Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of additive manufacturing, and particularly relates to a multifunctional powder cleaning device and method for an additive manufacturing molding sample.

Background

The selective laser melting molding technology is a relatively widely applied and mature additive manufacturing technology. The technology takes laser as a heat source, focuses laser beams on powder of a forming plane through the control of a precise optical scanning system, moves a laser focus at a high speed according to a preset path, enables the scanned powder on the forming plane to be rapidly melted and then rapidly cooled and solidified, and finally processes the three-dimensional solid structural part through a forming mode of scanning a section area layer by layer and overlapping layer by layer.

The selective laser melting and forming technology breaks through the limitation of the traditional machining technology on the appearance of parts in principle, so that the mode of mechanical design is greatly leaped, and the selective laser melting and forming technology can be quickly permeated into the fields of aerospace, medical treatment, automobile manufacturing and the like.

However, admittedly, there are still many unsolved problems in the selective laser melting molding technology. For example, powder is generally attached to the surface of a sample piece formed by additive manufacturing, the surface quality and the processing precision of the sample piece are affected, and how to rapidly and efficiently process the powder on the surface of the sample piece becomes a big problem. A general powder cleaning device only has a powder suction port, and the pressure unbalance of the powder suction position can be caused when the general powder cleaning device works in a closed forming cavity, so that the powder suction is difficult.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a multifunctional powder cleaning device and a multifunctional powder cleaning method for a material increase manufacturing molding sample piece.

s1, the pressure pump starts to work, filtered gas in the powder filtering device is sucked, kinetic energy is provided, and the pumped gas reaches the blowing head along the gas guide pipe;

s2, blowing gas by the gas blowing head, blowing the gas to the surface of the molded sample piece, and sucking the gas carrying powder by the powder suction head and entering the powder filtering device along the gas guide pipe;

s3, enabling the gas carrying the powder to enter a filtering bin of a powder filtering device, filtering the powder by a filter screen, enabling the collected powder to enter a powder recovery device along a gas guide pipe, and enabling the gas filtered by the filtering bin to enter a pressure pump again along the gas guide pipe;

and S4, repeating the steps S1 to S3 until the powder on the surface of the molding sample is completely removed.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Examples

As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a multifunctional powder cleaning device for an additive manufacturing molding sample, which comprises a multifunctional powder cleaning head 1, a pressure pump 7, a powder filtering device 4, a powder recovery device 6 and a gas conduit 2; the multifunctional powder cleaning head comprises a powder suction head and a powder blowing head, the powder blowing head is connected with a pressure pump 7 through a gas guide pipe 2, the powder suction head is connected with a powder filtering device 4 through the gas guide pipe 2, and the powder filtering device 4 is respectively connected with the pressure pump 7 and a powder recovery device 6 through the gas guide pipe 2; the gas conduit 2 connected between the powder filtering device 4 and the powder recovering device 6 is provided with a switching valve 5 for controlling the opening and closing of the powder recovering device 6.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the multifunctional powder cleaning device is disposed in the forming chamber 3 of the additive manufacturing device, and is used in cooperation with the additive manufacturing device.

s1, the pressure pump starts to work, filtered gas in the powder filtering device is sucked, kinetic energy is provided, and the pumped gas reaches the blowing head along the gas guide pipe;

s2, blowing gas by the blowing head, blowing the gas to the surface of the metal part, sucking the gas carrying metal powder by the powder sucking head, and feeding the gas into the powder filtering device along the gas guide pipe;

s3, enabling the gas carrying the metal powder to enter a filtering bin of a powder filtering device, filtering the metal powder by a filtering net, enabling the collected metal powder to enter a powder recovery device along a gas guide pipe, and enabling the gas filtered by the filtering bin to enter a pressure pump again along the gas guide pipe;

and S4, repeating the steps S1 to S3 until the metal powder on the surface of the metal piece is completely removed.

In this embodiment, the metal powder on the surface of the metal part is spheroidized large-particle powder or large-particle oxidation spatter formed in the selective laser melting process, and the diameter of the spheroidized large-particle powder or large-particle oxidation spatter is between 0 and 1000 um. In the working process, the multifunctional powder cleaning head can move freely through manual operation; in the process of cleaning the powder, the pressure balance of the powder suction position on the surface of the metal workpiece needs to be ensured, namely the powder suction pressure of the powder suction head and the blowing pressure of the blowing head keep dynamic balance. For the condition that powder is adhered to the surface of a part, the air pressure cannot be increased to blow and recover the powder, so that the powder is prevented from entering the external working environment.
