of box overhead guard 7 installs agitator 16, and the upper end middle part fixed position of agitator 16 installs motor 8, the inboard middle part fixed position of agitator 16 has first bull stick 12, and the lower extreme of first bull stick 12 is equipped with rotatory cassette 13, through rotatory cassette 13 swing joint between agitator 16 and the first bull stick 12, the fixed cover in upper portion surface of first bull stick 12 has connect first fluted disc 14.

The invention aims to provide a chocolate which is beneficial to improving oral cavity peculiar smell and a production process thereof, when in production, a certain amount of xylitol, mint spice and lemon juice are added into the chocolate, xylitol is utilized to replace partial granulated sugar, so that the chocolate has the function of improving oral cavity peculiar smell under the condition of not reducing the sweetness of the chocolate, meanwhile, the sweetness of the xylitol can reach 1.2 times of that of the granulated sugar raw material, the using amount of the granulated sugar in the chocolate can be reduced by adding the xylitol, secondly, the chocolate added with the xylitol has slight cool feeling after entering the mouth, meanwhile, mint spice and lemon juice are added into the chocolate raw material, the mint spice smell and the sour taste of the lemon juice are utilized, the peculiar smell in the oral cavity of a user can be effectively improved by matching with the xylitol, when the user eats the chocolate, the xylitol and the mint spice are added into the chocolate, after the chocolate is eaten, part of peculiar smell in the oral cavity of a user can be removed, the function of refreshing breath is achieved, and the chocolate has the function of improving the peculiar smell in the oral cavity and improves the eating effect by adding the xylitol, the mint spice and the lemon juice into the chocolate.
