Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and positive effects:

(1) the embodiment of the invention is provided with the base, the flexible sucker, at least two connecting assemblies and the vacuum adsorption assembly, wherein the flexible sucker is flexibly deformed to be attached to the circumferential surface of the outer wall of the tubular pile through the connecting assemblies, namely the diameter of the flexible sucker is changed to be matched with different tubular piles, so that tubular piles with different diameters can be sucked.

(2) According to the embodiment of the invention, the connecting assembly comprises the connecting plate and the two connecting rods, the connecting plate is hinged to the base, the first ends of the connecting rods are hinged to the connecting plate, and the second ends of the connecting rods are hinged to the flexible sucker, so that three-stage hinging is realized, the transmission of the connecting assembly is smoother, the flexible sucker can be more attached to a tubular pile, and the two connecting rods are used for enhancing the bearing capacity.

(3) In the embodiment of the invention, the force of the connecting rod can be uniformly transmitted to each part of the flexible sucker through the hinged seat and the sucker mounting plate, so that each part of the flexible sucker can be tightly attached to the tubular pile.

(4) In the embodiment of the invention, two connecting components are arranged on two sides of the second end of the flexible sucker, so that each part of the flexible sucker can be uniformly stressed and can be better attached to the tubular pile.

(5) The cross beam and the variable-diameter tubular pile adsorption devices are arranged in the embodiment of the invention, so that tubular piles can be adsorbed, and because the tubular piles are long in length, the tubular piles are difficult to adsorb by using one device alone, and the stress is uneven. And the beam has heavier weight and can just use the gravity thereof as the pressure applied to the connecting component, so that other pressure components do not need to be arranged, the structure is simplified, and the cost is saved.

(6) The leveling plate is arranged in the embodiment of the invention, so that the flexible sucker can be adjusted in time to be kept horizontal all the time, and the tubular pile can be better adsorbed. And a first buffer spring is arranged between the leveling plate and the cross beam, so that the leveling plate can be supported and the buffer effect can be achieved.

(7) The second buffer spring is arranged in the embodiment of the invention, so that the impact on the fixed rod can be better buffered, and the whole mechanism is protected from being damaged.

(8) In the embodiment of the invention, the base is hinged to the fixed rod, so that the position of the variable-diameter tubular pile adsorption device can be adjusted by the aid of the hinged point, the flexible sucker is attached to the tubular pile, and the position of the variable-diameter tubular pile adsorption device is deviated during travelling crane hoisting, so that the whole adsorption process has stronger adaptability, and the efficiency can be improved.

(9) The guide rod is arranged in the embodiment of the invention, so that the diameter-variable pipe pile adsorption device cannot shake in the horizontal radial direction of the pipe pile when the pipe pile is sucked and transported, namely, the diameter-variable pipe pile adsorption device is not deviated from the axis of the pipe pile, the pipe pile cannot be loosened, the pipe pile is safer, and the flexible sucker can be damaged if the flexible sucker deviates from the axis of the pipe pile and is tightly attached to the pipe pile, so that the flexible sucker leaks air and loosens.

(10) The embodiment of the invention is provided with the butt joint guide part, the whole variable-diameter tubular pile adsorption machine is better aligned with the tubular pile through the guide wheel, namely, the flexible sucker is positioned right above the tubular pile, and the efficiency can be improved.

(11) The clamping part is arranged in the embodiment of the invention, when the lifted pipe pile is a bamboo joint pile, the variable-diameter pipe pile adsorption device can be positioned between adjacent circumferential flanges of the bamboo joint pile, the condition that the flexible sucker is positioned on the circumferential flanges cannot be caused, and the flexible sucker cannot adsorb the bamboo joint pile on the circumferential flanges.
