Background

The core system of the aluminum coil annealing furnace mainly comprises a heating system and a hot air diversion system. The invention mainly aims at optimizing the nozzle device in the hot air flow guiding system, so that the whole hot air flow guiding system can better adapt to the requirement of annealing of the coiled material, and the temperature difference between the inner ring and the outer ring of the coiled material is reduced. The hot air flow guiding system of the aluminum coiled material annealing furnace mainly comprises a high-temperature circulating fan, a heating element, a fan flow guider, a vertical flow guiding box and a nozzle device. Although the traditional end face side blowing or nozzle device can realize the functions of heating the end face of the aluminum coil and rapidly heating up, the temperature of the outer ring of the aluminum coil is higher than the temperature rise speed of the inner ring during actual use, and finally a large part of the aluminum coil on the outer ring needs to be removed due to overburning, thereby causing great influence on the yield of products.

Disclosure of Invention
