Preferably, the outer surface of the elastic sealing member 6 is further wrapped with a layer of aluminum foil tape 8. In this embodiment, the aluminum foil tape 8 is made of a wrapping material commonly used in shipyards, and is wrapped outside the elastic sealing element 6, so that loss of sponge powder after friction of sponge in the pipeline can be reduced, and a protective effect is achieved.

In this embodiment, the connection assembly on the first sealing device 4 is different from the connection assembly on the second sealing device 5 in structure, the connection assembly on the first sealing device 4 includes a connection plate 11 and a connection joint 12 fixed on the connection plate 11, the connection joint 12 is an external thread joint, and the connection joint 12 and the connection pipe 7 on the first sealing device 4 are welded into a whole. Through experiments, 92 stainless steel pipes are spot-checked in the butt welding of 1000 stainless steel pipes before the gas charging device is welded by using the fuel oil pipe of the ship, and the situation that the welding seams are unqualified needs to be reworked. According to the standard calculation that 40 minutes is needed for an 89 mm-diameter pipe argon arc welding operation, and 20 yuan/hour is needed for a plumber, and 30 yuan/hour is needed for a welder, 50X0.67 yuan is 33 yuan is needed for repairing each pipe, about 1600 fuel oil pipes are needed for the ship, 148 yuan is needed for repairing, and 4884 yuan is needed for the ship, and about 100 hours is needed.

After the fuel pipe welding and inflating device for the ship is used, the expenditure and the time can be saved, 10 minutes is saved when the centering and the welding of one pipe are finished, about 270 hours can be saved according to 1600 pipes, and 270X50 is saved to 13500 yuan.
