In summary, how to simply and rapidly pick up small parts such as an aluminum mold lock clip, a fastener nut screw, an iron nail and the like is a problem to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field at present.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a fast and labor-saving pick-up device capable of simply and fast picking up magnetic accessories such as aluminum mold lock clips, fasteners, screw caps, screws, nails, etc.

In addition to the above embodiments, it is further preferable that the housing 3 is a closed casing, a through hole communicating with the inside of the closed casing is provided on a top surface of the closed casing, and the push-pull device is inserted into the through hole and connected to the magnet.

It should be noted that the housing 3 may be cut and welded into a closed casing by using a steel sheet with a thickness of 1.5mm, the size of the closed casing may be set according to actual conditions, preferably, the size of the closed casing is set to 200mmX100mmX40mm, in order to prevent the magnet from directly contacting the closed casing, a magnet box 7 is arranged outside the magnet, the size of the magnet box 7 is selected to be 100mmX95mmX35mm, the magnet is installed in the magnet box 7, and the magnet may be stuck in the magnet box 7 or welded in the magnet box 7. In addition to the above embodiments, it is further preferable that an anti-slip rubber for increasing friction is provided on the outside of the handle 1.

It should be noted that the anti-skid rubber is sleeved outside the handle 1, and the structure of the anti-skid rubber is matched with the shape of the handle 1. It should be noted that, when the magnet needs to be pushed to move towards the bottom surface of the housing 3, the push-pull device needs to be operated, in order to simplify the operation, an elastic member is arranged between the magnet and the inner end surface of the through hole, the elastic member can be compressed when the magnet moves away from the bottom surface of the housing 3, the elastic member stores elastic potential energy, and when the magnet needs to move towards the bottom surface of the housing 3, the force of the push-pull device is removed, the elastic member releases the elastic potential energy, and the magnet can be pushed to move towards the bottom surface of the housing 3. This embodiment can simplify the operation of the push-pull device for the purpose of moving the magnet toward the bottom surface of the housing 3.

In addition to the above embodiments, it is further preferable that the elastic member is a spring 6 fitted over the inner tube 5. It should be noted that the spring 6 may be a coil spring, which is simple in structure, convenient to install, and low in cost, and of course, other types of elastic members, such as elastic pieces, may also be used.
