The invention belongs to the technical field of abalone processing equipment, and particularly relates to a quick-frozen abalone production line.

Background

Abalone (Abalon), commonly called sea ear, belongs to the gastropoda of mollusca, has large edible part and delicious taste, is rich in nutrition and is popular with consumers. With the development of abalone culture technology, the abalone is completely cultured artificially, and the abalone sold in the market mainly takes artificial culture abalone as a main part. The dried abalone has delicious taste and is easy to store and transport, so the dried abalone is often eaten by consumers in inland areas in the past. However, with the rapid development of cold chain transportation and the increase of consumption demand of people for fresh food, the demand of fresh abalone on the market is increasing day by day. The fresh caught abalone can be transported and sold to all parts of the country through a cold chain after being cleaned, cooked, quick-frozen, graded and packaged by matching with the prior quick-freezing process. The quality guarantee period of the quick-frozen abalone can be remarkably prolonged by cooking, and the flavor and the edible value of the quick-frozen abalone are not influenced. But the present quick-frozen abalone production line is required to be provided with a very long processing flow line for realizing automatic production and simultaneously ensuring sufficient cooking and quick freezing, so that the whole flow line occupies a large area, and the investment and maintenance cost for enterprises are high.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the quick-frozen abalone production line has small occupied area and can fully cook the abalones.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the quick-frozen abalone production line comprises a cleaning device, a stewing device, a cooling device and a quick-freezing device which are sequentially arranged in a production line;

the cooking device comprises a rack, a transmission belt arranged on the rack, a transmission belt and a heating cover, wherein the transmission belt is arranged right above the transmission belt, the heating cover is arranged on the periphery of the transmission belt and used for wrapping the transmission belt and the transmission belt, and an air conveying port is arranged on the heating cover;

the cross section of conveyer belt is the S type, the corner of conveyer belt is equipped with the discharge gate, the discharge end of conveyer belt sets up towards the feed end of transmission band.

The conveying belt comprises a first conveying belt, a second conveying belt, a third conveying belt and a fourth conveying belt which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom and are connected end to end, and the height from the feeding end of the first conveying belt to the conveying belt is larger than that from the discharging end of the first conveying belt to the conveying belt; the first conveying belt, the second conveying belt, the third conveying belt and the fourth conveying belt are provided with discharge ports close to the discharge ends of the first conveying belt, the second conveying belt, the third conveying belt and the fourth conveying belt.

The first conveying belt, the second conveying belt, the third conveying belt and the fourth conveying belt are connected through arc-shaped baffle plates.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the quick-frozen abalone production line provided by the invention can be used for cleaning, cooking and quick freezing abalone, compared with the existing quick-frozen abalone production line, the horizontal floor area of the cooking section is small, the length of the cooking section can be obviously shortened, the abalone can be fully cooked, the cooking section does not need to be provided with a large number of transmission chain plates and a large number of power devices, the horizontal space required by an enterprise for setting the quick-frozen abalone production line is greatly reduced, and the production cost of the enterprise is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the quick-frozen abalone production line of the present invention includes a washing device, a steaming device, a cooling device and a quick-freezing device which are sequentially arranged in a production line;

the cooking device comprises a rack, a transmission belt arranged on the rack, a transmission belt and a heating cover, wherein the transmission belt is arranged right above the transmission belt, the heating cover is arranged on the periphery of the transmission belt and used for wrapping the transmission belt and the transmission belt, and an air conveying port is arranged on the heating cover;

the cross section of conveyer belt is the S type, the corner of conveyer belt is equipped with the discharge gate, the discharge end of conveyer belt sets up towards the feed end of transmission band.

The working process of the invention is as follows: pouring belt cleaning device into after fresh abalone catches to collect, the attachment on abalone and the shell is got rid of by the washing in belt cleaning device, then the abalone gets into cooking device's conveyer belt, carry high-temperature steam in the gas transmission mouth to heating cover from heating cover, the abalone slides down gradually on the conveyer belt, the abalone drops when gliding to the discharge gate, get into the next gliding section of conveyer belt, the abalone is fully cooked by high-temperature steam through the longer conveyer belt of stroke, then fall on the conveyer belt, continue to cook the output entering cooling device in the cooking device after a period along with the transmission band continuation, get into quick freezing device after the rapid cooling, obtain quick-freeze abalone.

From the above description, the beneficial effects of the present invention are: the quick-frozen abalone production line provided by the invention can be used for cleaning, cooking and quick freezing abalone, compared with the existing quick-frozen abalone production line, the horizontal floor area of the cooking section is small, the length of the cooking section can be reduced to 1/2-1/5, the abalone can be fully cooked, a large number of transmission chain plates are not required to be arranged in the cooking section, a large number of power devices are not required to be added, the horizontal space required by the enterprise for arranging the quick-frozen abalone production line is greatly reduced, and the production cost of the enterprise is reduced.

Furthermore, the conveying belts comprise a first conveying belt, a second conveying belt, a third conveying belt and a fourth conveying belt which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom and connected end to end, and the height from the feeding ends of the first conveying belt, the second conveying belt, the third conveying belt and the fourth conveying belt to the conveying belt is greater than that from the discharging ends to the conveying belt; the first conveying belt, the second conveying belt, the third conveying belt and the fourth conveying belt are provided with discharge ports close to the discharge ends of the first conveying belt, the second conveying belt, the third conveying belt and the fourth conveying belt.

From the above description, the arrangement of the conveyor belts comprising the first conveyor belt, the second conveyor belt, the third conveyor belt and the fourth conveyor belt can effectively prolong the steam treatment time of the abalones in the cooking section, greatly reduce the horizontal length of the cooking section and fully utilize the longitudinal space; the abalone need not with the help of other power when the conveying belt transmits, can realize from the transmission on the conveying belt according to self weight and vapor's lubrication action, need not to set up a large amount of transmission link joints, need not to increase a large amount of power device, and cowl and material stopping plate can effectively avoid the abalone from transmission, whereabouts in-process to fly off from the conveying belt in the transmission process.

Further, the transmission belt is a chain plate type horizontal conveyor commonly used for food processing, and the quick-freezing device is a commercially available liquid nitrogen freezer.

Further, the cleaning device comprises a first lifting conveyor, a cleaning hopper and a cleaning roller set, wherein the height of the discharging end of the first lifting conveyor from the ground is greater than the height of the feeding end from the ground, the cleaning hopper is arranged at the feeding end of the first lifting conveyor, and the cleaning roller set is arranged at the discharging end of the first lifting conveyor;

From the above description, cold water or ice-water mixture is put into the cooling tank, and the steamed abalone falls into the cooling tank for rapid cooling, so that the taste of the abalone can be fully retained, and the quick freezing is favorably carried out in the later period; the abalone gets into the cylinder from cooking device, and the cooling tank is arranged in to the cylinder, so the abalone can be along with the transport screw thread of the cylinder in the rotation conveys to the discharge end from the feed end of cylinder, abundant, the multiple contact of cooling water in with the cooling tank simultaneously, accomplishes the cooling.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a first embodiment of the present invention is:

the quick-frozen abalone production line comprises a cleaning device 1, a cooking device 2, a cooling device 3 and a quick-freezing device which are sequentially arranged in a production line;

the cleaning device 1 comprises a first lifting conveyor 11, a cleaning bucket 12 and a cleaning roller group 13, wherein the height from the discharge end of the first lifting conveyor 11 to the ground is greater than the height from the feed end to the ground, the cleaning bucket 12 is arranged at the feed end of the first lifting conveyor 11, and the cleaning roller group 13 is arranged at the discharge end of the first lifting conveyor 11;

the cleaning bucket 12 is internally provided with a stirring roller 121, the cleaning roller group 13 comprises two cleaning rollers which are arranged in parallel up and down, a gap is directly formed between the two cleaning rollers, each cleaning roller comprises a roller shaft and a first roller body sleeved on the first roller shaft, and bristles are not arranged on the periphery of the first roller body;

the stirring roller 121 comprises a second roller shaft and a second roller body sleeved on the second roller shaft, a plurality of stirring rods are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the second roller body in a disordered and staggered manner, and the axial directions of the stirring rods are mutually perpendicular to the axial direction of the second roller body;

the conveying belts comprise a first conveying belt 231, a second conveying belt 232, a third conveying belt 233 and a fourth conveying belt 234 which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence and are connected end to end, and the heights of the feeding ends of the first conveying belt 231, the second conveying belt 232, the third conveying belt 233 and the fourth conveying belt 234 from the conveying belt 21 are all larger than the heights of the discharging ends from the conveying belt 21; the first conveying belt 231, the second conveying belt 232, the third conveying belt 233 and the fourth conveying belt 234 are provided with discharge holes 236 near the discharge ends thereof;

the discharge end of the fourth conveyor belt 234 is arranged towards the feed end of the chain plate type horizontal conveyor;

the first conveyor belt 231, the second conveyor belt 232, the third conveyor belt 233 and the fourth conveyor belt 234 are connected through an arc-shaped baffle 235;

two sides of the first conveyor belt 231, the second conveyor belt 232, the third conveyor belt 233 and the fourth conveyor belt 234 are connected with the inner side wall of the heating cover 22, and one side of the discharge port 236 close to the arc-shaped baffle 235 is provided with a material stopping plate;

the first conveying belt 231, the second conveying belt 232, the third conveying belt 233 and the fourth conveying belt 234 form an included angle of 7-12 degrees with the conveying belt 21.

the quick-frozen abalone production line comprises a cleaning device 1, a cooking device 2, a cooling device 3 and a quick-freezing device which are sequentially arranged in a production line;

the cooking device 2 comprises a rack, and a chain plate type horizontal conveyor, a conveying belt and a heating cover 22 which are arranged on the rack, wherein the conveying belt is arranged right above the conveying belt 21, the heating cover 22 is arranged on the periphery of the chain plate type horizontal conveyor and the conveying belt and used for wrapping the chain plate type horizontal conveyor and the conveying belt, and a gas transmission port 221 is arranged on the heating cover 22;

the conveying belts comprise a first conveying belt 231, a second conveying belt 232, a third conveying belt 233 and a fourth conveying belt 234 which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence and are connected end to end, and the heights of the feeding ends of the first conveying belt 231, the second conveying belt 232, the third conveying belt 233 and the fourth conveying belt 234 from the conveying belt 21 are all larger than the heights of the discharging ends from the conveying belt 21; the first conveying belt 231, the second conveying belt 232, the third conveying belt 233 and the fourth conveying belt 234 are provided with discharge holes 236 near the discharge ends thereof;

the discharge end of the fourth conveyor belt 234 is arranged towards the feed end of the chain plate type horizontal conveyor; the first conveyor belt 231, the second conveyor belt 232, the third conveyor belt 233 and the fourth conveyor belt 234 are connected through an arc-shaped baffle 235; two sides of the first conveyor belt 231, the second conveyor belt 232, the third conveyor belt 233 and the fourth conveyor belt 234 are connected with the inner side wall of the heating cover 22, and one side of the discharge port 236 close to the arc-shaped baffle 235 is provided with a material stopping plate; the included angles between the first conveying belt 231, the second conveying belt 232, the third conveying belt 233 and the fourth conveying belt 234 and the conveying belt 21 are all 10 degrees;

the cooling device 3 includes a cooling tank 31, a drum 32, and a second elevating conveyor 33; the drum 32 is arranged in the cooling tank 31, and the discharge end of the drum 32 is arranged towards the feed end of the second lifting conveyor 33;

both ends of the roller 32 are open, a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed in the side wall of the roller 32, and conveying threads are arranged on the inner side wall of the roller 32.

In conclusion, the quick-frozen abalone production line provided by the invention can be used for cleaning, cooking and quick freezing abalone, compared with the existing quick-frozen abalone production line, the horizontal floor area of the cooking section is small, the length of the cooking section can be reduced to 1/2-1/5, the abalone can be fully cooked, the cooking section does not need to be provided with a large number of transmission chain plates and a large number of power devices, the abalone does not need to be transmitted on a conveying belt by virtue of other power when being transmitted on the conveying belt, the self-transmission can be realized on the conveying belt according to the self weight and the lubricating effect of water vapor, the horizontal space required by an enterprise for arranging the quick-frozen abalone production line is greatly reduced, and the production cost of the enterprise is reduced.
