a metal printer adopting a self-adaptive scraper comprises a working platform 1, a sealing cover 2 is installed at the upper end of the working platform 1, a molding cavity 3 is arranged at the center position of the inner side of the working platform 1, a powder outlet cavity 4 which is arranged on the working platform 1 is arranged at the left end and the right end of the molding cavity 3, a supporting plate 5 is connected to the inner side of the molding cavity 3 in a sliding manner, a second supporting plate 6 is connected to the inner side of the powder outlet cavity 4 in a sliding manner, a lifting device is fixedly connected to the lower end of the supporting plate 5, a first lifting cylinder 7 is arranged at the lower end of the second supporting plate 6, a laser scanner 8 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the upper end of the sealing cover 2, a lifting cavity 9 which is arranged at the inner side of the working platform 1 is arranged at the front end and the rear end of the molding cavity 3, a lifting plate 10 is connected to the inner side, the lower end of the lifting plate 10 is fixedly connected with a first connecting plate 12 positioned in a connecting channel 11, the front end of the first connecting plate 12 is fixedly connected with a supporting plate 5, the front end and the rear end of the inner side of the sealing cover 2 are respectively provided with a screw rod 13 and a polished rod 14, the left end and the right end of the screw rod 13 and the polished rod 14 are respectively rotatably connected with the inner side of the sealing cover 2, the left end of the screw rod 13 penetrates through the sealing cover 2 and is in transmission connection with a stepping motor 15 arranged on the outer side of the sealing cover 2, the outer side of the left end of the screw rod 13 is in transmission connection with a screw rod nut 16, the outer side of the polished rod 14 is in sliding connection with a slide block 17 corresponding to the screw rod nut 16, a connecting plate 18 is fixedly connected between the slide block 17 and the screw rod nut 16, the inner side of the connecting plate 18 is provided, the lower end of the adjusting rod 20 is fixedly connected with an adjusting plate 22, a reset spring 23 located between the connecting plate 18 and the adjusting plate 20 is arranged on the outer side of the adjusting rod 20, a scraping plate 24 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the adjusting plate 22, a plurality of limiting strips 25 which are uniformly arranged are arranged on the plane of the front end of the lifting plate 10, sliding plates 26 corresponding to the limiting strips 25 are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the adjusting plate 22, and arc portions 27 are arranged at the left end and the right end of each sliding plate 26.

The lifting device comprises a supporting rod 29, a fixing plate 30, a second stepping motor 31, a second lead screw nut 32 and a lifting plate 33, the supporting rods 29 are fixedly connected with the left side and the right side of the lower end of the supporting plate 5, the fixing plate 30 is fixedly connected with the central position of the inner side of the forming cavity 3, the inner sides of the left and right ends of the fixing plate 30 are provided with second channel holes 34 corresponding to the support rods 29, the left and right support rods 29 penetrate through the second channel holes 34 and are fixedly connected with lifting plates 33, the second lead screw nut 32 is fixedly connected at the central position of the inner side of the lifting plate 33, the inner side of the second lead screw nut 32 is connected with a second lead screw 35 in a transmission way, the upper end of the second screw rod 35 penetrates through the fixing plate 30 to be connected with a second stepping motor 31 installed at the upper end of the fixing plate 30 in a transmission mode, and the lower end of the second screw rod 35 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the forming cavity 3.

The limiting strip 25 comprises a fixed strip 41 and a plurality of movable strips 42, the fixed strip 41 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the lifting plate 10, the movable strips 42 are located on the upper end of the fixed strip 41 and are uniformly distributed on the surface of the lifting plate 10, third channel holes 43 corresponding to the movable strips 42 are formed in the left end and the right end of the lifting plate 10, the rear end of each movable strip 42 is fixedly connected with a connecting rod 44 located in the corresponding third channel hole 43, the rear end of the lifting plate 10 is provided with a sliding rod 45 corresponding to the limiting strip 25, the rear end of each connecting rod 44 is respectively fixedly connected with the corresponding sliding rod 45, the outer sides of the left end and the right end of each sliding rod 45 are provided with sliding ways 46 fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the lifting plate 10, the sliding rod 45 is fixedly connected between the left sliding way and the right sliding way 46, the outer sides of the sliding rods 45 are sequentially, one end of the rotating shaft 49 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the sliding block 47, and the other end of the rotating shaft 49 is in threaded connection with a fastening nut 50 located on the outer side of the transmission rod 48.

The method of use of the above examples 1 and 2, comprising the steps of:

a1: powder spreading height adjustment: adjusting the powder spreading height of each layer according to the metal printing height of each layer set by modeling, and pushing the sliding block 47 on the reciprocal sliding rod 45 leftwards or rightwards by unscrewing the fastening nut 50 to keep the same distance between the sliding rods 45, so that the distance is the powder spreading height;

a2: self-adaptive adjustment of the scraper: before the powder begins to spread, elevating gear descends certain shop's powder height, when the height that descends is for the shop's powder height of settlement, screw-nut drives connecting plate 18 and regulating plate 22 and moves right or left, thereby the smooth powder operation of shop to shaping chamber 3 of passing through the clearance between spacing 25 that passes through of sliding plate 26 simultaneously, when the height that descends is less than the shop's powder height of settlement, screw-nut 16 drives connecting plate 18 and regulating plate 22 and moves right or left, sliding plate 26 and spacing 25 contact about, under the effect of circular arc portion 27, thereby regulating plate 22 upwards slides through extrusion reset spring 23, thereby make the scraper blade 24 of regulating plate 22 lower extreme upwards lift up to the shop's powder height of settlement, thereby realize the self-adaptation regulation to shop's powder height.

While the invention has been shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the scope of the appended claims.
