Background

The air deflector provides an air flow channel for an AP1000 passive containment cooling system (PCS), and is one of important parts of the PCS. The outside air enters the shielding workshop from an inlet at the lower part of the roof of the shielding workshop and flows downwards along the outer side (outer annular cavity) of the guide plate. The air flow direction turns upwards at the bottom, flows between the inner side of the deflector and the containment vessel and then is exhausted at the exhaust port at the top of the containment vessel. The air flows between the guide plate and the containment vessel, so that the containment vessel is cooled.

Air guide plate need install on the fixed bolster in the containment outside, because air guide plate spare part is numerous, and the construction space is narrow and small, does not have special lifting device, and under the higher condition of installation accuracy requirement, it is lower to use ordinary hoisting equipment work efficiency, can not satisfy the demand that air guide plate is quick, accurate installation. Accordingly, there remains a need in the art for improvements.

The working principle is as follows: when the fixed clamping plate 11 is installed, the sliding block 12 is installed and fixed at the top of the fixed clamping plate 11, then the sliding block 12 is placed in the track groove 8 and is in sliding connection with the track groove 8, the blocking plates 9 are installed inside two ends of the track groove 8 to prevent the fixed clamping plate 11 from falling off, then the fixed clamping plate 11 is moved to the middle position of the moving plate 6, and a stable state is kept through the self-locking assembly; when the connecting springs 4 are installed, the top ends of the four connecting springs 4 are connected with the spring hooks 5 on the top of the inner wall of the bearing frame 2, the bottom ends of the four connecting springs 4 are connected with the spring hooks 5 arranged on the surface of the moving plate 6, so that the installation process of the connecting springs 4 and the moving plate 6 is realized, and the moving plate 6 can move up and down on the inner wall of the bearing frame 2 under the action of the guide wheels 7 after being installed;

when in use, the two fixing clamp plates 11 are connected with the air guide plate through the action of the connecting bolt 14, and the size of the adjusting hole 13 is larger than that of the connecting bolt 14, so that air guide plates of different types can be fixed, then the circular lifting lug 1 at the top of the bearing frame 2 is connected with hoisting equipment through a hanging belt, after the hook is slowly lifted, the mounting tool and the air guide plate slowly leave the ground for about 10cm, the air guide plate is kept static, after the four connecting springs 4 are kept stable, the moving plate 6 is fixed through the positioning holes 3 arranged at two sides of the surface of the bearing frame 2 by using the positioning pins 10, finally the air guide plate is hoisted to the position of the fixing support outside the containment by using the hoisting equipment, after the positioning pins 10 are taken down by an installer, the air guide plate can move up and down, and the air guide plate moves left and right through the matching of the sliding block 12 and the track groove 8, therefore, the screw hole below the air deflector is aligned with the mounting hole formed in the fixing support, and the positioning bolt is mounted, so that the air deflector is mounted.
