3. The variable profile fixed wing micro air vehicle of claim 1 or 2, wherein the forward flight power unit employs a two-bladed propeller and the hover power unit employs a ducted four-bladed propeller.

The variable profile fixed wing micro air vehicle of claim 3, wherein the control surface comprises two flaps for pitch and roll control of the micro air vehicle and two V-shaped vertical tails for yaw control and heading stability, and the V-shaped vertical tails are folded and attached to the upper surface of the main body to reduce the volume occupied during storage.

The variable profile fixed wing micro air vehicle of claim 4, wherein the rigid body has a vibration module disposed within the leading edge, the vibration module actively vibrating under control of the control system to form a leading edge active vibration zone at the leading edge of the upper surface of the rigid body.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of miniature aircrafts, and particularly relates to a variable-appearance miniature aircraft with fixed wing layout.

Background

Micro Air Vehicles (MAVs) are a novel small-size and light-weight aircraft, and rapidly become a very popular research field at present due to the advantages of convenience in carrying, low cost, good concealment and the like. The application scenarios of the micro aircraft are quite wide: in military aspect, single use can be used for target detection, signal interference and the like, and a large amount of use can realize distributed remote attack and large-scale cluster battle; the civil aspect can be used for disaster search and rescue, communication relay, resource exploration and the like.

The micro aircrafts are mainly classified into three types at present in pneumatic layout, namely a micro fixed wing aircraft, a micro flapping wing aircraft and a micro rotor wing aircraft. Among the three layouts, the flapping wing has the most complex flow mechanism, very high requirements on a movement mechanism and manufacturing materials, and the reliability and the like are difficult to meet the requirements, and the rotor wing has low aerodynamic efficiency and low flying speed, and the flying time, the mission radius and the like are difficult to meet the use requirements. The fixed wing aircraft can achieve the highest flying speed among the three, has higher lift efficiency, is relatively mature in the prior art, has no strict requirements on manufacturing, materials and the like, but has the problems of incapability of hovering and vertically taking off and landing,

one important task of a miniature aircraft is hover silence detection. Meanwhile, because the micro aircraft is small in size and low in speed, the Reynolds number of the micro aircraft is very low during flying, the lift-drag ratio and the stability are difficult to guarantee, and the micro aircraft is extremely easy to be interfered by the change of incoming flow conditions.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a variable-profile fixed-wing micro aircraft, which has hovering and vertical take-off and landing functions under a high flying speed condition, and is high in reliability and aerodynamic efficiency.

A variable-appearance fixed wing micro aircraft comprises a rigid main body, a front flying power device, a hovering power device, a skin and a control surface;

the rigid main body adopts a wing body fusion body structure, the front flying power device is arranged at the front edge of the rigid main body, and a matched driving mechanism is arranged in the rigid main body; the control surface is arranged at the rear edge of the rigid main body, the attitude control of the aircraft is realized by the control surface through the angle change, the rigid main body is provided with a duct which penetrates through the upper surface and the lower surface, the hovering power device is arranged in the duct, a driving mechanism matched with the hovering power device is arranged in the rigid main body, two ends of a duct opening are provided with skins, when the aircraft is in a flying patrol state, the skins seal the duct opening to ensure that the rigid main body keeps a complete aerodynamic shape, and when the aircraft is in a hovering state; the skin is retracted inside the rigid body by a corresponding mechanism or is thrown away to make the duct opening fully open.

Has the advantages that:

Detailed Description

The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in the attached figure 1, the invention provides a variable-shape fixed wing micro aircraft, which comprises a rigid main body 1, a front flying power device 2, a hovering power device 3, a control surface, a flexible trailing edge 6, a skin 7 and the like.

The airfoil section of the rigid main body 1 is a low-speed airfoil with a high lift-drag ratio, the planar shape is an anti-zimmerman wing with a medium aspect ratio, the wingspan is 265mm, the total length (excluding the front propeller) is 220mm, and the total thickness (folded state) is 21 mm. The rigid main body 1 is provided with a duct which runs through the upper surface and the lower surface, and the hovering power device 3 is arranged in the duct.

The front flying power device 2 consists of a double-blade propeller arranged at the front edge of the main body, and a motor, a transmission mechanism and a battery system which are matched with the propeller and arranged in the machine body, and provides power for the cruising flight of the aircraft; the hovering power device 3 comprises a ducted four-blade propeller arranged in the middle of the rigid main body 1, and a motor, a transmission mechanism and a battery system which are matched with the ducted four-blade propeller and arranged in the aircraft body, wherein a skin 7 is in a covering state during folding and cruising flight and used for keeping the cruising flight aerodynamic shape, as shown in attached figures 2 and 3, the skin 7 is folded or thrown away to expose a ducted rotor wing during hovering, and power is provided for hovering of the aircraft.

The control surface comprises two ailerons 4 and two vertical tails 5 which are arranged in a V shape at the left and right sides of the rear edge, the ailerons are mainly used for pitch and roll control of the micro aircraft, the upturning and the downturning states of the ailerons 4 are shown in attached figures 4 and 5, the V-shaped vertical tails 5 are mainly used for yaw control and keeping course stability, and meanwhile, the V-shaped vertical tails 5 can be folded and attached to the upper surface of the rigid main body 1 to reduce the occupied volume during storage.

The vibration module is positioned in the rigid main body 1, the vibration module actively vibrates under the control of the control system, a front edge active vibration area is formed at the front edge of the upper surface of the rigid main body, energy can be injected into a flow field, flow separation on the surface of an airfoil profile is effectively inhibited, and the lift-drag ratio can be increased by about 50% compared with a same-type micro aircraft without the structure;

the flexible trailing edge 6 is arranged at the tail part of the rigid main body 1 and is made of flexible materials, a rigid framework is added inside the flexible trailing edge to control the flexibility of the trailing edge, the stall attack angle and the stability of the aircraft can be effectively improved, and compared with the same type of micro aircraft without the structure, the lift-drag ratio can be increased by about 5%.

The typical usage of the invention can be divided into three states: storage and transportation state, cruising flight state and hovering state. The storage and transportation state is as shown in figure 2, the front propeller is arranged in a horizontal position, the double vertical tails 5 are folded, and the front propeller is covered by the skin 7, the total thickness is only 21mm, and the storage and the carrying are facilitated; the cruising flight state is as shown in fig. 3, the front propeller is started, the double vertical tails 5 are opened, the skin 7 is covered, and the front edge vibration module is started, so that the cruising flight state has good aerodynamic characteristics; in the hovering state, as shown in fig. 4, the front propeller is parked, the skin is retracted, and the ducted rotor is started, so that the hovering action can be completed.

When the micro aircraft is used, the storage and transportation state is carried and launched by a transporter or an unmanned aerial vehicle, the micro aircraft can be deformed into a cruising flight state after being separated from a protective box, and the micro aircraft is deformed into a hovering state to execute various tasks when approaching a preset or manually-guided target place.
