In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a novel porous rotary upper plate which not only can solve the deviation of a vertical spindle shaft, but also can effectively reduce expensive use and maintenance cost caused by damage of a picking head and the like.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a porous rotating upper disc consists of a disc and a sleeve. The edge of the disc is uniformly provided with 12 threaded holes which are positioned between every two stepped holes, the stepped holes on the disc are in interference fit with the spindle shaft and are fixed by the threaded holes, the sleeve is positioned in the center of the upper disc and protrudes out of the disc from top to bottom, the inner side of a main hole in the center of the sleeve is provided with a key groove, and the main hole is in interference fit with the spindle shaft and is positioned and driven by a key. When the cotton picker is operated, the upper disc rotates around the main hole along with the rotation of the main shaft, and simultaneously drives the spindle shaft connected with the upper disc to rotate, so that the aim of preventing the vertical spindle shaft from deviating seriously is fulfilled.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the device has simple structure and convenient assembly and disassembly, (2) the upper disc rotates by taking the main hole as the center and drives the spindle shaft connected with the upper disc to rotate, thereby preventing the vertical spindle shaft from deviating seriously; (3) the flexible spindle cotton picking rotor is convenient to replace and maintain, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
