When the device hoists the boiler drum, accurate position hoisting can be carried out, the hoisting position is stable, and the hoisted stress is uniform.

Based on the above, in the current electric power construction industry, the boiler drum installation device is often designed temporarily to perform boiler drum hoisting work according to the type of the boiler and different field environments, so as to meet the requirement of high-altitude operation of the project.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing boiler steam drum hoisting device is limited by places, is difficult to operate and use and cannot meet the requirement of high-altitude hoisting.

The invention adopts the technical scheme that the steam pocket installation device comprises a steel frame, a winch, a pull rope, a pulley block and a sling, wherein the steel frame is a plant frame formed by connecting a plurality of stand columns and a cross beam, the bottom ends of two stand columns opposite to each other at the outermost side are respectively provided with a left lower fixed pulley and a right lower fixed pulley, the cross beam right above the left lower fixed pulley and the right lower fixed pulley is respectively and correspondingly provided with a left upper fixed pulley and a right upper fixed pulley, a first hoisting fixed pulley and a second hoisting fixed pulley are arranged between the left upper fixed pulley and the right upper fixed pulley, a first movable pulley and a second movable pulley are respectively arranged below the first hoisting fixed pulley and the second hoisting fixed pulley, and the sling is arranged below the first movable pulley and the second movable pulley and is used for connecting a steam pocket; one end of each pull rope is fixedly connected with a first lifting fixed pulley, the other end of each pull rope is connected with a winch after being sequentially connected with a first movable pulley, a first lifting fixed pulley, an upper left fixed pulley and a lower left fixed pulley respectively, one end of the other pull rope is fixedly connected with a second lifting fixed pulley, the other end of each pull rope is connected with a winch after being sequentially connected with a second movable pulley, a second lifting fixed pulley, an upper right fixed pulley and a lower right fixed pulley, and the two winches are fixedly arranged at one ends of the lower left fixed pulley and the lower right fixed pulley respectively on the ground.

A use method of a steam pocket installation device comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of separately surrounding a steam drum with two slings and then fastening the slings at two ends of the steam drum, adjusting the positions of a first hoisting pulley and a second hoisting pulley through a pull rod to enable the slings to correspond to the slings respectively, fixing the slings on corresponding cable rings, slowly starting a winch to enable the pull rope to be tight, finally adjusting the position of the pull rod to enable the pull rope to be flat and vertical, fixing the pull rod through a positioning piece, and simultaneously starting the two winches to hoist the steam drum.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) according to the design of an actual field, the winch is arranged on the ground and fixed through a steel frame, the direction of force is changed and labor is saved by combining a plurality of fixed pulleys and movable pulleys, and the steam drum is hoisted at the high altitude by forty meters, so that the problems that the conventional boiler steam drum hoisting device is limited by the field, is difficult to operate and use and cannot meet the requirement of high altitude hoisting are solved;

2) according to the steam drum lifting device, the guide rails are arranged on the cross beam and are connected with the first lifting fixed pulley and the second lifting fixed pulley in a sliding manner, so that the positions of the first lifting fixed pulley and the second lifting fixed pulley can be adjusted to adapt to installation of different steam drums, the lifting requirements of a plurality of steam drums are met, and the positions of the first lifting fixed pulley and the second lifting fixed pulley are fixed through the positioning piece, so that the safety, reliability, stability and firmness in the lifting process are ensured;

3) the cable rings are arranged below the first movable pulley and the second movable pulley and detachably connected with the slings, so that the slings can be flexibly used for connecting the steam pocket, and the portability is higher;

4) the distance between the winch and the left lower fixed pulley and the distance between the winch and the right lower fixed pulley are 6-8m, so that sufficient torque is ensured, and the balance and the stability of the whole device are enhanced;

5) the left lower fixed pulley and the right lower fixed pulley are fixed through the chain, so that the movable steam drum has certain mobility, and the position of the movable steam drum can be adjusted to adapt to the direction of pulling force along with the movement of the pulling rope for hoisting different steam drums.
