As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the elastic member 6 is a high strength spring, the connecting band 53 is a steel wire rope, the steel wire rope is not easily broken, and the service life is long, when the steel wire rope is installed, the length and the tension degree can be adjusted by the high strength spring arranged at the end of the steel wire rope, it should be understood that the high strength spring plays a role in buffering and adjusting the tension of the steel wire rope when the moving frame 41 is instantaneously started, and the service life of the steel wire rope is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 1, the function button group 17 includes a start/stop button 171, a forward/backward button 172, an acceleration button 173 and a deceleration button 174, i.e., through the arrangement of the above-mentioned various function status buttons, to perform the operation of the different types or structures of the work piece selection cutting button.
