Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the welding gun protection integrated device for an outdoor construction welding robot according to the present invention includes an external robot body 1 including: the welding gun comprises a welding gun 2, a welding gun clamping piece 3, a hollow rectangular frame 4, an inclined support piece 5 and a wind shield 6.

The welding gun clamping piece 3 is detachably connected to the robot body 1 and used for clamping the welding gun 2. Specifically, the torch holder 3 includes: a mounting seat 31, a connecting piece 32, a locking piece (not shown) and a clamping block 33.

Generally, the hollow rectangular frame 4 has a length of 200m, a width of 10mm and a height of 50 mm. The diagonal stay 5 is 150mm long.

A smoke outlet is formed in one side, opposite to the wind direction, of the wind shield 6; the smoke dust generated in the welding process can be effectively discharged, and the phenomenon that the welding quality is influenced because metal particles in the smoke dust enter protective gas to cause instability of an electric arc and a gas flow layer is avoided.

The wind shield 6 is made of fireproof flame-retardant material. The flame-proof type gas shielded arc welding device has the characteristics of non-combustibility, high temperature resistance, no toxic gas emission, good insulativity, good heat insulation, no melting or dropping, high strength and no shrinkage phenomenon, can not deform or burst under the action of flame at 1000 ℃, is fireproof for more than one hour, plays a role in protection under the environments of humidity, steam, smog and chemical gas, prevents sparks generated in gas shielded welding from igniting the wind shield, and avoids the phenomenon that the wind shield attracts electric arcs during welding to cause unstable electric arcs and influence the welding quality.
