Referring to fig. 1 to 10, a frozen meat thawing device with vertical gradient thawing effect comprises a platform 1, a feeding assembly, a lifting assembly for frozen meat vertical lifting thawing, a beating assembly for frozen meat extrusion and thawing, a high-temperature thawing box 2, a sterilization box 3, a material pushing cylinder 4 and a discharge chute 5 for discharging thawed frozen meat, wherein the feeding assembly is arranged at the top of the platform 1, the lifting assembly is arranged at the discharge end of the feeding assembly, the beating assembly, the high-temperature thawing box 2 and the sterilization box 3 are sequentially arranged at the outer side of the lifting assembly from low to high, the material pushing cylinder 4 is arranged at the top of the sterilization box 3, the discharge chute 5 is arranged at one side of the sterilization box 3 away from the feeding assembly, the discharge end of the discharge chute 5 is further provided with a material discharging box 6, the feeding assembly comprises a material discharging channel 7, a vibrating plate 8 for frozen meat conveying, two vibrating mechanisms 9 and a plurality of water spray heads 10 for hot preliminary thawing of frozen meat, vibration board 8 is the horizontality and sets up in the top of two vibrating mechanism 9, and two vibrating mechanism 9 symmetries set up in the top of platform 1, and blowing way 7 sets up in the one side that lifting unit was kept away from to vibration board 8, and a plurality of sprinkler bead 10 all sets up in the top of vibration board 8. When an operator unfreezes frozen meat, firstly, the operator puts the frozen meat on the vibrating plate 8 through the material placing channel 7, the two vibrating mechanisms 9 drive the vibrating plate 8 to vibrate, the frozen meat on the vibrating plate 8 is conveyed along with the vibrating plate, a plurality of water spray heads 10 spray hot water to unfreeze the frozen meat preliminarily during the conveying process of the frozen meat, then, the frozen meat enters the lifting assembly, the lifting assembly drives the frozen meat to move upwards into the beating assembly, the beating assembly beats the frozen meat in the environment with proper temperature, so that the inside of frozen meat unfreezes, the frozen meat comes to the high temperature and unfreezes in the case 2 with it after pounding, makes frozen meat can unfreeze fast, and frozen meat unfreezes through the temperature that constantly heaies up, and the frozen meat that the completion of unfreezing comes to sterilization treatment in the sterilization case 3, finally, pushes the blown down tank 5 through pushing away material cylinder 4 and falls into out in the magazine 6 after the frozen meat unfreezes.

The feeding channel 7 is fixed on the top of the platform 1 in an inclined state through a support, the corners around the vibrating plate 8 are located between the platform 1 and are connected through a stabilizing spring 11, the top of the vibrating plate 8 is symmetrically provided with two limiting plates 12 for preventing frozen meat from being separated during conveying, a plurality of water spray heads 10 are arranged on a flow dividing pipe 13, the flow dividing pipe 13 is fixed on the top of the platform 1 through a support frame 14, the top of the platform 1 below the vibrating plate 8 is fixedly provided with a water storage box 15, the vibrating plate 8 is further provided with a plurality of drain holes 16 for facilitating hot water to flow into the water storage box 15 after being thawed, one end of the vibrating plate 8 close to the lifting assembly is further provided with an inclined plate 17 facilitating frozen meat sliding, and the middle parts of two sides of the vibrating plate 8 are further provided with extending plates 18 for pushing each vibrating mechanism 9 in an. When an operator unfreezes frozen meat, firstly, the operator puts the frozen meat on the vibrating plate 8 through the material placing channel 7, the two vibrating mechanisms 9 drive the vibrating plate 8 to vibrate along with the frozen meat, the frozen meat on the vibrating plate 8 is conveyed along with the frozen meat, when the vibrating plate 8 conveys the frozen meat to move, the vibrating plate 8 is stabilized through the four stabilizing springs 11, the two limiting plates 12 on the vibrating plate 8 drop when conveying the frozen meat, the plurality of spray heads convey hot water through the shunt pipes 13, the plurality of spray heads spray the hot water along with the hot water to make the frozen meat unfrozen preliminarily, and the sprayed hot water flows into the water storage box 15 through the plurality of drain holes 16.

Each vibration mechanism 9 has the same structure, each vibration mechanism 9 is composed of a base 19, a U-shaped frame 20 and two rectangular plates 21, each base 19 is fixed on the top of the platform 1, each two rectangular plates 21 are respectively arranged on the top of the corresponding base 19 in a vertical state, two ends of each U-shaped frame 20 are respectively movably inserted on the corresponding two rectangular plates 21 through two first movable rods 22, a first spring 23 is sleeved on each first movable rod 22 between each rectangular plate 21 and one side of the corresponding U-shaped frame 20, two second movable rods 24 are symmetrically arranged on each U-shaped frame 20 in a vertical state, a lifting block 25 is slidably sleeved on each second movable rod 24 in each U-shaped frame 20, and a second spring 26 is sleeved on the second movable rod 24 at both ends of each lifting block 25. In the process that the two vibrating mechanisms 9 drive the vibrating plate 8 to convey the frozen meat, each U-shaped frame 20 enables the vibrating plate 8 to vibrate back and forth through the movement of the corresponding two first movable rods 22 and the acting force of each first spring 23, and each U-shaped frame 20 also enables the vibrating plate 8 to vibrate up and down through the movement of the corresponding two second movable rods 24 and the acting force of each second spring 26.

After each vibration motor 31 drives the corresponding straight-tooth gear 30 to rotate, each two driving gears 29 are meshed with the corresponding straight-tooth gears 30 respectively, so that after each straight-tooth gear 30 rotates, each two corresponding driving gears 29 rotate along with the corresponding two rotating rods 28, each rotating rod 28 rotates along with each half-arc block 32 to rotate relatively, and because the protruding half-arc openings between the two half-arc blocks 32 on the same plane are abutted, the abutting rods 27 on the top of each lifting block 25 do circular motion along with the protruding half-arc blocks, and the vibrating plate 8 drives the frozen meat to be conveyed along with the vibrating plate through vibration.

The lifting component comprises a bearing box 33 for bearing the frozen meat after the frozen meat falls down from the inclined plate 17 and a lifting mechanism for driving the bearing box 33 to move up and down, two sides of the bearing box 33 are respectively provided with a round rod in an outward extending way, the bearing box 33 can be rotatably arranged on a rotating frame through the two round rods, the bottom of the rotating frame is also provided with a baffle 34 for limiting the rotating range of the bearing box 33, a supporting plate 35 is arranged in the bearing box 33, the periphery of the bottom of the supporting plate 35 is inserted into the bottom of the bearing box 33 through an inserting rod 36, a compression spring 37 is sleeved on the inserting rod 36 between the bottom of the supporting plate 35 and the bottom of the bearing box 33, a rotating motor 38 is fixedly arranged on one side of the rotating frame, the output end of the rotating motor 38 is also fixedly connected with a round rod at one side of the bearing box 33, and the lifting mechanism is arranged at one side of the bearing box 33. After frozen meat falls into the bearing box 33 through the inclined plate 17, the frozen meat falls on the supporting plate 35 in the bearing box 33, because the bottom of the supporting plate 35 is inserted into the bottom of the bearing box 33 through four inserting rods 36, and each inserting rod 36 is sleeved with a compression spring 37, therefore, the material pushing cylinder 4 can push the frozen meat to the discharge chute 5 through the supporting plate 35, the rotating motor 38 can drive the bearing box 33 to rotate 90 degrees on the rotating frame towards the direction of the discharge chute 5, the bearing box 33 stops rotating after touching the baffle 34, and the material pushing cylinder 4 can push the frozen meat out conveniently.

The two sides of the rotating frame are respectively provided with a first vertical plate 39 and a second vertical plate 40 in a vertical state, the lifting mechanism is composed of a chain 41 and two chain wheels 42, the two chain wheels 42 are arranged on one side, facing the rotating frame, of the first vertical plate 39 in a rotatable mode along the height direction of the first vertical plate 39 through a rotating shaft, the two chain wheels 42 are arranged on the bottom end and the top end of the first vertical plate 39 respectively, the chain wheel 42 at the bottom end of the first vertical plate 39 further rotates through a driving motor 43, the output shaft of the driving motor 43 is connected with the corresponding rotating shaft through a coupler, the chain 41 is sleeved on the two chain wheels 42, a bottom plate is fixedly arranged on one side, facing the rotating frame, the outward side of the bottom plate is further vertically upwards provided with a vertical rod, and a movable plate 44 is movably sleeved on the. When the lifting mechanism drives the supporting box 33 to ascend, the driving motor 43 drives one chain wheel 42 to rotate, the two chain wheels 42 drive the chain 41 to rotate, and after the chain 41 rotates, the moving plate 44 moves along with the chain 41.

When the frozen meat comes into the beating box 51, the temperature control switch 57 controls the proper temperature in the beating box 51, the single-shaft cylinder 54 of each beating mechanism pushes the corresponding strip-shaped plate 53 to rotate on the corresponding hinge bracket 56, and the beating rod 52 hinged on each hinge bracket 56 beats the frozen meat through the corresponding beating opening 55, so that the frozen meat is thawed inside.

The box 2 that unfreezes at high temperature is fixed to be set up in the top of beating the case 51, and one side of the box 2 that unfreezes at high temperature is equipped with the heating pipe 58 that a plurality of is used for giving off steam unfreezing frozen meat, and the outside of a plurality of heating pipe 58 still is equipped with the hot-blast fan 59 of blowing that three supplementary steam that gives off to three is fixed in the outside of the box 2 that unfreezes at high temperature through a mounting bracket 60, beats the case 51, the box 2 that unfreezes at high temperature and sterilization case 3 and still all is the form of lining.
