Background

Saccharification refers to the process of hydrolyzing starch into sweet products, is the main process of the starch sugar manufacturing process, and is also the main process of a plurality of intermediate products in the food fermentation process. Wherein, during the brewing of the white spirit, the starchy raw materials are brewed into various wines through a saccharification process. The brewing of white spirit needs to take grain as main raw material, daqu, xiaqu or bran koji and yeast as saccharification leaven, and starch (sugar) as raw material, and through steaming, saccharification, fermentation, distillation, ageing and blending, various kinds of wine are brewed.

Generally, during brewing, raw materials are firstly crushed, the raw materials are mixed according to different wines, the mixed materials are cooked and gelatinized in a steamer, the cooked raw materials are cooled, the cooled materials are added with yeast seeds to be stirred, and the fermented materials are filled into a tank body to be fermented. When the steamer is used for steaming, the water in the steamer needs to be observed regularly, the steamer is turned regularly to dump the water at the steaming part, and the steamer needs to be turned over to dump the materials in the steamer each time the materials are discharged; and the materials need to be taken out when water is poured every time, so the whole operation is very complicated, the consumed time is long, and the interruption exists in the cooking process of the materials, so that the cooking quality is influenced.

In view of the above, there is an urgent need for a system for saccharification production of Chinese liquor, which can solve the above problems.

the steam pipe is provided with a plurality of nozzles, and the nozzles are used for spraying liquid to the materials.

In any of the above technical solutions, further, the continuous steaming machine further includes a feeding rotary valve, and the feeding rotary valve is disposed at a feeding port of the continuous steaming machine;

and/or the continuous steaming machine further comprises a discharging rotary valve, and the discharging rotary valve is arranged at the discharging opening of the continuous steaming machine.

In any of the above technical solutions, further, the continuous steaming system further includes a pressure relief device;

the pressure relief device is arranged between the discharge hole of the continuous steaming machine and the feed inlet of the braising machine; and the pressure relief device is used for carrying out pressure relief treatment on the material sent out by the continuous steamer.

In any of the above technical solutions, further, the mixed grain rice steaming system includes a mixer and a rice steaming machine;

the discharge port of the storage tank, the discharge port of the water material separator and the discharge port of the grain braising machine are respectively communicated with the feed port of the mixer, the discharge port of the mixer is communicated with the feed port of the rice steaming machine, and materials sent out by the rice steaming machine can be conveyed to the stacking saccharification system.

the invention provides a white spirit saccharification production system which comprises a batching system, a grain soaking system, a continuous steaming system, a mixed grain rice steaming system and a stacking saccharification system, wherein the batching system is used for proportioning materials and then conveying the materials to the grain soaking system, after the materials are soaked in the grain soaking system for a period of time, the materials in the grain soaking system are conveyed to the continuous steaming system for primary steaming, the materials subjected to primary steaming are conveyed to the mixed grain rice steaming system for secondary steaming, so that the materials are gelatinized, and after the materials are subjected to secondary steaming in the mixed grain rice steaming system, the gelatinized materials are conveyed to the stacking saccharification system for saccharification and fermentation. The continuous steaming system comprises a preheating machine, a continuous steaming machine and a grain stewing machine which are sequentially connected in series, feeding devices are arranged in the preheating machine, the continuous steaming machine and the grain stewing machine respectively, materials preheated by the preheating machine are conveyed to the continuous steaming machine through the feeding devices and are steamed in the continuous steaming machine, the materials after being steamed and gelatinized can be conveyed into the grain stewing machine through the feeding devices, and the materials after being stewed are conveyed to the next procedure.

When the material storage tank is in actual use, because the blanking point on each tank body is fixed, the feeding devices in the tank bodies can gradually convey materials to positions close to the discharge port, and after the material bearing surfaces on the feeding devices are fully paved with the materials, the feeding devices stop conveying, so that all the materials on the material bearing surfaces can be preheated, steamed and braised in the corresponding tank bodies conveniently; and after a certain time, starting the feeding device to enable the processed materials to fall on the discharge port and be discharged from the discharge port. Therefore, the whole continuous steaming system is continuous from preheating, steaming to stewing, the middle is not interrupted, the continuity in material transmission is ensured through the feeding device, each steaming process does not need to output or input materials through the operation of turning over the tank body to discharge materials, so that a part of time is saved, and the operation is relatively convenient; moreover, the materials can be always in the continuous steaming machine until the steaming is finished in the whole steaming process, the materials do not need to be taken out midway, the continuity of the steaming process is ensured, and the steaming quality of the materials is better guaranteed.
